Thw wilds of Onderon-

As she waited Rhianna felt the reassuring presence of Master Baas. If he was here that was a good sign, but what of Kale? Hadn't he arrived?

The sound of Lily's voice brought her attention back to the matter at hand. She had not told Lily where specifically they were supposed to meet up but it was time she told the girl.

"We are all hiking towards the Temple of Iziz. I have felt Master Baas' presence, he knows we have arrived." She did not say she was concerned to have no sense of Kale, but she knew it would start becoming more obvious.

Covering the rest of the ship and giving the 'Pearl' one parting glance she motioned for Lily to follow. Being Naishi her night sight was very keen and having their sense of smell she could smell the many small creatures cowering in the underbrush as they started into the thickest bits of forest.

She was glad she wasn't wearing her cloak as they forced their way through the forest. It would have caught on every branch and twig in their path. But it was not long before a branch snapped back and struck her in the cheek, leaving a thin scratch across it. "I don't think this place was intended to be a vacation haven." Rhianna gave a small chuckle as she looked back to Lily. Perhaps a small bit of humor would lighten the tension of this place and the forbding feeling in her heart.

Luis turned his head around to that he could see Dirk. He glanced at the hole and gave an approving nod:

"Very Good, my Padawan. Now, let's get up there."

He said gesturing with a hand toward the hole, his saber still held firmly in front of him. Closing his eyes, He threw his hands up into the air. The atmosphere went still for a moment and time seemed to slow as he built up his power. He released it in a wave, and sent ripples of strong telekinesis through the force in a full circle around him for many metres, though it was strongest close to them.

Only Dirk and himself were unaffected. All the guards nearby were sent flying hard away from the pair, their blasters loosening from their grip and skittering along the floor. Machinery and Debris that was caught in the tremor began to rend out of shape and spark, some smaller pieces breaking clean off and flying away from them. He let his hands fall to his side and spoke again:

"L

He said, hopping through the hole and ushering Dirk through after him.

The wind whipped against his brown jedi cloak, leaving it fluttering behind him. His green eyes looked at the massive temple before him; the ancient Temple of Iziz. He could see that the structure had been built millenia ago, marveling at the myria od crosswalks which connected the different sections.

Behold Justin, a temple of the ancient time, which has seen wars between the light and dark. Yet it persists, much like the force, never wavering, only remaining absolute.

They emerged from the plush green canopy into the open, surveying the grounds for any signs of danger. His eyes drifted to the southwest, sensing rather than seeing, feeling the warm tidings of an old friend.

Rhianna! he sent through the force.

Moving with purpose and strength, the Jedi Master failed to notice the node of Darkness which filled the temple. Soon however, the ancient citadel would once again be witness to the war between the light and the dark.

Max glared at Tedryn.

"Fool, I will not follow Malice!!!!"

He began walking froward.

"Looks like you acolytes failed in killing me, now what are you going to do? Kill me yourself? Your nothing but a weak priest. Now it's your turn to die!!!!!!!!!!!!"

He raised his saber in front of his face, still glaring at Tedryn. He lunged forward smashing the hilt of his saber into Tedryn's temple. The grabbed him and throwing him hard into the wall, smashing his face into it several times, dropping him to the ground, he glared down at the sith priest who was cowering in fear. Max unleashed a barrage of kicks upon the priest then grabbed him by the back of the neck pulling him to his feet. Grabbing the dagger from his belt he held it to Tedryn's face, then lowered it to his neck slitting Tedryn's throat from ear to ear. He dropped the lifeless body to the ground, then turned to the others.

"Let's get to the mission!"

He sat down and waited until they reached Onderon.

Deep in the bowels of the Temple of Iziz, the Dark lord of the Sith stood in the shadows, totally enshrouded by the darkside and his own black hate. Next to him stood his newest disciple Silus, an ex mercenary who now embraced all of his raw hatred and rage, more than ready to test his fledgling skills on jedi.

Silus, lure the jedi padawans from their masters, allowing the masters to proceed unhindered, where I shall destroy them.

He sensed Silus's question before he asked it, smiling evily, laughing in a deep cackling voice.

Fear not young one, for you will have assistance. Lord Mandrake, you will assist Silus and then return to me once the padawans are defeated, while Silus goes to destroy the jedi's ships.

Concealing himself in his black robe, Sedriss looked at an unknown disciple, known only to him.

Soon my young disciple, we shall destroy Odon Baas and reveal your identity at last. Soon all shall tremble before us, realizing the error of challenging us.

The Sith Disciple stood before the Dark Lord of the Sith. Mandrake was all too ready to take on all those who opposed him. He had been trained well and would not be defeated. He was ready for the intense battle that he knew that was ahead of him, yet he could only grin. Mandrake's pleasure was concealed by his cloak and he was ready to kill. Mandrake looked at Lord Sedriss and spoke,"Lord Sedriss, no one will defeat us. Soon they will see the true power of the Sith. Soon they will see the power of the darkside."

Mandrake looked to Lord Sedriss and his eyes began to glow red. The beams of red light could be seen from within his hood. The Sith Disciple stood and awaited further instructions.

Zerxes nodded and took a seat. The Master had dealt with Tedryn rather easily. Zerxes was proud to be with the man. Someone with such power could be an icon for Zerxes to study from.

"As you wish master."

Their progress had been slower then she wished but none of the beasts of Onderon had dared attack them and that was enough for Rhianna. They had landed closer to their meeting place then Odon had for their arrival had been almost simultaneous. It was a comfort to feel the presence of Master Baas. Though a Jedi Master herself she still held Odon in higher esteem for his years of experience and the fatherly manner he had always treated her with.

Her first instinct was to quickly get to the other side where Odon and Justin were but yet she held back. Something did not feel right, it was as if they were being watched. Sniffing the air she could smell nothing unusual. She didn't normally second guess herself but she thought perhaps she was merely nervous about the lack of Kale's presence.

"Over this way Lily." She said softly over her shoulder as she turned to Odon's location. As soon as she could see them she broke into a sprint.

As much as she did not want to betray her concern she knew Kale's absense was a problem. "Master Baas." Rhianna bowed when she had reached them. "Have you seen any sign of Kale? I can't sense him but he should be he should have arrived by now."

The jedi master smiled warmly at Rhianna and the jedi padawan, walking gracefully to their side. With a formal bow, the master kissed the hand of his colleague, looking into her gentle eyes, allowing his apprehension to show to her.

It is good to see you Master Skywalker and you Padawan Bywater. The situation is worse than we thought. Kale has not yet contacted me and justin and I had an incident with a sith probe droid. We must be wary.

Standing tall in the cool breeze, he made a decision.

I believe that Justin and Lily should search the underground levels, making certain that we are not being watched. Rhianna and myself will explore the citadel, gaining a lookout of the horizon, which will enable us to see if anyone has followed us.

Trying to conceal the impending sense of doom from his fellow jedi he spoke with certainty.

Today will decide the fate of many of us, let us hope that the force is indeed with us.

Dirk watched as Luis drove the guards back with the force... it was indeed a strong ally.

Dirk led the way through the door, rolling as he went. Just inside the door was another sentry gun, Dirk willed the force into him and lept straight up to the sentry gun, which couldn't track him at that speed. In mid-air his lightsaber flashed severing the barrel of the gun in two.

As he landed, he reached out with the force sensing for any guards on this side of the door... it appeared clear so far.

"Let's go, master..."
