Lupercus simply parried the blow, pushing the blade off to the side of the padawan. With a grin he unleashed a savage kick to the Jedis stomach sending him rolling.

"This is the 6th padawan i think i've faced today Malice."

He gesture to the wounded Jedi that lay around him.

"And Chikami seems only intent to watch. The only thing of interest was killing Vonta Horn, which was a load off Chikamis mind. Still, heres to hoping we can find some real fodder soon!"

Snarling, he turned his gaze back to the padawan, his hand outstretched as lightning surged between his fingertips, dancing playfully between the webbing on his hands. The corners of his lips upturned slightly as he focused his range, channelled the hate he had for the Jedi and shot it through his hands, towards the Jedi who was still picking himself up from the kick.

Aiding Lupercus, lightning jumped from his hands as well. The blue bolts headed towards the jedi like heat seeking missiles.

*Well then Chikami knows not what he is missing*

What are you? My friggin mother?

Perrin's grin turned sardonic at the words from the rather famous Jedi.

Having already jumped up onto the wall grabbing the pipe when the words were uttered, it was a pointless request. However, being that he wasn't far away coupled with her moving toward him he decided to make a move.

Instead of shimming completely up the pipe and wall (as if that would accomplish anything anyway), he opened himself up to the force at work around him.

The force can be used to augment your natural abilities..., Malice's voice strong in his mind.

With effort, he pushed off the wall with his legs hoping to flip over the advancing Jedi and end up behind her. But he was tiring, his arm had started bleeding and his concentration was not fixed firmly on the short term goal.

He ended up not quite making it behind the Jedi.

A foot lashed out quickly to kick her back to move him beyond her swinging sabers. His foot, though, got caught on her clothing (damned Jedi clothes) and he ended up pulling her backward as he too fell to the ground onto his back.

Dazed, he mumbled, "You smell nice.."

His ankle was sprained and as his hand stretched out to recall his saber back into his hand, the reality of his situation began to hit home with resounding force.

She's going to win..

And suddenly, with the inclusion of that information incorporated into his mind, a world of possibilities opened up in his mind.

Instantly his mind felt a greater freedom of action.

"What are you doing dallying with me when your people are dying?" he rasped out, tasting blood on his lip.

Wise... indeed!

Slavatio Isolder, a man who's life had been consumed in a lie, finally felt the warm touch of a familiar presence upon his mind once again. Finally, it was time to go home. Finally it was time to end this farce and be what he truly was.

The life of a Jedi Shadow was not an easy one. Gathering information on the Sith and other users of the Dark Force was no easy task. This was only further complicated by the need to both master and use the Dark Force to maintain one's cover, without becoming a slave to it. Sometimes a very difficult proposition.

Now, however, as he felt Nathaniel's mind touch his he knew it was time to return home. To return to the New Republic and, finally, after all these years be debreifed from this mission from hell. Never again would he volunteer for such duty.

It would take months, if not years, of meditation and retraining to fully rid himself of the dark taint of his soul. However, it was all worth it. The information he returned with would be of such great value that it would make all these years of personal tourment worth the price.

Finally, it was over.

Suddenly, Kenshin lept foward, his sky-blue blade flashed infront of Ky-Vin absorbing the lightening with a hiss.

He moved over to his right a bit when Ky-Vin got back up, cautiously removing his defencive stance from over his fellow padawan.

Ky-Vin got to his feet as the lightning arched towards him. He tried to bring his blade up in time to absorb the deadly energy, but thankfully Kenshin had leapt in front of him.

He took a breath, and realized that he had been holding it in in the scramble to get up and defend himself.

Now he too held his lightsaber up in case the lightning attacks kept coming.
He glared at the Sith. "Your hatred will be your undoing, not ours. You can't feed it forever, and one day it will consume you as well."

Leia grunted and climbed back to her feet.

"Now if I told you that, it would probably be to the complete disadvantage of the Jedi, now wouldn't it? Let's just say I have my reasons.

Perhaps instead, you can tell me what you think is so important for you to find in here, while I escort you out. Whether you are dead or alive when I do this, is your choice. I do not kill needlessly. However, if you force me to..."

She trailed off.

During the fall Leia had shut off her lightsabers mostly for her own safety, and in the process had dropped one of them as well. She recalled it to her hand using telekinesis and pointed both, unignited, at Perrin.

"Your choice."

The Hermes, Gash Jiren's classic carrier vessel, continued to move swiftly through hyperspace towards Naboo. On the bridge sat Gash Jiren and Kasien Treseda, silently watching the stars twist by in the blue spiral of lightspeed. "You're not afraid of what'll happen when Zeta and Han will reach the temple?" Kasien asked, turning to face his friend. "They are Sith."

"And the students and teachers on that world are Rogue Jedi." Gash replied. "Frankly, I am absolutely sure that Zeta will find a way to revive Han. Han, of course, may eventually end up less than pleased with his new life as a Sith. It's an empty thing."

"Yeah." Kasien said. "You're right, I guess. You're the Jedi."

"Sir," Croaked the voice of one of the Cobra Omega Battledroids who crewed the Marauder Corvette. "There is a transmission from Master Somir."

"Forward it to my arm comm." Gash ordered, pulling back the sleeve which covered his gleaming robotic arm and staring down at the commlink projection system. From it, sprang a miniature of Nathaniel Somir.

"Gash." He said, bowing in greeting.

Gash bowed his head in return. "Nath. What is it? Trouble with our friends?"

"No." The other Rogue Jedi Master smiled. "I've recalled one of my agents from his undercover work. His name is Slavatio; he should be waiting for you on Naboo. He should be of some help to you."

Gash stared at the miniature Nathaniel. "An... undercover agent? As in a Jedi Shadow?"

"Precisely."

"Sir?" Croaked another one of the Battledroids. "We're coming up on Naboo."

"Drop out of hyperspace and hit the thrusters, and have a landing party prepare." Gash said, standing, and motioning for Kasien to do so as well. "Jiren out," He said to Nathaniel, who bowed and disappeared.

"I hope your friend is as good as his reputation." Kasien said, pulling out his blaster pistol and flicking the safety off.

"Me too."

Some time had passed and Slavatio had left the other Jedi standing before him wondering what could have possibly inspired him to leave. He chuckled as he thought about it. Regardless he moved to the place designated to him through mental instruction.

He had waited there for some time, long enough to change into his Jedi robes, which he had missed so dearly. Long enough to have a snack and prepare himself physically and mentally for an emminent battle.

The craft set down a short distance from him, close enough that the venting gasses blew his robes into a frenzy. He approached, once it was fully docked, and waited at the end of the departure ramp.

As the figures approached him he bowed at the waist.

"Master Jiren, a pleasure. I have heard much about you, though doubtless you have never even heard mention of me until now."

He rose once more and assessed the group. Interesting, and likely sufficient. He would serve in whatever way he was needed to rid the planet of the plague upon it at this time.

"Well will you look at that Malice! They jump over each other to be in the path of our attack!"

He laughed, stopping as the other jedi spoke.

"Or not Jedi. This 'holier than thou' trip really doesn't work."

Lupercus' lightsabres flashed as he spun them both to his side, walking slowly towards the two Jedi.

"Do you not realise? The gungan race has been destroyed, their last city fallen. Theed burns, the lauded Jedi Praexium tainted by the Sith and yet you still think you have the right of place to act as the protectors of the innocent?

Ha!

You failed! Every single one of you."

Lupercus cast his eyes around to the fallen Jedi, then back to the two that stood.

"The basis of your entire life has been laid waste. Millions died, and will die again and the Jedi will remain like sentinals, merely watching.

The time of the Jedi is over. Now is the rise of the Sith!"

Having closed the distance between the Jedi, Lupercus unleashed a high handed slice towards the Jedi who had lept to his other friends aid. The Jedi parried easily, but Lupercus' other blade spun in, dashing the jedis blade to the side. Spinning with the momentum of his second blow, Lupercus spun, both of his blades at head height in a savage 360 degree spinn.
