Convergence of path's: Observers?

Shadow sat quitly in the room that had been assigned to her on her arrivel with the Aiki master and Ring Defender. The black furred wookie female had been quit amazed at what she had seen of the base thus far and hope to get some time in the exercise room. She had not been had a chance to practice her katas to their fullest of late. However, right now the stress of being around so many people was making her to nervious to ever think of leaveing her room.

*Well at least I am near the teachers of the One. That will hopefully make it easier to find her, but perhaps I could sleep for a bit. Before anything eles happens.* She thought to herself as she sank in to a light doze.

the transport that the trio had taken back to the Home Base came to a halt.

"Shadow, my dear we have arrived." He spoke to awaken her.

An armed guard of Troops greeted them. They wore Storm trooper uniforms only they were colored a dark red rather then white. Irman scanned them all.

The emminated feelings of deep discipline, as he would have expected from soldiers. But also...

Ahh four of this armed escort of eight were high level Teras Kasi. Irman had been around so many of them that he learned to reconize them from the normal troops. he would have to inform Master Sabreen of that little defect.

"Please do not mind the guards they are a precuation of the base commander until I can truely assertain your nature."

*(My friend you seem to be a bit confused. When I wrote the last post I was already in my room, possibly after the gaurd incounter. But the post will be like a flash back, at least for her.)*

Shadow sat up from her sleep. She had been thinking about what had happened to her when she had arrived.

*(For first part of this flash back see Irman's last post)*

The black fured wookiee clamly looked on and replied, -(That is alright, I understand the need. I would however like to retire to a room so that I may rest and meditate, please.)-

The wookiee looked at the eight gaurds. Hm, at least four were force sensitive.

*(End flash back)*

The gaurds had done so and were very polite about it. She had been quite the whole time there, but that was her nature.

When they had arrived at the room she had asked a few important questions, and that had been the last sentiant contact that she had had in the last three hours.

It wasn't that she minded, she loved to be on her own with no other living thing around. She just wondered how was she going to prove to these people that she truely meant them no harm.

Sadly the only being who could help her, might not be able to. The being in question had been her master, the original Shadow.

The thought of her master and the great woman's title brought a smile to the wookie's face. She had not seen or heard from her sence the woman had sugested monitering the One. That had been the last she had heard from her and may have been the last thing the young baadu would ever hear from her master.

Put those were thought that were neither here nor there. Now she had to think of a way to gain the trust of these people so that she could offer them any help she may be able to provide. Perhape this is why the great Master Shadow had told her to watch over the One. Perhaps she for saw this day, the only one who know was the shadowy master, and she wasn't talking to any of her *"children" right now.

*(I have quick thing to point out. The name Shadow is only a title. The wookie's name is Taji. She gained the title from her teacher or master, who also called herself Shadow. So Shadow is only a title, not a name. Also there are aloudings to the fact that Shadow's teacher may not been like anything that has been seen before. Also, Shadow's sensei {japanese for teacher} refered to all of her students as her children.)*

Irman Travels down the elevator shaft with Toryn and Jaymach. The main workings of the guard were not on the upper levels where he had taken his lucheon but in the depths of the planet. He felt the distance from the force users above. Easiely they were approaching a mile under ground.

"It is good that I am not Claustraphobic my dear Jensaarai." He says in jest.

He sends out a mentel message to one that he wishes to also attend this secreted meeting.

'Miss Shadow I do believe that you may want to attend a comming meeting.'

He uses the force to transmit the signal loud and clear to the Baadu's mind.

"Now what could be so important mister Sabreen?" He gives a questioning look.

Sabreen continues his posture of leadership. Looking down at the Master. "All that Mister Trespe well allow me to say is that it is best that all parties in question find out at once."

Sabreen glances at the Jensaarai, "You seem perplexed my me Mr. Jaymach. Is there any thing that you would like to ask me?"

He tries to be a bit more personible to the Aiki Master's guest. If this is his choosen company then he would respect it.

"It is good that I am not Claustraphobic my dear Jensaarai."

"Indeed it is my friend...indeed it is..." he tried to sense exactly how far down they were, taking into account the speed of the turbolift, the ammount of time they had been travelling and the original level they were at...but his train of thought was interrupted as the other being spoke...

"You seem perplexed my me Mr. Jaymach. Is there any thing that you would like to ask me?"

"Not quite so much perplexed, Mister Sabreen," he recalled the name that Master Nogar had called him in the mess hall..."but confused as to what it is that requires so many people in positions of power within this order..." he suddenly remembered where he had heard the name Sabreen before...he was the legendary Teras Käsi Master who could, reportedly, hold his own, and sometime defeat, Jedi in combat...yes he knew of this one too...

"...usually a case does not involve the Alderaanian Guard, the Teras Käsi AND the Aiki all at once...I assume it has something to do with our wayward member...?" he grinned slightly internally as he had just figured out what it must be about...

Toryn did not answer right away. Acting more like a sentient made from cold inanimate stone rather then flesh and blood.

"I can say neither yay or nay. All I may be the Guards current director but even I still answer to our founder." He finished setting his jaw shut and focusing his eyes straight in front of him. He would say no more on the matter for he was the pinicle of a good soldier. He would follow orders to the letter.

The tinge of familiarity that Jaymach used was not lost upon the Teras Kasi either. He had made a journey to the Jensaarai homeworld in his youth. The Guard itself had actually begun ties with their homeworld several years ago to enlist their help in order to cloak their ships.

40 of them had been present on base even before Vonta went missing and cuased such rucous amoung all of her aquantences and friends, who seemed to be many. Cuasing them to all collect in this base to find out the fate of the Observer.

:Very good Jensaarai I may have to keep an eye on you: He thought quetly to himself.

'Miss Shadow I do believe that you may want to attend a comming meeting.'

These words echoed through Shadow's mind as she thought of her next plan of action. She had thought of going to grab a bite to eat but found herself not hungry, and now this. She felt that it might be for the best to head to this meeting and see what it was about. It may very well be about her or, better yet, about the one she searched for.

She stood and left her room and headed to where she senced the Aiki master's force energy emanating from.

Shadow could think of only one thing as she left, *I wounder what this meeting is going to be about?*

As the lift kept descending all Jaymach could think of was what was coming up...'Have they found Vonta once more? Or perhaps she is no longer among the living? Perhaps that is why they are not saying anything...' But he refused to beleive that...Surely if she was dead they would not have to include me in this meeting? He did not know the answer to any of his questions yet but knew that he would find out soon enough...

"Master Nogar...could you possibley tell me...what was Vonta like? And why is she so important to all of us? I never actually had a chance to meet her when she was on our planet...I wish to know about her..." He was not sure if he should have asked but he did want to know greatly what she was like...

The Aiki master could feel his new friends uneasiness. it was a palatable thing that hung in the air around Jaymach. He was begining to bombard him self with the inevitable questions that such a secretive meeting brought up. All the 'what if's that can be so disconcerting in a time of great uncertainty.

He listened the the question. Tinged as it was with emotion he considered his answer carefully Vonta was a complex being that took consideration to describe properelly.

"Vonta..." He rubbed his chin and closed his eyes in thought chosing his words with care,"She is a different breed then any force user, or sentient for that matter, then I have ever met or read about. She was a searcher, a scholar with an insatiable need to learn in order to better the universe."

He Opens his eyes looking straight at Jaymach, "You have to understand she was a devoted member of the Jedi order before she started on this path in the force. She studied there for years mastering dozens of Jedi force arts. She was near the rank of Jedi for a good many years. In strength and knowledge I must admit that she was a jedi in strength but not in rank. She refused to take the rank of Knight until she learned all that she could to her satisfactory. I think that it is this quality that beckoned the force to choose her to be the embassador of this particular path.

Over a period of time she felt the urge to leave the Jedi order to search for...something. She told me that she did not really know what it was. So she came to Obrai-Skai on a quiet bidding from the force. Becoming my pupil. The first of my students. What I hoped not to be the last. I was told to remain a hermit until a student found me. She was my bidding to enter the galaxey and refound my order. She trained for over a year with me. Quickly learning the way of the Aiki. Before she could master my art she was bidden by the force to move on and find another art. She was reluctant to leave but I gave her leave with the knowledge that she had learned the tools to master the art all that she need to do was to pratice the Aiki ways.

This brought her to your Jensaarai. I know little of this period of time in her life. All that I really can say is that she would have shown the same spirit and light to learning your ways as she did those of the Jedi and Aiki. She would have learned your path of the Jensaarai and assemulated it into her life. Far as I can tell she finished her training in the Jensaarai arts. From there she Found the Teepo Palidins in dire straights trailing dark force users known as the Krath.

The Krath incident was a scar in her life. She saved the Teepos from certain doom but in the process she was taken and subjected to a force manipulation that was meant to make her a deciple of the Krath againest her will. I, myself, the Teepos, Kenshin Katern a Jedi Padawan that had studied briefly with Vonta, and a mysterious force user were successful in liberating her before she was currupted. She had yet to speak of that incident with even myself.

What I know of her importance to every one...well she represents our hope. Our hope that all may find one ness in the force. She became the light for many of us by example with her strenght of will and fortitude in her searches. We have dubbed her the Observer Jedi. She watches over all to bring us our balance. Risking it all in the name of Knowledge and the Light side of the force."

The Elavator comes to a complete stop after several minutes of travel time.

Director Sabreen Mumbles something about-

"It well be a relief to get the portals up and running."

Irman had no idea what he was talking about so did not inquire further seeing as he seemed to be only talking to himself.

Elevators doors slide open with an adudiable 'hiss' of air. Toryn led the group of three into a large cavernous area bustling with activity. The walls were curved and covered with metal plates. In the middle of the cavern stood several rows of gigantic pillars. Each one had a diameter of more then 10 meters. The place was made for purpose and not aesthetics, like most military facilities. The place seemed plain with out color. Only silvers and a few colors adorned several doors that could be seen in the distance from the elevator.

As Sabreen continued on those that he neared immediatly stop to salute him in military fashion. He returned them with eiter nodds or small salutes seeing as he was in a hurry leading the two force users to their destination. Witch turned out to be a door that led into what appeared to be a conference room.

"Welcome to the War room Master Aiki and Jensaarai Ring-Defender." He made a small gesture for the pair to enter first.

In side was a circular table in the middle was a large device that Irman assumed was a holograph projector.

in the middle of the circle sat Greyy Trespe in his full Royal guard uniform minis his helmet, of witch sat in front of him on the table. His uniform was strikingly different from the one that Toryn wore. His was entirely white, where-as Greyy's was a combination of White and red.

-A mark of his past that sets him appart from his Alderaanian guard members purhaps?- Irman contemplated to himself.

To his left was another Royal guard helmet. This one was totally white. Presumibly Toryn's seat seeing that he was with out a helmet and yet in the rest of his white Guard armor.

Others were floating about the room. The Female synthadroid Strike stands at a computer terminal. She was converseing with a small holo graphic version of herself. The hologram was her and yet looked quite different from the corporeal being before him. The Hologram was attired in an evening dress with long straight hair. The 'woman' like droid before him had shoulder length hair and wore combat fatigues complete with a blaster strapped to her side.

He listened as the Synthadroid Strike spoke to her conter part.

"There is no word yet on what this is all about. In any case you know I can say little on an open channel." Strike begain.

The Hologram looked worried, "I know, I just wish that I could be there with you. That is all."

"Well that is why we are Vonta's 'Saber Strike'. You run things on the ship Saber and I act as your striking hand when we need to do something more proactive." Strike looks sympathetically at her counter part, "You know very well that sometimes I wish that I was you as well."

Saber seemed comforted by this. "We both play the part that Vonta designed us to play. Get back to the ship with new's as soon as you can then. All right Strike."

Strike responds with a smile, "As soon as possible Saber. Strike out."

The holo-gram fades out.

Toryn goes and has a word with the brooding Greyy trespe.

Leaving Irman alone with Jaymach.

There are others in the room. A Nohgri in a grey and black guard uniform conversing with a human that appeared, by the look of the distinctivly unique blaster at his side, to be a Teepo palidin. From his force presence Irman could tell that he was a master in his sect.

In the corner Irman thought that he detected a hint of activity but he felt no life presence so he thought nothing of it.

Aiki, Teepo, Teras Kasi, Nohgri, Alderaanian Guard and a representative of Vontas personal ship the SABER STRIKE.

There did not seem to be any other members of the Jensaarai present though. With the exception of Jaymach.

"It would seem, my friend that Toryn does indeed need you here after all." He says to Jaymach seein that he is the Jensaarai representitive in this room.
