He was offering his assistance, for that she was grateful, but she wasn't too sure how much he could help her.
"I would like my memory back for one..." she said, "But I am being unrealistic there I think...unless you have some magic way of restoring memory loss." She let out a half hearted laugh.
"A bed to sleep in...would be nice though...at least for a night. I don't want to be a burden...especially since I'm on a...limited diet..."
A part of her warned that he could be one of 'them' and was leading her into a trap, but she shook off those thoughts, thinking them silly. She didn't get any bad impressions at all from him and for once...just once...she felt she could trust someone.

Lupercus smiled warmly, hiding his trademark smirk, and the Trandoshan seemed eased.
"Magic ey?"
He walked towards her, reaching out into her cluttered and overworked mind.
Like this kind of magic?
He saw a sudden panicked look cross her face, but he also sent waves of calm echoing through her cerberal cortex, allowing the fear to pass.
"I think i might be able to help you in all departments. If you're willing, of course."

The telepathic message did frighten her at first, but the fear passed quickly. The revelation however got her mind working overtime. He if could send messages to people telepathically, what else was he capable of? He very well could help her remember more...maybe even...cure her? It seemed all too good to be true, but she wasn't about to past up the possibility of becoming normal again...and get back what life she had before.
"Yes." she said, raising to her feet. "I am willing. The less time I am stuck like this the better..."

"I can't promise anything about curing you, its not my area, but i might be able to make your stay in this form a little more comfortable, perhaps unlock some of whats in your mind."
Come, we should go from here.
The slips in and out of telepathy might have thrown the trandoshan off her balance, but she would get used to it soon enough. He reached into his pocket and took out a comlink, quickly calling for his driver.
"While we're waiting, what about those who did this to you, is there anything about them you can remember? Even the most innane detail?"

The telepathic speech did unnerve her, but she figured that that was his method of communication she will have to live with it. She was bit disappointed that he couldn't promise a cure, but any help she was grateful for right now. She thought a moment, trying hard to remember anything about the ones that changed her into what she was.
"I remember nothing of the time before I woke up in the junkyard." She said thinking a bit more, thinking maybe something she might have seen in the junkyard may be a clue. "The junkyard itself though...had a lot of what looked like android parts and various other machinary. I don't remember off hand any specific symbols of any companies that may have been on the junk though.
"It was garbage dump as well, for there was a lot of general trash there...some of it marked as bio-harzardous. Something hospitals and the like would dump I think. There were humanoid scavangers that raided the place as well, one of them was my first meal. Most of the ones I saw were human and they had to be from off planet, for they all had ships: I was able to escape that planet by stowing away on one of them. I wish bothered to find out what planet that was on..." After a brief pause she added. "I believe memories do come to me when I sleep,...but I forget them again as soon as I wake up. The only thing I do remember about them is the pain and fear I must have felt during the process that turned me into..." She held both her hands out in front of her, a look of disgust on her face. "This."
As she stared at her hands, something in her mind started to surface. Immediately she mentally reached for it, but it slipped through her mental fingers and disappeared back into the abyss that was currently her mind. She scowled: she had a feeling that was an important one that just eluded her...

Lupercus shook his head slowly as he listened, not able to identify the planet upon which she had found herself. Sadly, Lupercus himself rarely bothered with the scenery, but rather with the scene.
Towards the end of the alleyway a hovercar descended, its driver side door opening to reveal a black clad individual. He quickly opened the passanger side door to allow the pair enterance.
"Bear in mind, i know nothing of this kind of technology, well not directly at least. While i might not be able to change you back to the way you were, your much more immediate needs can be satisfied in little time."
He gestured for her to get in while he mentally sent their destination to the acolyte who held the door.

She was a bit disappointed that what she was able to recall didn't help him help her any, but she figured what she described could probably match just about 'any' junkyard in the galaxy. In time, she knew, she will remember more and perhaps aid him in assisting her. She had to be patient.
She was hesitant at first to enter the car, more out of shame at being one who was so dirty to be getting into such a nice vehicle then anything else, but got in after a moment. She had to stoop a bit as she got in, the car being not quite made for one her height, but it didn't turn out to be too uncomfortable for her: it was nice to sit on something soft for once after all.
As she waited for him to get in himself, she asked the one question she probably should've asked before getting in the car. "Why are you helping me anyway?" She asked, curiously. "No one has bothered before now..."

Lupercus smiled a toothy grin as he stepped in behind her, settling himself down roughly on the soft seats.
"Boredom, in fact."
The trandoshan exhibited some surprise at the frank but strange answer, so Lupercus continued.
"I sensed you, when you were hunting. It was something different, something interesting compared to the other millions who flash through my mind going about their daily lives. They are purposeless, to an extent.
You weren't."
From nowhere a small crystal glass appeared in his hands, a brown liquor swilling around in some ice.
"I'd offer you one but i figure you've only really got a desire for blood."
The statement was a partial question, but Lupercus was sure he knew the right answer.

She blinked in confusion at the glass...which hadn't been there a moment before: this guy had some unusal abilities indeed.
"It's not that I don't have a taste for other things besides blood..." she said, her eyes downcasting to the floor of the car. "It's that I am physically unable to consume anything else but blood. Many times, during my roaming I would pass by resturants and bakeries, smelling the food there. Alot of the smells are familiar and I can remember what some of the foods had tasted like. I know I've had such foods before...but I can't eat them now, my body rejects it as soon as consume them."
She sighed and glanced out the window, watching the many buildings and other vehicles zip by in a blurr. "I long to be normal..." She said softly.

He chuckled to himself silently as he listened to her lament.
"Noone wants to be normal. You should be seizing this moment with both hands!"
