So would Interdictor Cruisers have no effect on ships in Warp Transit?
Star Trek VS Star Wars....
Yes, I would love some fruit salad, Seth...
Exactly. And Kirk wins. Always.
Yeah, but so does Han Solo...
Which means we have a Paradox.
Which means we have a Paradox.
Yes but they're incomparable because their technologies are built completely on different standards.. you can't compare two different fictitious universes and expect to come to any kind of definite conclusions.. sure you can speculate which is exactly what everyone's doing but you might as well be comparing the Marvel Universe to Star Wars.. seems like the only reason this comparison is even being drawn is because both universes have the name "Star" in their title and both use starships...
Star Wars would kick Marvel's ass...Jedi are the greatest super heroes to have ever existed and Sith the best Villans.
You just had to open that pandora's box Zell...you just had to...
But either way, I would say that Interdictors would have no effect on Transwarp (or warp period) because Hyperspace is an entirely different thing in terms of physics than Warp. I could get into Warp Theory (I had nothing better to do for a physics project) but I don't think anyone wants that.

HAHAH!
Marvel, what with it's utter disregard for physics, would rip Star War into tiny little shreds. Here's a few kickers...
Galactus, in terms of destructive power, out-does both the Sun Crusher and the Death Star...
Thor, herald of just one of the real gods (real, in-so-far as they're able to affect this 'reality' more profound and directly then rumor) who could easily absorb the lightning of the Sith and blast it back...
Silver Surfer, like countless others who can survive the vaccume of space, could virtually fly right through a Star Destroyer...
The Hulk who, once landed on a planet would make the ultimate ground-warfare weapon...
The Shi'Ar Empire which, aside from hosting more Aliens then the Republic, boats a vast area of power that exceeds the might of Republic and Empire both. (And transcends this galaxy, dimension, and time.)
Professor X, the mutant who could, with or without the aid of Cerebra, monitor or kill anyone on a given planet?
Vs...
EDIT: Hyperspace is not Real Space. Star Wars dodges the idea of Lightspeed very neatly by doing it in another dimension. Warp travel exists within Real Space and creates a bubble about the object which, theoretically, protects the object from t he massive stresses that moving faster then the speed of light would bring.

Solo would work Kirk so hard. He'd leave em like Greedo!
If it were an Alien Boinking Contest, Kirk would be waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay up on Hand-Job Solo. In fact, if you're a fan of the Corellian Trillogy, you probably know that Han has had some very... rough... times with the women folks.
Kirk is smooth, and he has the Stop Talk going for him.
In Film, Star Wars wins.
On Television, Star Trek wins.
Dunno about all them other media forms.
