Victory's MK 4 and Imperator's MK 3 are not legal for play, they're not canon, and no General R&D has been approved (one is being worked on for the Imperator, though).
Please consider them to be the closest canon equivalent. (Imperator II and Victory II, unless there is a canon Victory III)
There is a cannon Victory Three(another name for the republic Star Destroyer), but that is a different length. He did describe the Vic IV as just having improved internal systems, but same weapons as a ViC II(no IC advantage).

Yes. I am not giving myself any advantage as far as weapons or shields or any such things. When doing battle with me, feel free to use the equivalent approved vessels. IC, it is just to show that Empire keeps up with the times.

Lup put nerve gas through the entire ship. Dolash already said that his Azguards were the only ones with respirators, so the rest of the crew could not survive.
There's also the fact that you claimed to "neutralize" a Sith Lord and a Sith Apprentice (or a Knight, not sure on Silius' rank) in one post.
The fact is that we well wait until Kas has made a ruling to make any sort statments about this action and that is the only fact that I am going to acknowledge here now that I have put in my two cents.

What @#%$ crew? Are you moronic? No systems have been reinitialised because they reactors are deactivated. Unless you once again pulled something out of your ass, this isn't possible.

Not only is the Yunos well beyond the position of the skirmish line (drifting idly above the elipitical of the battle along the vector of its previous route, meaning above Corellia at this point), but you have no crew from which to fire its weapons. And then theres the fact the ship has no power.
By my 3rd post, Dolash entire fleet had no sheilds. I destroyed his ships over 4 posts. The Skirmish screen was at 35% sheilds a while back, and weren't targetted since. Sheilds would have raised.

The "confused melee" was Dolashs fault, and was a direct result of his mismanagement of his fleet.
My fighters, meanwhile, were (as i stated) still engaging the fleeing GC fleet. Meaning nowhere near the Yunos. Once again, it is proposterous to consider you able to do that with a ship whose weapons (assuming you could power the ship, which you can't) have just been brought online and are yet to charge.
You have taken control of the GC fleet, when that is Dolashs job. The only reason i accepted the lose of my VSD (at full strength) was because he targetted it with everything he had. Meaning those B2s.
Or, if we're allowed to do that, hows about every TNO member in this thread do the same? Does that mean we get to each individually attack you with every ship under everyones control, everytime we post?

Ha! You realise i based my time assumption on the time it would take to rally together 40 Azguard, from a crew of tens of thousands all stationed in different areas of a 7000m+ ship? Meaning it would take @#%$ ages. I countered Dolashs implausability with some implausability of my own.
Also, realise it took me 2-3 posts to actually reach life support.
Done simultaneously with the attack on me by the Azguard. They were landed from my escape route while it waited for me. By NPCs. Which TNO has, because we didn't have Null gas flowing through our ships.

The 'ramming' was once again a result of Dolashs mismanagement. He charged a bunch of massive capital ships into a space 800-900m across. Their destruction is going to effect their buddies.
