Convergence of path's: Observers?

((Are ya sure you posted enough? Lol...got me kinda confused but oh well))

-----------------------

Jaymach was about to comment that he did not think he was the one who should be in command of this operation...he did not know Vonta personally and was not a military commander...if someone attacked the ship then there were more qualified people than he to direct a counter attack...but just as he was about to stand up to say this, Greyy's communicator went off, and he chose to wait until after he had finished the conversation...it might have been important...

"This is Greyy I said that I was not to be interrupted."

Jaymach could sense the irritation in his voice...it was quite obvious he had made the orders clear to whoever was contacting him that that was the exact thing they should not do...

Suddenly, Jaymach felt a pressence in the Force, growing from nowhere...he looked directly where he could sense it but there was nothing there...Is it possible that someone has perfected a cloaking device to be that small? Or perhaps furthered my orders cloaking technique so that they are invisible to the naked eye also...? Just then he heard Greyy talk once more into the communicator...

"Where at."

He almost turned to ask Greyy where what was but then, directly where he had been looking, appeared a bright light...it was in the exact location of where he had felt the pressence...Could it be the Aing-Tii? Could they have possibley heard that we were going to try to locate them and are here to stop us? He quickly turned to Irman to see what he was doing to prepare for this...whatever it was...to appear fully...but he seemed calm...he wasn't alarmed at all...as if he was completely prepared for whatever it was...

Just then the Android who he now knew to be called Strike moved directly between him and the light...Jaymach was once again ready to draw his sabers from their holsters on his wrist...he moved his feet into a battle ready position so that he was ready for whatever came at them...

(OOC: Sorry this is directly linked to the Judgement of a path thread:

pub33.ezboard.com/fswalli...=867.topic

Read up and it well make sense.)

Irman Held his ground an Aiki was not quick to take up arms. ONly when he knew the face of a threat would he choose to draw his weapon. The Teepos were the same. They never draw their weapons unless absolutely neccessary. Irman begain to search deeper into this new phenomenon.

The Android ran in front of the Soilders. Puting herself between them and the Anomally. If hey were to shot they would risk hitting her.

He glances at her for but a moment. :: Why would vonta's droid do so? ::

He had his answer from the force in moments his eyes went wide as he realizes just what this was. The Teepo master must have realized it at the same moment for he looked as astonished as a human could be. The two take one more knowing glance at each other. Confirming that they are thinking the same thing.

The soilders were getting ready to fire at this new threat. And they could not have that.

The pair of force masters raise their hands towards the soilders. The Teepo pulls the blaster from Greyys hand with telekinisis. Irman does the same to his Nohgri counter part. The warrior trained Shadow guard bounds forward after his weapon tossing a knife after the blaster as it was pulled through the air. Irman catches it mid air with one hand pulling his Light-bo with the other. The two ends extend to form a bo-staff of solid light. Shade stops in mid stride. He sees Irmans stance is perfect and any move on his part would be pointless.

The Master Teepo trys to pull toryns blaster but uses a Teras Kasi null force bubble to shrug it off. He is about to move to help his comerades when Strike covers the distance between them and has her blaster pointed right between his eyes.

It was all happening too quickely. The group was in chaos with the new threat here and half of them unwary of what it meant.

This left Jaymach standing nearest to the shimmering light.

((I read any and all posts that have the word 'Observer' in them Battlegrounds so I've already read it all ;) lol))

-----------------------

Jaymach stood at the edge of the complete chaos that this light had caused...what could it possibley be? He only had 3 explanations of what would come out of the light...the 1st being that it was an Aing-Tii coming to stop them from finding its kind...but then why would Irman, the Teepo Paladin Master and the android Strike try to protect it? Or it might be some sort of mind controlling creature...but that made no sense either...even if it did control minds then it would still not be able to control Strike...she was a droid...she did not have an organic brain to control...and the last, most logical explanation...it was Vonta...but how had she managed to teleport here? She was supposed to be in the Kathol Rift...he had heard that she was strong...but even he doubted that it was possible for have learned to teleport in the relatively short period of time which she had been gone...

Suddenly he realized that he was the closest to the being...and if he was wrong about what it was then he would be the first to face it...he reached out with the Force to Irman...seeking smoe sort of guidance...but all he felt was a determination to protect whatever it was that was coming from the light...he sensed the same from the Teepo...the only ones who seemed to be against this were the non-Force users...perhaps it was something that the Force users could feel...a familiarity perhaps?

But it did not matter now...it was Jaymach that whatever came from the light was going to meet first...whether it was agressive or not he was ready...he simply kept his body in a battle ready position but made no attempt at drawing his weapons from their holsters...just keeping them at the ready all the same...

(OOC: Well if you read the thread then this should make some monocrim of sense. Or at least I thought that it would. ::SHrugs :: )

The light shimmers becoming less flourescent in the process. The shimming lights became ever dimmer until it showed a profile of a bipedal being.

The light faded into itself leaving a person standing in it's absence. The being's back was turned to the commotion that had errupted into the room. It was five foot seven inches wore a trench coat and combat foot ware. Over the coat was strapped a sword sheath and a sheathed blade.

As it turned around it could be told that the beiing was human, a female human. She was dressed in Combat order pants and wore as Jensaara chestplat Cortosis armor. At her sides were two weapons a light saber on one side and a Teepo blaster on the other hip. The coat flaps about her legs as she turns around to see the chaos that she has entered into.

Her face turns to one of staunt surprise. As if she did not expect to end up in this precise place, let along amoung a group that look as if they were ready to go at each other's throats.

((Sorry...I meant that the multiple points of view of the situation was a bit confusing...not the shining light thingamy...I understood that part...was just kinda hard placing everything in the correct order))

-----------------------

As Jaymach considered both options he had to do...either strike at the being coming from the light or welcome it with open arms...it transformed itself into a human being...one who Jaymach immediately recognized from the descriptions he had heard of her...it was indeed Vonta...she held a physical part of each order on her being...Lightsabers of the Jedi...Cortosis Weave Armour of the Jensaarai...a Teepo Blaster from, rather obviously, the Teepo Paladins...and finally a sword strapped to her back which she obviously used as her Aiki weapon...it was quite strange seeing all the different pieces of the orders all on one person...a sight which Jaymach would not soon forget...

He noticed the surprised look on her face as she turned to see the room practically in a state of war...it was just then that Jaymach turned also to take in everything...they truly looked like they would kill each other...all over Vonta Horn...was she really that important to them? He turned back once again to face Vonta...

"Greetings Miss Horn...it would appear I am the only one present that is able to greet you properly." he laughed slightly, removing one of his gauntlets so that he could extend his hand without fear of cutting Vonta with the claws that were built into the armour..."I beleive I am also the only one who you do not know personally...I am Jaymach Ral'Tir...it is a pleasure to meet you at last..."

The abruptness of the Aing-ti teleportation was something that Vonta would never get used to. She appears in new surroundings. New and yet familiar.

The company is familiar as she materialized she immediatly felt several force signatures several she knew and one she did not. Once the Aiki energies dissipated she looked around expecting to see freindly faces. Only to find that many of her aquantences were set in what seemed to be mortal combat.

They all stood frozen for a moment as vonta appeared. They all drop their guards as what had just happened fully sank in.

Her first greeting came from the unfamiliar force user that was not present in what seemed to be a massive misunderstanding. He was of a species that she was not entirely familiar with. With his four arms she expected him to be a native of one of the Almanian moons. For they had a four armed race native to them. But his face and Jensaarai armor belied that assumtion. Well, she would learn all in good time.

Vonta takes..Jaymach's, yes that was what he said his name was, hand in welcome.

"The honor it would seem is mine my dear Jensaarai." She gave a relieved laugh. After all that she had been through recently if was good to be amoung friends, "It would seem that my dissappearance has had some interesting consequences does it not."

She made this assumtion based on the make up of the her company all of the groups that she was familar with were represented here. She had meant to bring them together at some point but it was quite unexpected to have them come together on their own.

((Lol...I'd suggest changing Aiki teleportation to Aing-Tii before anyone sees it and starts complaining :P))

-----------------------

"A strange choice of words...most people would not consider seeing their friends at each others throats interesting..." he gave a small chuckle "...but yes, I suppose it is...do you always make such dramatic entrances?" he couldn't help but have a smile on his face...both from seeing what had happened and by the fact that he was finally meeting Miss Horn...finally, it seemed, things were looking up in the order...perhaps things would get better now that Vonta was back and everyone had other things they could look into...

"But I beleive that your friends may want to greet you also...I can not take up all of your time..." he moved to the side slightly so as to let Vonta greet the other beings present...

All present were speechless. This was the last thing that any one of them had expected to happen. They all waited for someone to make a move. Greyy was the first one to break the groups trance like state.

"What the hell are you all standing around here for!" He yells at every one. He vaults over the conferance table runs up to vonta opens his hands and engulfs her in a bear hug.

"Ha-ha, vonta you bugger!" He Continues his grip on her as he picks her up and spins her around in his arms before putting her down, "You had your old Drill master worried sick!"

He had an impossibly wide smile on his face. Vonta was smiling just as much hugging him back. "Sorry for the trouble 'sir'."

She states the old title with sarcasm as an inside joke between the two. She pulls him down to her hieghth and gives him a quick kiss on the cheek.

The Teepo master comes up next he kneels before her.

"Ms. Horn," He says with his head bowed low, "The Teepo owe you a dept of honor that we intend to repay. On behalf of all of my bretheran welcome home."

He returns to his feet vonta just moves up to him and offers her hand, "The honor was mine to make in our accuatance in past times."

The two shake hands.

She glances over to the NOhgri shade and Toryn in the back. Shade gives her a small bow that vonta returns. Toryn makes a simple salute.

"Welcome back Ma'am." he releases the salute in military fashion. He is the consumate solder and as such this is a way to honor someone.

Strike approachs.

"I assume that the Saber strike is functioning within normal paramiters Commander." Vonta states as if she was addressing strike on a command bridge.

"All systems are at otimal efficiancy sir. With the exception that our captain has been absent. " She adds slyly.

Vonta gives a small smirk. This is as close as strike came to joking.

"Well then we well have to alleviate that situation soon, won't we?" she answers.

"Yes sir." Strike answers.

Now there is Irman the small being walks up to vonta. "You have grown since we last met."

He talks calmly as a train master should be but a smile still lurks into his features.

"Have I?" Vonta looked her self over, "I did not notice."

"You are a wry one my former student. But now you are no longer the student are you?" the last statment is hypothetical.

"No, I suppose I am not Master." they leave it at that the familiarity between them is palpable to all that see it.

Jaymach stood back as all of Vonta's friends greeted her in their own special way...it was quite obvious she was loved by them all...he could see why it had been a top priority to find her now...she brought them all together even when they had been at each others throats...each and every greeting carried with it a certain personal touch that he was sure was simply each individuals way of showing how much they cared...

After Vonta had finished greeting everyone, Jaymach decided it was time for him to speak once more...he simply had to find out what had happened to Vonta...as he was sure that all present would want to know also...

"It would appear that everyone is glad to see you once more..." he smiled once again slightly trying to stay serious for what he was about to ask "...but I am sure that they would like to know, as would I, what exactly happened to you? As far as we know you simply disappeared and are now back...I must admit I am intrigued to say the least..." He simply stood and awaited her turning around and answering him...

All eyes looked on. Even those that she saw restraint in for concern for her sudden return held a curiosity that spoke volumes to her.

"Well my dear Jensaarai..." She began carefully chosing her words.

"That is a tale that would take time to tell properally. For I have traveled many journys to arrive back home." She moves back towards the curve of the conference table taking off her jedi weapons one by one and setting them aside with care.

"One moment I was fighting a battle againest a sith. Luprocus Darksword, yes, I believe that was his name. He and his master were attempting to destroy otta Gunga on Naboo. One moment I am nearly fatally injured and the next I felt an alien energy enter into my being.

I understand later that this was the energies of the Aing-ti monks. They had teleported me to, what I believe was a ship. It may not have been. The place was organic in nature. More like the vong bio-tech then anything else I have encountered.

There I was judged for my actions. For some reason they feared me and my mission. After an ordeal of the spirit they judged me worthy my reward was to be returned to where I was most needed."

She glances about her loyal friends and allies. A few of the more perceptive amoung the group would notice that she was holding something back from her experience. Something that was personel. So much so that it was not something to be spoken lightly. Those that noticed knew better then to pry though.
