Points of View: Observers?

On the Drewwa base Master Nogar sat and contemplated on the same thing that he had be brooding about for the past few months. The fate of his former Padawan, Vonta Horn.

He fate wieghed heavily on his conscience. So he meditated searching the force for any sign of her. Anything that would give him a clue as to where she was!

So he sits alone in a secluded corner of the base, cross-legged, his eyes move under his eyelids as if he was dreaming. In a way he is dreaming. Dreaming himself into the force to search it's depths for some sign of the life force that he seeks.

All about him other force signature move about. Jensaarai, Teepo Palidin, and now the anomalous Baadu of the shadow arts. Of whom he had yet to fully understand. He sepparates them from his search looking for one with amix for force abilities including Aiki, Jedi, Teepo, and Jensaarai.

((I so hate exboards, I typed up a really long response n the damn post didn't send the first time so I have to do it again...))

-----------------------

When the Jensaarai Jaymach Ral'Tir got back to the base on Drewwa he immediately went to his quarters to send a comm message to the Saarai Kaar, his Master and leader of the Jensaarai, telling her ((it is a her on TRF, right?)) of his meeting with the Noghri Aiki Master and also of the Wookiee who had brought them to the chance meeting, telling her that he wished to train under this Aiki and learn everything he could so as to further the Jensaarai Order.

Once the message was sent, the Jensaarai immediately set out to find the Aiki once more. This was a more arduous task than he first thought however, the Aiki did not seem to be the most sociable person on the base, with very few people having ever seen him, let alone know where he was.

He did pick up a few hints however, several people telling him that the Aiki had went "that way" and pointing down corridors or through doors and several more saying they had caught small glimpses of something that could be the Aiki he seeked disappearing through a door.

Jaymach soon realised that he would have to rely on more than just the help of the other beings on the base and set about finding the Aiki through the Force. This was a hard feat indeed with all the other Force users on the base but he soon found a being who had a rather distinct signature in the Force than all the others.

He followed this signature to a remote part of the base which very few beings needed to go. 'Hmm...a fitting place to find the reclusive Aiki Master' he thought to himself. He followed the Force until he finally found the Aiki, alone and sitting down in an empty room.

He seemed to be in some sort of trance...meditating perhaps and so Jaymach decided it best not to disturb him in case he was pondering a matter of great importance. He stood just inside the room, in front of the door, awaiting the Aiki to awaken of his own will...

OOC: (Yes I had that happen with several of my respones to my R&D's I had to rewrite one for the Hyper Portal twice. Oyy...)

Drops of energy dot the universe. On a higher plane of thought he sifts through the life force of the galaxey beneath him. In moments he flashes from one star system to the next. Some he finds dark signatures, others of the light, and strangely some that hold inbetween the light and dark. Sitting in shadow like the strange Wookiee that he had met recently.

*More shadows in the universe. Strange that I was not aware of them before now.* He thinks to himself.

The process that he is attempting is arduous. He can only skim the universe. If he finds a spot that looks promising he cannot see where it specifically is. If he tries to see it specifically he only gets a force vision of where it could be. Flashes of sight, sounds and smells. Events that may be happening in the present, the past, or even the antient past.

It is not the best way to search but, for now, it is his only means of searching out his former padawan.

In the room that he sits in sweat gathers on his brow. The strain of this type of meditation is obvious to any one that would watch him.

On the astral plane Nogar feels his body waning. He could use the force to continue. But he knows that it is best that he conserve his strength. So that next time he trys this meditation he may actually succeed in his endouver.

Moving from one side of the galaxey in spirit, he flashes back to his corporeal form. As he comes out of his trance his breathing becomes heavier and deeper. Two grey eyelids reveal that the rapid eye movment is slowing down until all at once they are still and they open to reveal his two yellow eyes.

He lets out a sigh. Reaching into his light robe he pulls a rag to wipe the sweat from his brow. He puases as his hand comes up to his forehead. He sniffs at the air and then continues to clean the condensation from his forehead.

"It is good to see you again my dear Ring Defender." he addresses his visiter.

He watched as the Aiki Master came out of his trance in a sweat. As the Noghri opened his eyes, Jaymach wandered what he could have been meditating on. His thoughts were interrupted, however, by the Noghri's first words.

"It is good to see you again my dear Ring Defender."

"Indeed it is, Master Aiki. You do not leave much of a trail for someone with such a high reputation, it was harder to find you than it is to find most beings." he sat himself down in front of the Aiki Master "But I beleive that we could learn much from each other."

He laid both of his Plasmasabers on the ground in front of him from his holsters and unbuckled his Lightwhip from its holder on his hip. "Weapons are a bit of a burden when they are not needed, wouldn't you say?" Jaymach grinned slightly.

The Nohgri looked at the burden the the Jensaarai carried.

He made a quietly amused laugh. Aiki had no need for so many weapons. As their entire body became one in the Aiki ares. Be side him he had three things. A small pouch, his Aiki light-bo, and a leather wather bag.

He picks up the water sack and takes a long drink. He was a bit dehidrated for his efforts.

"Indeed they can be. But that is a problem I am glad that I do not share my friend." He sounds a bit amused as he replies.

"So be sides making an old sentient laugh what else brings you to my side?" he asks.

"I beleive you have already stated the very reason for which I come. You have earned the reputation of a great fighter, yet you only carry this simple..." he pointed to the only weapon the Aiki Master had "...Light-bo...I beleive I have heared it called? I have even heard of you winning unarmed fights against beings with Lightsabers. I am...intrigued...on how this is possible?" his eyes met with the Noghri's

"To be frank, I wish to train..." he moved his weapons to the side with telekinesis "to train how I can defend myself and others without weapons of such...destructive capabilities. I am willing to do whatever it takes to prove my worth in earning such abilities..." a look of complete seriousness came over the Codru-Ji's face...

Irman Looked at the Jensaarai. He was ardent in his want to learn the Aiki ways.

"Now think long and hard of what you ask here my friend." he gives a piercing stare, "the powers and ways of the Aiki are by no means easy to master."

"Vonta Horn her self only learned the principles of Aiki unarmed combat, as far as I had gathered in my comunications with her she had yet to even after all the time she spent away from my tutulege."

He continues staring at him. Unarmed force combat at it's highest level involved total body empowerment. Vonta was his apprentice for more then a year and only learned to use many of the techniques through the empowerment of objects.

She was getting close. Training with the wooden Aiki akendo sword.

"No offense meant Master Nogar, but I have thought about this for much time. Ever since I heard of your powers I have wished to learn more. I have merely been unable to think of any reason to meet with you to discuss it...our recent meeting has given me that reason." he thought for a few seconds on how to continue...

"I have already stated that I shall do whatever is necessary to prove my worth of these skills...and I can train nuder you for as much time as is necessary for me to learn everything that you wish to teach me..." again he pondered for a breif few seconds...

"I also beleive that I may be able to teach you some of the Jensaarai ways. Although I have never trained anyone myself I have watched my master, our Saarai-Kaar, teach some of our younger members. Although I do not think it would be prudent to teach you in the same manner I do beleive that I can adapt her training methods to suit this rare occurence of being both a student and a teacher..."

He thought back to what the Saarai-Kaar had told him of Vonta, although he had never met her personally he knew she was someone who, if she wished to do something, would follow it through completely. For this reason he found it strange that she would not complete her training under this Aiki Master...perhaps reasons beyond her control had not let her finish...or perhaps this Aiki was too tough of a teacher. No matter which it was, Jaymach was willing to do whatever it took to study under the Noghri...

"Very well. But this shall be a joint partner ship. I sense strength within you that has yet to be taped." he takes another drink from the skin.

He needed a rest for now.

A quiet rumbling came from his stomach, "There are times for lessons then my friend and there is a time for other life neccessitys. Please join me for a meal. We can talk about our sects while we eat."

He stands up taking the pouch and placing it at his side and placing his light-bo on his back.

"Now we greet each other formally. I am Irman Nogar, former warrior of the Nohgri clans, current Master of the Aiki ways."

He makes a bow to his new friend and student.

Jaymach chuckled when he heard the Noghri's stomach rumble "Ah yes, I beleive it is indeed time to eat. As you already know, my name is Jaymach Ral'Tir, former huntsman of my village on Munto Codru, current Jensaarai Ring Defender." he also bowed and, upon getting up, motioned to the doorway.

"Shall we eat then?" the Jensaarai called all the weapons back to their places on his armour with telekinesis "You can choose where we eat, my stomach can handle almost anything." he grinned slightly again, remembering the last time he said that and the spices that his fellow Jensaarai had gave him to eat...perhaps he shouldn't have said almost anything...
