The yards in the games are probably different from the yards we use here.

And Drayson, you must also be aware of that you do the same with the amount of damage you post, which I must say is insanely excessive.

Yes the yards are smaller. The Vergresso Asteroid Base was large though. It took a pair of Nebulon-B Frigates ten minutes to appear around the yard, and they were hiding in it before.

The problem is that in the games and books, the shipyard are of varying sizes.

Like in NJO, the Fondor shipyards were wiped out in the first few waves of coralskippers weren't they?

Any precident set by books is overruled to keep things fair, no?

Having a yard that takes 40 days to build be destroyed in two posts is not fair.

I believe that would depend entirely on what the staff believes.

That would be like the Empire saying it to be unfair that a Death Star that took years to build was destroyed by one fighter though.

This is up to the Staff, Drayson, not you.

Wow. Pin a medal on Griff's chest and promote him to Captain Obvious!

Kilam. Just no.

A Death Star could be destroyed by one fighter (in theory). The key is that this could not be done in one post.

Obviously a @#%$ Super Star Destoyer can destroy a shipyard. It's simply the time it takes that I was commenting on.

Drayson may I inquire the source of your hostility?

I am not taking sides in any way, I am simply pointing out a part of the arguement that may otherwise have been overlooked.

I haven't even defended Griff's damage, I've given examples of extreme damage in volleys, so why are you reacting so angrily toward myself?

Why?

Because your putting yourselves into threads that have nothing to do with you, constantly. Your pointing out irrevelent information, information taken entirely out of contex, information that has no useful ourpose, and attempting to apply it the situation.
