He already said you couldn't say I don't have reinforcements, and since I followed the rules on reinforcements, I don't need to worry about him posting his approval, it is an automatic approval. Anything that is legal doesn't need an approval.

There's a reason why I said you must explain where your ships are coming from. You cannot circumvent the battle-timeline. If the battle takes twenty minutes your ships are twenty minutes into their trip. See As the World Falls Down #2, page 2 for more details.
