OOC: Welcome back buddy. Sorry i idn't get to this thread at first, you just wrote too darn much and i didn't have the time to read it lol. But i promise, this will not turn into a fight.

IC: Naboo, a relaxing place for everyone. Evil and good alike often came from around the galaxy. Such was the reason one particular man had come. Hidden under flowing white robes, the sith lord sat within a bar, one that he frequented much in the pas but hadent done so in a while. Never the less the bartender remembered him and knew to give the sith free drinks. Malice never did make very good impressions in bars.

Sipping from his bottle of whiskey, he sat and thought. Many things had happened over the years. More importantly, he thought of his son. He did not know why he thought of Lono, he just....did. It was probably due to the fact that he had not seen him in years. By now, Lono must've been about 7 or 8. Last Malice saw him, he was only 3. The demon sith grwled at this. His own son growing up with the jedi, learning their ways.

Truthfully he didn't know what would happen if his son became a jedi and they had met on he battle field. Malice didn't know if he'd have the heart to kill his own son. As his thoughts searched and searched, the force suddenly alerted him to someone on the planet. The force signature entered his mind and instantly he knew whom it was.

Standing up, Malice exited the bar. The sith quickly made his way towards the entrance of the city, where he stopped and reached out more with the force. Malice had not seen him in many years as well. A bit of catching up was in order. Entering Kahn's mind, the jedi master felt the spark of evil floating around in him. He knew who it was. A voice soon followed the presense of darkness within his mind.

(You have returned Kahn. I thought you dead. Lying somewhere on a distant planet, killed by someone other then me. It is safe to say, that it's good to know your alive. Wouldn't want my number 1 enemy killed by someone else now would I)

Malice felt the other presenses around Kahn, with the odds against him he would not attack today. For once, a day when Kahn and Malice spoke, there would be no fighting between them.

The Jedi Master was unsure of how to respond to Ewan's comments. He hadn't been aware that he had gained enough prestige to be recognized by anyone he did not already know, but then he had been out of contact with the Jedi for many months.

"It is good to make your accquaintance, Ewan. I-"

Kahn halted suddenly, a troubled look gracing his features. There was something in the Force, a shadow that suddenly veiled things. It was a shadow that the Jedi knew well; he had been part of that shadow, once. A Dark Sider was near.

It only took a moment for Kahn to place the Force Signature as Malice Draclau, his former best friend from his time as a Sith. When the news of Kahn turning had reached Malice, he had reacted violently, and a gap had grown between the two that was not likely to be filled in either of their lifetimes.

Then the voice was speaking in his mind, and Kahn frowned, not liking the way it seemed slightly easier for him to accept the Dark presence. Hanna's death had shaken him badly, and what fear and anger still lingered in him, though not dangerous on their own, could make him more suceptible to the Dark Side if he wasn't careful. Of course, he was quite sure that he could handle any problems that arose.

Responding via the link through the Force that Malice had established, Kahn's 'voice' was even, devoid of any emotion.

You should choose your enemies more wisely, my friend. Someone who has nothing to lose is a dangerous opponent. I was gone for a few months on leave from the Academy.

The last sentence had not merely been a bluff on Kahn's part; since Hanna's death, he had noticed that he no longer feared death or injury. In fact, the idea of meeting Hanna when he died was an appealing thought, one that had brought thoughts of suicide to the Jedi Master's mind when the shock had still been fresh.

Amalia had talked to him, and had shown him that he still had others who cared about him to live for, but Kahn still felt strangely numb when he thought about death in battle, as though it didn't really matter if he came out alive.

Malice couldn't help but laugh at Kahns last remark. Those around him thinking he was crazy for laughing when only he was there. But as quickly as the laughter had come, it stopped and was replaced with the seriouslookhe had on before.

(Wise words Kahn. But it is also true that the hunter is jut as dangerous when he himself has nothing left to loose)

Malice Kahn wuld get what he was saying. Malice had lost the only lov of his life. He had lost his best friend to the lightside, because of the woman he had once loved. But what was hanging more in his mind then those thoughts, was that he had lost his only son to the lightside as well. Lono was living at the academy, being with the jedi day and night. Such a thing he was sure would fill the child with dreams of being a jedi.

With all these in his mind, he felt he had nothing to lose. Putting his mind back on the task at hand, Malice only now realized the emotions he felt going on within Kahn. As with Amalia, Malice still had some sort of connection with Kahn, making it so he sensed their emotions and feelings easier then others. As such, Malice sent he jedi another message.

(What's the matter jedi, i would have figured you'd gotten rid of such feelings a long time ago.......when you betrayed them. Have you decide to let them back in lighsider?)

Malice dark presense, though unknown to the sith himself would slowy start having an affect with Kahn's emotions. Having not had the darkside felt this strongly in him in such a longtime, one could only imagine Kahn's look on his face as the darkside was floating around within his mind. Again touching the inner regions of Kahns mind.

Ewan looked confused and looked at Kahn and saw him in pain, anger he wasn't sure of interfering with whatever was happening or going on with him but he looked dreadfull.

Ewan looked at Theed and scanned the area for any dark presence but he wasn't powerful. He was only just beggining to become a Padawan and learn the ways of the lightside of the force.

He looked at Kahn again and saw him with his eyes closed and eyebrows in the position of anger Ewan thought was Jedi supposed to be angry or is a Sith.Ewan shaked Kahn.

'Master Kahn are you feeling alright you look stunned and dreadfull and.......'

Ewan said no more.

OOC: Erm...just so you know, Ewan, Kahn isn't really angry or in pain right now. He's troubled; that's a difference that's rather important for Jedi, so please read a little more carefully, is all. Also, it's "shook" not "shaked". :)

IC:

The Jedi Master was just about to respond to Malice once more when he felt himself being shaken by the shoulders gently. Opening his eyes, he saw the concerned look in the others' eyes and forced a smile.

"I'm quite all right, Ewan. Just some old demons bothering me, no need to worry."

Mentally, Kahn sent a return message to Malice, ignoring the slight residue of anger that his presence had left. It would take more than that to cause the Jedi Master to waver; he wasn't about to fall back into the Darkness again.

Jedi can feel any emotion you Sith can; we simply handle them differently, my friend. I am quite content with my current affiliation in the Light.

Kamon had been silent for a while. He had felt something he had not felt in quite some time. Something only explainable by one phrase. And a dreaded phrase it was.

A Sith was in the area.

The Force sent him the taint of the Dark Side from somewhere nearby. It was a strong presence. Very strong. The only time he had met stronger was when he had faced Athena as a Padawan.

Kamon turned to Kahn.

"You know this Sith? I can see your concentration and I know that you are conversing with him."

The Jedi Master turned his head so that his eyes met Kamon's. He could see that the idea of a Jedi conversing with a Sith outside of battle was slightly troubling to the Knight, but there was no fear. Kamon had not been appointed to his rank for nothing.

Kahn was not eager to dredge up memories of old, but he no longer feared them; they no longer had power over him as they once did.

"When I was a young boy, I trained as a Sith. Malice Draclau, the one that you sense, was once my best friend. After I turned to the Light, he was not happy, to put it in layman's terms. He's a formidable opponent."

Kamon nodded. Silently he pondered how to answer the Masters response. It was a tough act to follow.

"I see. However, it is one thing to be formidable, and another to be beatable. Anyone can be defeated when the other person is the right person to challenge him."

He looked down the hill, trying to pinpoint the exact location of Malice. He couldn't and turned back to Kahn.

"Is he an immediate threat? Should we be prepared to fight?"

So young, ready to take on the universe...was I once that optimistic?

Kahn mused to himself as he watched Kamon. Though Kahn himself was still in his late twenties, he felt as though he had been through a lifetime already. Events had transpired that had long ago robbed him of his innocence, and recently, of a great deal of his optimism.

Banishing such useless thoughts from his mind until a more appropriate time, the Jedi Master raised a hand calmly.

"Malice can be quite a threat, but for some reason I feel that now is not a time that he will strike up a battle."

A pause now, and a hard look coming onto Kahn's features.

"If he is, I can handle him on my own. His quarrel is with me alone, after all. There is no reason for any of you to be involved."

Adrian reached Kahn, Kammon and Kenobi just as the Jedi Master was finishing his sentence, although he’d been listening to the conversation since coming within earshot, and he didn’t like what he’d heard.

A Sith, here? Adrian searched through the Force as he drew to a stop next to the group, taking in their emotions and wariness while he stretched ever outward with his awareness, encircling all the area with his conscious and feeling the Dark prescense waiting there for him. He recoiled, only slightly, and moved closer to Kahn, returning the greeting.

“Hello, Kahn. Long time, no see.” He nodded in recognition to Kamon and Ewan, then spoke again to his Master. “How are you?” Adrian was concerned, for the mixed emotions he saw in Kahn disturbed him, but out of consideration for the other he wouldn’t press his questions if Kahn didn’t want to talk about it.
