Kamon nodded.

"I would say what I've been told before by my masters, but it's not appropriate. Trying is the best you can do. I believe she will listen if you give her a chance."

"Alright. Ill speak with her about it soon."


A Week or So Later . . .

Jade hears pounding and groans, sitting up. Sumohn and Moonlite were obviously outside the ship doing something. She looks out her viewport and sees a portion of ShadowBlade already done, the rest still being built.

She walks around her quarters, stretching, when she sees her old violin (sorry, dont know what those are in SW) and picks it up. She used to play this back in her teeager days. Picking up the bow, she slowly begins playing a few notes, a good as she always was. Pretty soon, the music even drifts outside her ship and into the ears of all those present.

Kamon walked in upon hearing the notes from the instrument. They were pretty good and he knew good music as well as possible. Having grown up as royalty he had learned that music wasn't just music. It was a way of speaking. And he enjoyed it.

Sitting down in the room, watching her play, he noticed how fine her movements were as she made the melodious sound. He envied her ability to play for he was too rough to play such an instrument. He was always afraid he would break it. So, he just sat and listened.

Soon afterwards, the notes begin to turn sad, as if Jade's whole messed up past was pouring out in the way of music.

Sensing a presnse, she stops, now knowing who it is that is with her now, but doesnt turn around, still poised to continue her playing.

"How long have you been sitting there?"

His eyes had been closed for some time as the music was very soothing. It had almost put him to sleep but he hadn't let it. She stopped though, and he opened his eyes to look at her back.

"A while."

Jade turns around now, holding up both the violin and bow.

"Another useless talent, back from my teenage days, back before I found out my past and such. Back when I was still a Jedi Knight even."

She packs up the violin in her case and sighs, reaching in her closet for clean clothes.

"How long was I asleep?"

"I don't know. Six hours maybe."

He colded himself up in the chair as it was quite comfortable. Normally he wouldn't even sit in the chair, but having found her playing music, and being in need of somewhere to sit, this chair had done its duty. And he felt comfortable sitting in it.

"I talked to your daughter."

Jade pulled out a black outfit of a tank top and overalls, with many beltloops for her weapons. She lays them on her bed and glances at him for a moment as she digs out her thick heeled, high impact ankle boots.

"Yeah? How did that go? Was she too stubborn to listen?"

He shook his head lightly.

"She's willing to talk to you, if you're willing to talk to her. There's much you two should discuss, but don't do any fighting. It'll only make it worse. She needs you and I know you need her too."

"Alright. Im willing to meet her halfway, as long as she agrees to do the same."

Jade had went behind a changing screen in one corner of her quarters near her closet. Once her clothes are off, she tosses them into a dirty pile to wash later, then puts on her clean clothes. The legs of her overalls were baggy, but she liked them that way. She can hide many poison vibroblades in them.

She walks back out from behind it just as she buckles the straps over her shoulders.

"I cant do it all by myself."
