She bowed slightly in greeting.
"Hello, good morning to you as well, Kahn."
She smiled slightly, glancing about.
"As ready as I'll ever be, I suppose."
She wanted to hesitate, to maybe rethink things, wondering if this was really what she should be doing. She decided it was.
"Well, we should get going now..."
She stepped forward, beginning her walk back home, back to the order.

Kahn followed, about half a step behind. It was a habit he had not broken yet, that a Padawan used to show respect for his or her Master.
"Don't worry, Master. They'll take you back, I'm sure of it."

Amalia smiled coolly, noting Kahn's position.
"You must learn to break that habit, Kahn. Come forth, walk with me and not behind me."
She stopped and turned to face him.
"I will not always be with you, and there are times when I have not been with you. You must learn to lead. I too, had to learn to lead. Hesitation is not always a good thing. Everyone is capable of leading, but you must grow and be able to carry that position. You are ready for such a position, but no one can make you do it, you must do it on your own."
She tilted her head forward, smiling a little lopsidedly.
"You can start now.."

Kahn smiled back. He was still new to this rank, still had habits of a Padawan. But he knew he would have to break them sometime, and now was probably as good a time as any to start doing so.
"Old habits die hard, Master. But I am capable of doing what you say, that much I know."
They started walking again, this time Kahn was right beside Amalia.

Amalia grew more hesitant as they drew closer to the order. She tried to concentrate on other thoughts besides the order itself so that she would not get cold feet and walk away once again.
'What have you been doing, while I've been away?"

Kahn sensed her hesitation, but didn't say anything about it.
"I've taken on a Padawan Learner, by the name of Adrian Trench. Other than that, just normal, run-of-the-mill types of things."

She smiled thoughtfully.
"A padawan learner, huh? Is he your first?"
As they turned a corner, the order came into view.

OOC: I'm assuming we're keeping TRF and TJR separate.
IC:
Kahn nodded.
"Yeah, he is. Here already, I guess."
They now stood right outside the Order.

ooc: Yes.
IC: Amalia stopped just at the double doors, leading to the inside of the order.
"Yes, I suppose we are."
Now that Amalia was here, truth be told, she had no idea where to go. Nor did she know who to go see, whom to speak to, what to do.
"Yes, here we are.."
She shook her head in disappointment.

Sensing Amalia's indecision, Kahn moved forward to open one of the doors for her.
"We can request an audience with the Council to discuss you coming back, Amalia. C'mon."
He waited for her to enter.
