Amalia had been looking toward that window for several minutes now, nothing. She knew that neither of them had fallen, just by what she saw as she looked down.
Still, things were not as she had seen them last. Leia was no longer hanging over the ledge, not that that was not a good sign or anything, but now she was lost, at least to Amalia.
Was something going on inside now?
No, there could not be anything going on inside, at elast not anything bad, Amalia would probably be able to feel it if that were the case.
Now, now she could feel nothing though, and that's what disturbed her a little bit.
Finally, after Amalia had thought the worst, Kahn presence came into view slightly. He sraised his hand, and Amalia smiled a little bit.
She made the connection through the force once more.
Glad to see all is well. It seems my feelings were right, I'm glad I took you along. I'm sorry I was not much help, but perhaps I did not need to be. You've handled yourself remarkably well, Kahn, and as always, I am very proud. How are things fairing over there?

Leia saw Kahn wave out the window to somebody else who was apparently still on top of the other building.
"Who are you waving at?"
She became aware of something warm and wet running down her face, and she touched her forehead gently. Her hand came away red. She had a huge gash running across her forehead from where she had flown face first out the window, and now it was beginning to hurt as well. She grimaced, and wiped her hand on her thigh.
"And if possible, why don't they come over here for a visit..."

The Jedi Knight grimaced, realizing that the two of them would need medical care as soon as possible. The wounds were not life-threatening at the moment, but without treatment they could be.
Reaching into the Light Side once more, he sent a reply back to Amalia. He was glad that she was alright, although he now felt the loss of another life that had occured when he had been occupied with the snipers. Today was a victory, but all victories came at a price.
Master, the immidiate danger is gone, but Master Organa and I are in need of a medic. Nothing too serious, but it's better to be safe. Can you join us over here?
Turning his attention back to OS, the Jedi wordlessly ripped off a piece of his Jedi tunic and handed it to her. It would be a bit cleaner than her own clothing, as the ventilation shafts she had been crawling in were not exactly the most sanitary of places.
"Master Azalin, and I've just asked her to join us You know, red really isn't your color."
He smiled, hoping that a joke would help to ease the seriousness of the situation that they had just gone through.

She kept her message short this time, giving nothing but an answer to his request.
I'm on my way...
Amalia took a quick moment to look around her, particularly studying the length between her window ledge and the open window across from her.
In all Amalia's time as a Jedi, believe it or not, she'd never had to make such a jump as this. It would be her first.
She took in a deep breath for a moment, closing her eyes for just a second or two while she began to work on letting the force flow completely through her.
"Here goes nothing"
Her mind was clear as she thought of nothing but that jump and that window's ledge. The jump seemed to take much too long, well at least longer than Amalia had expected the jump to take.
Nonetheless, she found herself landing feet first, she seemed to wabble a bit as she landed on the platform ledge, anything but graceful. Though still quite fair for her first large jump.
However, she made the best of it as she casually leaned against the window frame, almost making the task seem as if it had been nothing, when in reality, the large jump had been anything but.
She smiled lightly.
"I was just in the neighborhood....Hope you don't mind me dropping in and all..."
She'd already had a quick glance of inside the room and knew exactly where her feelings within the force had come from. Even her train of thought seemed to fall into Kahn's own, no harm in that. A lot had happened in just one day, but then again, this was not any different from any other day in the life of a Jedi. After everything was all said and done though, it was how you handled the day and all that went with it, that made the difference to help you carry on...

Leia (also wordlessly) took the piece of fabric, nodded to Kahn and neatly folded it in half, and then pressed it to her forehead.
She saw Kahn focus and zone out again, as he had done quite a few times now. Leia was getting the suspicion that another Jedi had been with him on the other building, which actually would have made perfect sense. Then he seemed to come back to the present, and he turned to look at Leia, she looked back up at him. He spoke, while Leia shifted to rest the elbow of her good arm that she was using to hold the makeshift bandage to her head with on her knee. When she replied, her words were spoken slowly, in a soft tone.
"Amalia huh..."
Several moments passed, and then Amalia came flying through the window just as Kahn had, landing softly on the floor, and speaking not long after. Leia relaxed, comforted by the arrival of an able body, and a good friend.
It was only then that Leia submitted herself to a lighter mood and picked up on his earlier comment. She pulled the small piece of fabric away from her forehead to look at it. The dark material was already saturated with blood, and she glanced at it only momentarily before turning a mock indignant glare on him.
"And what do you mean, red isn't my color!?"

The Jedi Knight had watched as his Master readied herself for the jump. She seemed a bit hesitant at first, but once she launched herself into the air he recognized a look of determination and focus on her features. Amalia Azalin was one of the few Jedi Masters; her connection with the living Force ran deep and true. He had witnessed her great skill before, but never really taken the time to dwell on it.
As she landed beside the two other Jedi, Kahn, too, felt relief wash over him. He knew that he was capable of dealing with dangerous situations, and did not doubt his own abilities. However, when he first became a Padawan under Amalia, he had always felt protected and secure in her prescence. She had been the savior to a lost little boy, the glimmer of light in a dark tunnel. And he never completely lost that tendency to feel safe when she was near.
As Organa spoke to him in a joking manner, he grinned once more. It always helped to flavor the atmosphere with humor after having a rather disturbing encounter. Laughter could heal the soul, as one figure in history said long ago. And it was true.
"It's just not you, Master Solo. Perhaps your more of a yellow person. What do you think, Master Azalin?"
His eyes were dancing with laughter, although he was keeping a straight face. Kahn considered Organa to be a friend, but he had never really developed the bond with her that he shared with his Master. He knew that the Jedi Master was often away on business, tending to both her Jedi and non-Jedi duties. And, for this, he respected her.

Amalia seemed to look from Kahn to Leia and back again as the question was being asked of her.
All she could do though was simply shake her head and smirk. After a split second or two, a tiny bit of laughter seemed to escape her throat, and she spoke. A hint of good natured humor was hidden within her face.
"Oh no you don't! I know better..."
She shifted her gaze so that she was looking directly at Leia, she smiled a little.
"..a lot better..."
She sent a message to Kahn via the force, blocking it purposely from Leia, though still her intent of doing so ever playful.
However, I could not agree with you more....
Her smile grew into a grin as her eyes quickly fell away from Leia and onto Kahn again. She winked at him playfully.
After a time her eyes fell onto the two men whom were still on the floor. She did not want the good humor to end, nor the light mood, but they could not stand around all day either.
"What is to happen with these two?"

Leia sighed as if remembering something, and she began to look around herself, as if searching for something.
"Those two and the man I pulled out the window are the property of the New Republic Special Ops now, and they probably will never be seen or heard of again. I can't really say anything more, but... there is a small staging area set up on the first floor of this building. If you can find my comlink, you can call the two guys up from below. They were my backup for this mission, and I didn't keep an open channel with them for security and stealth reasons..."
Something was going on between Kahn and Amalia that Leia was not privy to. She could feel it...
She kept quiet and ignored the feeling, and everything else that came with it. Instead she focused on other things, such as how they were going to get out of here. Her gaze centered on the door.
"We're also locked in this room unless there's something you can do about it for us, Amalia... I have no idea where my comlink is."

The Jedi Knight frowned as they spoke about what to do with the snipers. He didn't take pleasure in the fact that he had taken another beings life; every being's lifeforce was special, a gift. And he had taken that away. There had been good cause for it, Kahn knew that. But he couldn't help feeling slightly guilty about it.
He was curious as to the whole reason that Organa had been assigned to this building, and why the three snipers had been so important. However, the Knight did not pry. If it was a confidential matter, then he would respect the Jedi Master's reasons for making it such.
"I can help out, if you need me to, Master."
The two blaster wounds Kahn had substained were painful, but not to the point of seriously inhibiting his ability to use certain Jedi skills. Aside from that, there was the fact that, once they reached the rest of Organa's team, they could get to a medical facility.

Leia frowned, and looked at Kahn.
"You really should stay put now, and rest. You have done a lot here, today... and you are injured, in a worse place than me."
Leia herself then rose to unsteady feet, herself not being injured in any way to impede her walking abilities too greatly. Her gaze centered on Amalia and her eyes seemed clouded with pain, her expression strained. But she made no noise or expression to reveal any fact that she was struggling with pain. She seemed suddenly concerned as well.
"What happened to the man, the one hanging on the ledge of the other building, the one that the snipers were after?"
