Reason the First
In my post, I caused a grand total of 1500 meters of damage to the ORS forces. Marth thought this was unrealistic, and the staff agreed. So I editted.
In his post, Marth caused 4560 meters worth of damage. That's almost exactly three times the ammount of damages he objected to my causing.
Not only that, but it's a highly rediculous ammount of damages to be causing in one post. It takes, usually, between three and five posts to destroy an Imperator Class Star Destroyer (1600 meters).
Marth's actions are almost equivilent to destroying three such vessels in one post!
Reason the Second
The weapons Marth used are very rare, and very Imperial. As established during the Darkness Falls roleplay, they are uncommon period - and very uncommon outside of the Empire.
Marth's story about finding some in a "storehouse" on Wayland has some merit, save for one thing: the Mount Tantiss storehouse was destroyed in The Last Command. Even assuming it was not, DBMs are known for exploding in storage, and it is very likely that in the fifty or so years between then and now, they would have been destroyed.
It is also very likely that after a number of years unmantained, they would be useless.
Furthermore, the story is simply an excuse to gain access to a largely-TNO tech. If the discovery of these missiles was mentioned in the takeover of Wayland, there would be some leeway. But it was not - it's simply a way out.

Relative ranges. Marth fired his missiles towards the Imperial fleet from far out of range.
This is established by Marth:

Given, DBMs are missiles and could be assumed to cross the distance. However, they are being fired blind and were the Imperial fighters to scatter, they would not follow.
There is also a question as to whether an Imperial missile would effectively target an Imperial vessel, unless reprogramed. But again, there is no mention of this and, in all liklihood, the missiles guidance systems would have decayed beyond repair.
Conclusion
It is my opinion that destroying 500 starfighters in one post is rediculous no matter the situation. It is a huge number of vessels to be eliminated in only a few hundred words - we would never allow someone to destroy a capital ship of equivilent size in only one post.
Add to this the fact that Marth's device for destroying said ships is an Imperial/Sinear design, that his claim for having them is questionable, and that if they were dug out of a storehouse they would probably be greatly decayed.
Therefor, Marth's stated damages are entirely unreasonable, as is his refusal to cooperate:

The damage to Marth's Corvettes. I left it open for him to decide upon reasonable damages to his ships. His decision was "shields lost a little bit."
After a salvo of 90 proton torpedoes.
In canon, the SSD Lusankya had her shields taken down by a salvo of 80 concussion missiles/torpedoes (missiles are generally weaker than torpedoes).
An SSD that is 53 times the size of a Corvette (going by the 8000 meter idea) 117 times larger (17.6 km SSD).
Now, even accepting that the X-wing books exagerate, this does have to be taken into consideration. Say the true number to take down an SSD's shields is ten time the ammount stated - this is a very large difference, and in truth it is probably smaller.
Now, that would be 800 missiles. So, since the Corvette is a 53rd the SSD's size, let's assume that a 53rd of the missiles would do the job.
800/53 = 15.
15 Missile to take down the shields of a Corvette. That leaves 75 to strike against its hull.
All in all, more than enough to render it unable to fight - which is what I stated in my first post. I only stated "destroyed" after Marth's failure to respond.
Note that the fighters attacking his ships were equivilent in size to a 450 meter capital ship - a Strike Cruiser or Belarus Cruiser, more than twice its size.
Coupled with the loading post, that is two posts - the minimum required in those circumstances to destroy an enemy ship.
For this reason, I submit that the damages to Marth's corvette are as I originally stated: out of the fight, but able to be repaired if they were to be towed home and spent time in a shipyard.
That's actually (imo) getting off light, since they should be so much metal debris.
