Kamon nodded.

"I know you wont and the same goes for me. I won't let anything happen to you. But, am I really the closest person to you? What about your sister? You see, we all have a weak spot. The sith exploit those weak spots."

He rested his head in his hands. It was useless, but he would continue. Even if it killed him.

My eyes watered a bit, and my bottom lip trembled for a second. I lifted Kam's head with a finger on his chin, and then placed my hand back on my lap.

"Jaina is no longer my sister really. She is a member of Somir Crime Family, and they don't want me to hang around with her. Everytime I get close to someone, I make a mistake and screw it up."

A small tear rolled down my left cheek, and I didn't move to wipe it away. I leaned over, and kissed Kam, softly on the cheek. I sat up, suddenly aware of what I had just done. My face dropped, and I stood up, awkwardly, and ran out of the cockpit, and locked the room to my door behind me.

OOC: I thought it added real life issues that people deal with. Makes it more believable.

Jacens kiss startled kamon. Usually that would be considered a little gay, but in this case Kamon understood.

He stood up and barried his own life problems in the back of his mind. Jacen needed to be comforted and Kamon was the only one to do it.

He walked dlowly out of the cockpit, and stopped at Jacen's door. His hand was posed to knock but at first he couldn't do it. He let his hand fall.

"Jacen, Jaina is still your sister. The only reason she hangs out with them is because she loves Brahle. You shouldn't let their dislike of you come between you. She is your sister. You must understand the value of that."

I was leaning against door as Kamon's voice rang through it. He had a point, and I had been over that same thing many times in the time since I have seen Jaina in that cantina. I stayed where I was.

"I know, Kam. I know. I don't hate Jaina for it, but I am a little hurt by it. Everyone has left me in my life, and then after I finally find Jaina, she chooses him over her own brother! Her twin. Her twin, Kamon, do you hear me?!"

I realized that I was screaming, and I stopped talkng altogether. The kiss on Kamon's cheek hadn't helped either, and I wasn't sure what I was going to do about that.

Kamon looked down as Jacen yelled at him. He was right in some ways wrong in others.

"What you are trying to say is correct. You are her twin. However, love is the strongest bond and the hardest to break. She loves Brahle in the opposite way she loves you. Understand that Jacen. She has not cast you out."

Kamon leaned against the wall as he spoke. Jaina was a familiar person and he knew her better than to think she would cast out her own brother. He hoped he had judged her right.

I slid down the door, and let my hands fall to my lap.

"I know, Kam, I know that. It's just that everybody in my life has left, or I have screwed it up somehow. It always happens, without fail. And I don't want that to happen with Jaina."

Kamon smiled.

"Then don't let it happen. Take initiative. Defy the laws set before you. You are a Rogue Jedi, Jacen. Don't let Brahle stop you from talking to your sister."

Kamon stood upright and turned to go to the cockpit.

"If you need me ill be in the cockpit."

He left and went to the cockpit. There, he sat down to reflect.

I pressed my lips together, and I heard Kamon's footsteps fade down the corridor. I slowly got to my feet, and walked to my bed. I flopped onto my bed. I clench my pillow hard, and then threw it at the wall.

"Why do things have to be this hard."

I put my head down on the bed, and let the tears flow.

Kamon looked at the chrono. It was five seconds to reversion. He sent a quick message to Jacen's holopad, then turned back.

At the zero mark, he pulled the lever. The ship reverted to realspace and was hailed immediately by Ossan planetary control. Kamon sent his code to them, then sat back.

Sometimes it took a long time for them to reply. Oh well. That meant more time for him to think.

I shook my head, and rolled over, looking at the ceiling. I swung my feet off the bed, and pulled my shoes back on, and re clipped my lightsaber to my belt, and exited the room. My shoes clanked on the netal surface, and then I walked into the cockpit, sliding into my seat next to Kamon.

"We should be at Ossus soon, No?"

I rubbed my heads through my hair, trying to fix it, and then tried to wipe the last bit of sleep from them.
