Lavality's Assault<A href="http://therebelfaction.com/forums/showthread.php?t=7761&page=1" target=_blank>Lavality's Tale
Uniting the Divided (Kashyyyk System) Trandosha; Capital City It'd only been a few minute's since Lavality and Lumier had left the starport and ventured into the city. They elected to go without any guard's and where wearing just normal street clothing instead of the typical uniform.
They ventured into the Bazaar and found many trandoshans going about there bussiness. Some bartering for clothing, others for trinkets, and a few more for smaller weapons.
As they walked down the street one merchent beckoned for them to buy something but Lavality didn't have this planets currency and she didn't want to risk revealing who she was as there where elements that may want to get rid of her.
Of course, she knew she couldn't keep her identity secret; while her and Lumier where walking down the street two trandoshan's followed them and made sure to stay out of the way. "We're being followed." Lavality said as they turned a corner and headed toward the edge of town where a speeder was waiting for them.

Meanwhile Asri and Trazu were getting reacquainted with the kids, the pack
of nearly 4 year olds smothering them both with hugs.
“They will be starting school soon won’t they?” Asri asked as she gave the
normally distant Trissan a hug.
“Yes.” Trazu replied as he tickled Krytha. “Once they hit four years old. Goddess…it seems like only yesterday they were fresh out of their eggs.”
Asri smiled. “Time flies. In no time they’ll be grown up and wanting kids of their own.”
“Don’t remind me.” Trazu sighed. “I missed so much of their lives already….”
“Well, if things remain calm you’ll be able to spend lots of time with them.”
“But I have a feeling things ‘won’t’ remain calm….”
Not far away Varcanna was watching the pair, jealousy in her eyes. She never got over the fact the kids dumped her for Asri. Something else though bothered her, something deep that was just starting to raise to the surface.
It was something that distressed her greatly and she had known about it from some time now, but had kept it deeply buried. Now though her desperate desire to keep it buried wasn’t working any more and slowly it was inching to the surface. She feared what would happen to her if it surfaced completely….

Capital
The two teenage girls had made their way to the edge of the city. They stood there waiting on the speeder to come by. "He's late..."
"Maskis is always late. I hear he's been spending time with the clan trying to get to know them; although I don't know if thats true or not." Lumier shrugged. As they waited a pair of eye's crept through an open window; Lavality let out a sigh before turning toward the pair. "If you want to talk then come on out; if not then please leave us alone." she said with her eye's closed and with a hint of aggitation.
The two trandoshans looked at each other before coming out of the building. "How did you know we where there?" One asked and stared at Lavality who was just shaking her head. "Because you two didn't exactly hide very well." she lied. In reality she had sensed them using the force.
"So? Why are you following us." Lumier asked with folded arms. "We where wondering what two teenage humans are doing in a dangerous place like this." one asked and the other nodded. "We are here on bussiness." Lavality responded.
The two trandoshans just looked at each other. "I think you two are to young to be here on bussiness." One said with a smile and walked toward Lavality. She merely placed her hand in front of her which stopped the one trandoshan. "I ask that you not come near me. Trust me; I'm not the type of girl who likes it when people I don't know decide to come near me without my consent." she said and the two Trandoshans backed away.
As if on cue a speeder appeared from the horizon.
"Nice to see you again Admiral!" Maskis said as he slowed the speeder to a stop. Lavality smiled, as did Lumier. "Who are these two?" He asked and thumped his finger toward the two trandoshans who where now walking away. "Oh.... just curious Trandoshans thats all." Lumier smiled and took a seat in the speeder, followed shortly by Lavality.
The speeder then took off for the Clan Grounds. "What brings you here Grand Admiral?" Maskis asked as he scanned the area around the speeder. "Here on bussiness; but also to check on a few things and yell at an Admiral." she said and folded her arms.
Clan Grounds
Angela sighed, she had been with this clan for several days now. She knew the name's of Naosha's kids and had enjoyed being with them for awhile, however she knew she would get a tongue lashing from Lavality since the girl 'did' abandon her post.
Maskis had reported in to her a few hours ago; she didn't know where he had gone only that he had arrived shortly after the battle over Korribon had finished. It was strange, perhaps even suspisous, but she knew he must've had his reasons.
"I hope the admiral didn't have to many problems." She said while working on her fighter craft. She was performing maintenance on it, she had been told that some of the techs on the grounds could do it but she was addiment that only she was allowed to service it - in fact the reason was because Elite Seren Pilots tended to fall in love with there craft and, like a female, they don't like it when people touch them without them knowing about it.

The kids by now had gone off to do other things, so Asri and Trazu went to see about getting some grub and perhaps get some news on the silent Clans that had been worrying Naosha and Rissonik.
“Nothing really new I’m afraid.” Rissonik told them. “And that just makes them more suspicious.”
“Are their Clan grounds still ‘occupied’? “ Asri asked.
“Some are some aren’t and those that are won’t talk to anyone.” Rissonik replied. “The Sykir is one of the ones that haven’t disappeared completely, but they aren’t talking and their main base seems to have few people milling about. It’s like they moved their main base of operations elsewhere.”
“No doubt to avoid prying eyes.” Trazu grumbled. “I bet they moved to a city or town where the occupants have similar views as they do.”
“There are a couple of cities that have a high population of individuals that were against the alliance to the Coalition.” Naosha said. “But they aren’t about to admit anything in regards to accepting new Clans in their distracts.”
“Do you think they could be gearing up for a rebellion or coup?” Asri asked.
“I don’t know.” Naosha said with a sigh. “It’s definitely a possibility, so we’ll have to keep our eyes and ears open.”
“I’m just glad they no longer have Miknak himself to influence them.” Rissonik grumbled.
“Miknak no doubt still have die hard supporters out there willing to carry on without him.” Trazu put in.
“Yes, some of those members of the Seren’s high command, which will be taken care of soon.”
Trazu studied her a moment. “That could be considered rather sensitive info Asri.” He said. “How did you find that out?”
“Because I was asked to take care of the problem.” Asri replied simply.
Trazu’s eyes nearly popped out of there sockets. “And you accepted didn’t you? Isn’t assassination kind of against the Seren code?”
“I did and yes it is, that’s why I was asked to do it.” Asri explained. “I’m not officially part of the group and I’m not being paid for it, so no link to them.”
“Accept that you are a member of this Clan.” Rissonik reminded her. “And it is a bit known now that we are allied with the Serens.”
Asri shrugged. “I won’t brag about it though, not like an ‘official’ bounty hunter.” She pointed out.
Trazu though wasn’t keen on the idea. “You certain you can do this Asri?” He asked. “Those guys will no doubt be heavily guarded.”
“Trazu, I assassinated high profile targets before, the only difficulty in this case will be making my getaway. Which is why I requested that I be taught how to pilot a ship first.”
Trazu blinked, a look of worry in his eyes. “As long as neither Lavality or Lumier do the training….”

"Achooo!" Lumier and Lavality both sneezed together. They looked at each other and then at Maskis who was staring at them. "You two catching a cold?" He asked them and they shrugged.
The speed sped across the open ground for several minute's before it arrived at the clan gates. A guard outside looked at Lavality who provided proof that it was really her, then the gates opened and the speeder moved into the grounds.
"Now to find Rissonik." Lavality said to herself and got off the speeder. Lumier followed close behind her, the two walked past the fighter that was present in the clan grounds. "Angela is still here, although I don't see her." Lumier stated after noticing that the Admiral wasn't anywhere near the fighter. Of course; if they had taken the time to actually look inside they'd have discovered that she was tinkering with the flight controls.
The two of them just shrugged and followed the two warriors who would escort them to Rissonik.

The family was just finishing up their meal when a warrior announced Lavality and
Lumier’s arrival.
“Ah, Admiral Lavality, Lumier.” Rissonik said as he rose to greet them. “A pleasure to see you both again. My son told me you finally managed to eliminate Miknak.”
“Actually it was Asri that got him.” Trazu corrected, Asri grinning. “She’s planning on having his head mounted so Lavality can mount it on her wall.”
“A fitting end to such an individual.” Rissonik said in agreement. “Now, you two look like you got something on your minds.”

Lavality bowed her head curiously. "Greeting Sha'tor Rissonik." she said; Lumier followed her lead. "I am indeed here to discuss stuff with you and Elder Councelor Naosha if she is availible. However, I'm also here by concern of high command." For how little they'll be around that is.... she mentally added. "If you may, I must also speak with Lady Varcanna." she said and lifted her head. Her eye's moved over to Asri and Trazu; who she merely smiled at them.

Naosha and Rissonik looked at each other with worried glances when Lavality said she wanted to talk to Varcanna: they had a good idea why she wanted to talk to her. “I won’t have anything to do until tomorrow.” Naosha said. “So I’m available to discuss some things with you.”
“As for Varcanna, I’m not sure where she is at the moment.” Rissonik said.
“Training room….venting.” Trazu said and at Rissonik’s inquiring look he added. “I can sense her frustration, though the reason behind it is…unclear.”
“Beyond it being about me you mean?” Asri said with a faint frown.
“I sure if I used the Force to read her mind I would find out for certain, but I don’t want to get into the habit of mind reading without permission.” Trazu grumbled.
“We’ll get to Varcanna later.” Naosha said stepping in. “Let us go to the living room so we can discuss what is on your mind.”
Naosha lead the group to the living room and offered Lavality and Lumier a seat. After they were seated everyone else took a seat as well. “Alright.” The elder female said. “What’s on your mind?”

Lavality sighed and stared at Naosha. "First off I want to thank you for taking care of a ship for us." she said and clasped her hands on her lap. "But as you already know - there are... elements... within my organization that are becoming rather troublesome. None of these problems actually came to light until after we forged an alliance with the Galatic Coalition."
She took in a breath and looked over at Asri, then back at Naosha. "While we where on our journey looking for him I was made aware that some of my own people where under Miknaks influence. However, I've also been made aware that it's possible some of your own, maybe not in this clan perhaps outside of it, may have also be under his influence." she said and waited to see if Naosha or Rissonik would say anything.

The pair glanced at each other briefly. “We are already aware of the likely ‘trouble’ within your organization and we, just before you arrived in fact, were discussing the suspicious silence of numerous Clans here on Trandosha.” Rissonik said.
“Silence and lack of actively to be precise.” Naosha added. “Which hints that they had relocated to another location without notification or warning, which is against protocols. We are concerned that they may be gearing up for a possible rebellion.”
“And the only way to find out for sure is to capture and interrogate some of their members.” Trazu added. “Which is rather risky since I am sure not all of the Clans went silent for…dishonest reasons.”
“Without a doubt though some of the Clans quietly joined Miknak’s ‘campaign’.” Rissonik said. “Especially Clan’s like the Sykir, whom tend to have the view that T’Doshok are superior over all other species. What points to this conclusion is that just about all the silent Clans were the ones that opposed the alliance with the Coalition.”
“We halfway expected this.” Naosha admitted. “Especially after we joined the Coalition. What we are not certain is what they will do beyond cutting ties with the populace as a whole.”
