"I understand completely, Jade. She said she'd try it out and that's all I could get her to admit to. She feels left out by you."

He stood up and stretched for a few minutes before standing completely upright.

"I couldn't get more out of her."

"Pfft. Stubborn. Just like her father. She so much like him, its scary."

Jade places her Sith Blade from Dara Shadowtide on her Sith Warrior promotion, her black onyx double bladed hilt, white onyx double bladed hilt, black onyx single bladed hilt, white onyx single bladed hilt, and matching lighdaggers on her beltloops.

In her left boot goes her Sith Dagger from Sorsha Kasajian on her promotion to Sith Knight, and in her right, a nasty looking wavy dagger named DreamWeaver.

On her back was her sheathed katana ShadowBlade, which also doubles into a saber. In holsters on her thighs are her 2 DL-44 blaster pistols. In her overalls go a dozen hidden vibroblades, all poisoned.

She puts on her trademark jacket, ankle length black leather, and adds more poisoned vibroblades into more hidden pockets. Heavily armed, she looked ready for war.

"But at least she agreed to meet me halfway."

Kamon blinked a few times.

"Who are you going to war with?"

All of the weapons he had just watched her collect and hide on herself was enough to blow his mind. That many weapons seemed completely unnecessary. Why could she possibly have a need for all those blades when all she really needed was a lightsaber?

"Better yet, why do you have so many weapons?"

Jade looks down at herself and rolls her eyes, as if any idiot would know why she was always, well, almost always, heavily armed.

"Lets just say, I have a habit of losing them during my battles."

Kamon rolled his eyes.

"Whatever works for you. If you don't mind, I think I'm going to go sleep. I haven't slept in hours."

He stood and walked out of the room after giving her a smile. Heading for the cot Amethyst had vacated, he lay down and fell asleep rather quickly.

"Trust me, it does."

She watches him lay down and fall asleep, then walks over and kisses his cheek gently, then walks outside to oversee the building of her new home.

His sleep was long and restful. Dreams of him and his children along with Jade and hers made him want to stay asleep longer. If he'd had a choice on the matter, he would have opted to stay asleep forever if it were possible. Then he'd never have to face the reality that was.

Jade was on the beach when a loud crash was heard. With inhuman speed and ShadowWalking, Jade was there in a matter of seconds.

"WTF is going on here? What happened to the sevants quarters and guests rooms? Why are they on the ground floor in rubble? Why is that one wall in pieces?

SOMEONE, ANSWER ME BEFORE HEADS ROLL!"

The crash woke him up after a few hours sleep and if that hadn't, Jade would have. Walking groggily out of the ship, he heard her chew out some workers and shook his head. There were some things he was going to have to teach her about manners if she was going to be an effective ruler.

"She doesn't mean that. Just try again."

Jade heard Kamon's voice behind her and turned to glare at him, snarling. Sure, she was on her Wit's End with the delay of her home being built, and now she resented the fact that most of it fell to the floor in pieces.

"Nothing well ever get done if you dont put your foot down, show them whos boss."
