Rain fell as Noktu awaited, to his left his brother stood in the rain... looking around Noktu's android eyes could sense heat of things nearby... no one was coming... "Well my brother Janus... shall we attack the city again... maybe this time their cowardly Jedi protectors might show their faces... and if not I guess their people will suffer until they do..."

"How many times must I tell you how much I despise your constant mayhem?"

*Janus had changed since his battle with Malice. Malice's words rang through his mind. He had pondered apon their fight for a long time, and had reached the conclusion that he was going about things all wrong. He needed to do what his heart told him, not his mind. That is the only way that he can beat Malice, to become more powerful...*

"No, that's all. Thank you."

He waved the waiter away with his left hand, smiling as he did so. Even though he didn't feel like smiling at the moment, he knew doing so was part of the charade. It was a human waiter after all, a rare thing on most planets.

The sun drifted lazily overhead, illuminating the clouds with an incandescent yellow glow. Warm beams touched various parts of the ground at random when a cloud passed over, but for the most part the small café he was sitting in was bathed in the pleasant sunlight.

A vacation, a vacation from the world. As of late, Tobal had had a strange longing to be amongst normal people, if anyone was truly normal. He wanted to shed the robes of a Jedi, and simply drift along with the crowd for a change. He was tired of being goggled at, and pointed at, and most importantly, hunted by the ever-present lunatic bounty hunters. He had found what he needed here, on this small out of the way planet. The people were pleasant enough, not too nosy yet not too aloof. Just his type of people.

Dressed in the casual, slightly loose clothing that was popular here, Tobal blended in quite well. His hair, normally worn long and down his back, was knotted up under a soft felt hat he had purchased the other day. For all his attempts at leaving the marks of a Jedi behind, he had yet to shed the lightsabre. It was hanging in a concealed holster underneath his shirt, ready for use should the time come – he truly hoped it would never come here. Despite initially disliking the weightlessness of the blade (a feeling he still held against it), its compact size and the ability to cut almost anything had made it his constant companion.

Just like myriads of other sabre's had been the companions of myriads of other nameless Jedi from time gone back.

Setting his cup back down on the table before him, Tobal propped his feet up on a chair opposite and leaned back. Maybe a little resting of the eyes? A tip to the storeowner when he had entered ensured that he would not be thrown out for loitering.

It was his first vacation in years, and Arix had taken it as soon as he possibly could. He still needed relief from the constant nightmares of the recent past. They were fast receding, but they still lingered, and until they didn't he would always loathe himself. For these reasons, he picked the small planet, nowhere near any of the bustling trade routes and huge worlds.

As the Rogue Jedi Knight travelled down the street, he did not wear the customary Jedi robes. He had always hated them, and saw no reason for them. They were itchy and uncomfortable. And they hid his face. If any bounty hunters recognized him and had enough delusions of grandure to come after him, they would be dispatched easily. He doubted that much, though. He had spent the past years as an insane hermit on a pre-space travel planet in the Unknown Regions.

Damnit, why does it always have to be on my vacations? the Jedi asked himself. The two Sith weren't doing much to conceal their presence, obviously not fearing any other Force users. His Force sense, one of the simplest techniques, and honed to near perfection over eleven years of Knighthood, could sense them a city away. And unfortunatly, that was their distance, apart, give or take.

Arix ran. He ran and ran and ran, faster than any normal human could. Luckily the cities, towns would be a more fitting name, were only two or three miles apart, and with his honed muscles and Force abilities, he was there in minutes. Physically and mentally exhausted from such a trip, one thing was on his mind. Water, more water, and coffee. His luck had not yet run out, for the Sith were still pretty far from him.

The Jedi jogged to the nearest place that provided the three things he needed, a restaraunt. Purely by coincidence, the same restaraunt Tobal Hadul, Shadow Jedi Knight was in. Arix didn't notice the prescense until he entered the restaraunt, not expecting any force users on the planet, and only picking up the faint traces of Sith because he never stopped checking for them. It had become instinct.

"I just don't see a point. Especially because, if you would notice, atleast one force presence has come significantly closer to us during this conversation. Patience brother, you really need patience to get things done."

*He couldn't believe he just said that! What kind of sith was he? A new one? Reborn? Perhaps.....*

"Janus, the Jedi will come to us after we call them to us, and how must we do that unless you wish to call them brother, for once the Jedi are cleared from this planet we can just move in and take it...for the glory of the sith"
