On the issue of Luprecus: Ok, that means that most of the crew is dead, except for a couple hundred who had some sort of breathing device. As half an hour has not passed they are still alive and I believe are still fighting you. Also, if you were to remain for a half hour, you would also die, all that absorption stuff.

How did you know we were coming?I thought you couldn't detect ships in hyperspace (But my knowledge of hyperspace is limited). Also, I had to make up a none-sensors related reason why I knew to turn to Corellia, suggesting that sensors would tell you naught.
