"Right.." Ky-Vin replied. He seemed to be thinking about it.
The path leading upwards did seem to be the most promising way. And yet, there was something about the other passage that kept grabbing his attention.
'Maybe we should go that way..' he thought to himself.
Finally, Ky-Vin turned to Kenshin and nodded with a smile. "I think that is an excellent choice, Kenshin. Just lead the way."

Kenshin nodded and entered the tunnel on the left holding their light source infront of him.
The white glow of the saber revealed the smoothed out walls and narrow path.

Ky-Vin followed Kenshin down the tunnel. It continued downwards for several minutes. Then suddenly the path began turning to the right.
Ky-Vin was paying attention to the stone walls of the tunnel. The rock had many layers, and the colors alternated with browns, reds, grays, and even blacks.
Suddenly the tunnel came to a dead end.

Kenshin was somewhat absorbed at the changing colors of rock in the wall that he almost bumped into the dead end. He gave the road block a puzzled look as he studied it. It was smooth, well sanded even.
"Do you suppose there's something on the other side?"

Ky-Vin was studying it as well.
He felt the wall, and then focused on its edges, the places where it met the ceiling, floor, and walls.
There seemed to be a kind of crack going around it, as if the obstacle had been placed there.
"How curious..." Ky-Vin said. "There may indeed be something on the other side.."
Ky-Vin pushed up against the rock. Then again, a little harder. It was solid, and wouldn't budge.
He shrugged. "No moving it that way. It feels like it ways a ton!"

Kenshin gave the obstacle a thoughtful look and gave the surface a rough pat.
"Should we cut through?"

Ky-Vin considered Kenshin's words, but he didn't want to do anything before they explored all their options.
If they did decide to cut through using their lightsabers, it might take a very long while, depending on how thick the wall was.
Or they could try moving it with the Force..but that may prove difficult as well. How far would they have to move such an obstacle?
"I've got an idea!" Ky-Vin said. "But, it may not work, let me check something first..we need to see how thick the rock is."
Ky-Vin unclipped his lightsaber and turned it on. Its green glowing blade sprang to life.
Ky-Vin chose a spot above the center of the stone wall and plunged his lightsaber through. He let it linger for a few moments and then drew it out. The rock had been burned away, some molten slag could be seen from the hole his blade had created.
Ky-Vin backed up and returned his lightsaber to his belt.
"Aim the light in there, and see if you can see all the way through." he said.

Kenshin raised the white training saber up to the hole and peered in. It was a thick boulder, but there was definitely more tunnel on the other side.
"It's dark, but there's more tunnel."

Ky-Vin gave a sigh of relief. "Excellent, that will make things much easier."
He drew his lightsaber once again, and after Kenshin had moved to the side, Ky-Vin drove it into the same hole he had made before.
Then, he turned and began pulling the green blade towards him through the rock, and then downwards, until slowly it went down. Ky-Vin then pushed the saber forward and upwards. The piece of wall above that fell down, it was now like a circular piece stuck in a circular hole. In less than a minute, he had carved around the chunk.
Ky-Vin looked at what he had done, and was satisfied. He switched off his lightsaber and returned the hilt to his belt.
"Now all we have to do is move that circlular piece out of the way and crawl through," he said.

Kenshin nodded and motioned for Ky-Vin to step back. He then gathered on the Force and pulled the chunk out. The large chunk landed with a hard thump.
