It is valid.
It is a prison planet.
Think Kamon, if a political prisoner like you is locked up on Kessel, wouldn't it be logical that Kyric can lockdown Kessel to avoid anyone helping you to escape since the beginning?
Drayon, Zark, Raktus, and Kyric showed valid points and you still don't get it?
Who is the dense person now? Certainly not me or them...
And Drayson and Zark are invited to this thread. In fact, everyone can post their opinions. I want to hear them.

But that is where you are incorrect. This thread is about my thread, therefore I have the right to not allow them here.
And it would be logical if they had actually done it then.

Kamon, maybe if you weren't a baby the first time around and quit, you wouldn't be in this situation. But you are, and it is my planet, my prision planet. And grow up.

There was a problem with this back in the day with TGC involving Itala and Artimir (or someone like that) where Itala "captured" this person and sent him to a prison and IC had all his bases covered and threw out the patronizing option that he could still rp an escape but taking all his IC preventions into account which all but made an escape impossible.
What was decided then was that no character could be held indefinitely by any group no matter their IC preventions. A limit was set at 2 weeks.
It seems like a rule like this needs to be in place.
The staff will discuss it.

I am not holding him, nor restricting him, I am merely stating what is there. In the system. If they don't like, too bad.

1. Kamon quit, claimed he would never come back. As such, I believe the Kamon character no longer has any rights to the rules.
2. We could have killed him instead of capturing him, the fact we didnt I think owes something to us, as such I consider Kamon property of the Imperium as is, due to #1.
3. It's not like hes confined to a 2m escape pod, hes confined to a world. A situation hes more than proven he can succesfully rp in. I caould see a rule against launching escape pods into deep space with people in them, but as far as restricting someones rp to a single world, that doesnt inhibit a persons roleplaying cability at all.

3. Yeah it does. This is rather boring.
Anyways, I await the staff's decision on what Omnae said.

No Kamon, you are wrong. When you left you forfieted all of your rights. You come back and now--yes you can have some rights, but you are on Kessel and you can try to escape. If you don't like it, tough shit, start a new character.
