Looking over all of your techs you have the same problem in most of your ships as you do in the Ghoul with R&Ding more then one tech in a single R&D.

You have the same problem with the:

1) Ghost sensor stealth system, in the GHOST tech.

Ghost tech- contains 2 techs

2) The Screamer in the Banshee tech.

Banshee tech- contains 3 techs

3) The matter gravitator in the Banshee tech.

As such, now that I think of it, they are as inadmissable to this thread as the Ghouls modified PIM missiles that I argued with validity to the rules at the begining of this OOC thread.

Becuase of the fact that they were approved with a ship tech and not as a sepparate tech that was approved on their own.
Thus going against R&D rule three of the R&D rules.


I would ask that staff give these an equal looking over as the modified PIM missles.

Vonta, Kas has already seen the ghoul R&D, approved the fact the missles were approved there. In each other R&D a staff member was present to have approved them, your objections are unfounded, now I must insist you get into the RP and stop doing all this.

wrong, you never made a case in the Banshee/Ghost/Ghoul R&D's. You never said a word until now. I might add the staff members here on the other hand have made comments in those threads and approved them as well.

It matters not that I did not speak in the other threads. The matter stands that you broke R&D rule 3 in these R&Ds. Even stating it as quoted in my second response after I made my case.

Staff were going to look the Ghoul Modified PIMs over. Well they may as well look over the other ships that break R&D rule three that you are using against me as well.

As such you again disagree and can not come to a compromise then the staff can look these over.

Typically someone plays an RP and posts problems as they occour, dealing with them in a timely matter. Have a problem with my R&D, then post it when that problem issuies itself forth in an RP post, otherwise dont start a 52 post thread before you make your first reply.

It is my suggestion the Staff ignore any complaints from Vonta in this matter until the RP has some actuall issuies and not some attack on my group OOC

Also note that I have effectively proven that Ractus has broken several rules. Review of such rule breaking is required and it is my right to call him on the problems with his R&Ds as the person being attacked.

If youd be a respectable roleplayer and do as such youd see how every one of these things operate without having to question everything before hand. But instead you want to cuase trouble OOC for no reason, instead of using said time to prove your Roleplaying aptitude.

I assume nothing and answer questions before they become issues. That is what I consider good rping. Taking care of things before they become problems.

A good Rper would deal with the matter at hand seeing as my argument has validity. Considering you already made on compromise becuase of it, it would seem that you do see it's validity as well.

And as Kas said, the missles are useable in the RP, as the ship is equiped with them, I just need to edit the R&D to include them subsequantly
