He slept, and slept. Eventually the nightmares went away and were replaced by tranquil dreams involving him and his children. All he wanted was to be with his children right then. He'd give anything to be with his children. But things always conspired against him.

Everyone wanted him to be apart from his family. Nothing wanted him to be with his two young, impressionable children. Now was the time where he needed to be with them too. They needed a parental figure to look up to. But all he got were dreams of the two.

The nightmares of when she beat Kitano to within an inch of his life at TSE and when she hit Amethyst not too long ago, had come flooding back to her.

She had been trying to drown her bad mood in drinks. Kitano came in, making her mood worse.

"I wish you were never my mother. I hate you!"

That was when she had literally beat him to within an inch of his life, having used the Darkside to throw him into walls, floors, ceilings, tables, bartops, anything that would cause him injury. After that, she swore never to hit her kids again.

The image changed to her arguement with Amethyst not long after her marriage to Raktus.

"Do not stand there and give me this worn out routine of yours."

"Ame, you dont uderstand what it is to be changed into a Daemun."

"Youre right, I wouldnt. I was born this way, you werent. I still hate you for that choice."

"Amethyst, I was dying, and if I gave birth to you then, both of would have died. I made that decision to save your life, even if I still died after you were born. At least you would have survived."

"Yeah, well, you know what its like being a Daemun better than any of us. The only difference between us, Mother, is that Ive made peace with what I am a long time ago."

That was when Jade's left palm had sounded against Ame's right cheek, causing her to break her promise to Amethyst's father.

Jade rolled over onto her stomach and she dreamed again, this time to when she killed her twin sister Sapphire Doment for kidnapping Tomika.

Kamon woke up after only a few hours of sleep. The dreams were unbearable. He could no longer go through them. They had to stop and the only way to stop them was by waking up. He couldn't concentrate enough to force them out of his mind.

"I hate dreams."

Sapphire changed into Corona, and Tomika into Damien, back at some unknown place with Damien screaming again.

Screaming loudly herself, Jade sits bolt upright in bed, Moonlite at her feet, watching her carefully. She rubs the wolves head softly.

"Its okay, girl. Just more nightmares. Be glad you dont have this problem."

Jade gets up and swallows a couple 4 pills, then falls back to sleep, this time a dreamless one.

Kamon sat in the chair looking out the window again. He'd heard Jade scream but felt that she was alright through the Force. Watching the planet form was like watching a nova explosion. It was bright, and big. Just like seeing a star explode. Which he'd seen in person.

"Wonder how long this is going to take."

A Few Hours Later . . .

Jade walks out of her quarters, rubbing her eyes, wearing a black silk rub, her metallic silver hair in total disarray. She goes to her private bar and grabs a bottle of Rose Wyne, opens it, slouches in her pilots chair, and takes a long drink straight from the bottle.

It was obvious, she was depressed again, and trying to drown her sorrows in her drinking.

"You shouldn't do that you know?"

He continued to look out the window.

"Alcohol is something you definately do not need right now."

"Yeah, well, there are a lot of things I shouldnt be doing right now."

Jade takes another long drink and burps softly, rudely, not caring who heard it.

Kamon was right, she shouldnt be drinking right now, especially since she was still doped up from her pills that she took to help sleep.

Kamon pulled the bottle away from her and over to his hand with the Force. Gripping it rather strongly, he looked over at her.

"When I said you shouldn't be drinking it I meant it."

She narrows her eyes, but knew he was right. Either way you slice this, he would still end up being right. She runs her fingers through her hair and sighs softly.

"Then what do you suggest?"
