Siather studied the Vong's movement closely as it struck a blow toward him. He swung his Bak'taar around and on top of the living weapon grabbing it up in the hook at the end of his blade. He swung it around with one hand bringing it down beside him. The Vong was smaller and Siather was an experienced Det'aan warrior but he was surprised by the Vongs strength. He didn't expect it to be so difficult to push off such a simple blow, it had barely missed him. He felt a small amount of blood drip down his cheek. Obviously the blow had come closer then he had orginally thought. He released the Vongs weapon and fell back a few steps just in time to get a good view of the MCR Sentinels zoom down on top of the Vong taking out 2 'tanks' and 10 Vong warriors. Siather looked at the scene in disgust. Had this action occurred during the battle between the Vong and the TRE forces he would have grinned and enjoyed it but he was locked into an honor duel with this thing now and he wasn't going to allow MCR to dishonor him this way. Siather saw the Vong had turned his attention slightly to the carnage at the peak and took the opportunity to pull out his comm and send some orders to his fleet.
"Captain Marks, send 120 Interceptors to destroy those Sentinels. Bring the fleet around and have it form up in front of the planet to defend it. Send a message to my friend Rashnak as well as the Emperor requesting backup for phase two of the operation. MCR has forced our hand here. It is unfortunate for them."
The Det'aan Admiral looked back at the MCR scouts that had joined the TRE line to watch the duel. He looked at the PeFauna and then out to his troops. They clearly outnumbered scouts sent by MCR. He looked for a leader among the MCR troops spotting one he looked directly at him trust the Det'aan and the PeFauna to watch the Vong behind him. Some of the Det'aan and the Stormtroopers turned their weapons apon the unsuspecting MCR scouts.
"Surrender now and you will not be harmed."
The Interceptors swept down into the atmosphere catching the MCR Sentinels completely off guard. Streams of pure energy flowed out from the fighters onto the Sentinels which quickly brought the destruction of two of them with the others suffering extreme losses to their sheilds. The quicker interceptors grouped off into flights of 4 relying on their numbers to compensate for their lack of manueverability in the atmosphere.
Siather looked back at the Vong and waited for its attention.
"As you can see I will make every attempt to make sure our duel here will not be interrupted as long as I can you can be certain the MCR has more troops behind us waiting to strike I will have some of my Interceptors scout out their location after they finish off those pitiful Sentinels so that you make strike back. I have also set up my ships so that the planet will not have any more troops landing from any of the other ships in orbit. They are not likely to be able to maintain this state forever so lets get started."

The conflict which should have very easily blown over while a simple duel between Terelen of Highest Domain Dwamor and this undead manifestation of a Yuuzhan Vong known as "Siather". But rather the fishy, bulb-headed Mon Cal had launched a cowardly strike against the Yuuzhan Vong, rampaging one of their mountainous strongholds and decimating tanks, murdering several in the process.
Terelan Dwamor, grinning at the abhorrent troops turning on their foolish counterparts, let his amphistaff fall limp, then lashed it out at Siather, whom backstepped to avoid being sliced right through.
Yun-Yuuzhan and Yun-Yamka's will ran throughh Terelen Dwamor's body, rushing his adrenaline forth to enhance his onslaught. Siather bucked up for a counter strike, but only met the stiff tail of Terelen Dwamor's snake.
A snarl formed on what lips the Warmaster's kin still posessed, and the snake, hissing its fangs, lunged out at the undead infidel.

Siather caught the snake like head of the Vong weapon on the edge of his Bak'taar and sidestepped as it attempted to bite at his neck letting it pass harmlessly by as he whipped it down to the ground with his own weapon. His experience as a warrior allowed him to quickly release the Vong weapon and lunge forward bringing his weapon up in a practised manner to cut across the Vong's chest. It stepped back slightly and let the massive weapon continue on as it brought its own weapon up and commanding it to spear like weapon.
Siather circled the Vong as it watched him carefully. It suddenly stepped into striking range and brought it's spear toward his right arm. The Admiral toss his Bak'taar to his left hand and grabbed the butt of it with his right hand to bring it down beside his arm and catch the Vong weapon on the seraited edge. Siather used the spear like Vong weapon to guide his Bak'taar to strike at the Vongs hand.

OOC Well I'm %$#@ing pissed because I lost my notebook, so this won't be the best post.
Cruising through hyperspace always agitated Commander Ionot, seeing as it would take days on days to travel through, but fortunately Lord Fearsons had been merciful, and allowed the jump to take place at maximum speed.
That'll cut into the cost of shields....
But oh well. With that last thought, the mighty Death's Hand showed itself with its two escorts abroad the decimated planet of Ylesia, in between the Rogue Imperial and Mon Cal fleets like a stern mediator, along with the remaining of the mist fleet.
New Ships:
1 ESD
1 ISD
1 VSD
1 SSD
1 Interdictor

The 7 Mists that had already been in system started to form up in and diamond formation with the Zealous Mist at the front and the Tempest Mist at the rear. They started gliding through the system toward the MCR fleet the fighters that were not mauling the Sentinels were forming up in front in a claw formation. The Tempest Mist lauched it's compliment of TIEs, 3 squadrons of TIE Bombers. They formed up just in front of the VSD mk I. The enemy ships would be likely to try and run so Commander Y'nal Geita aal'yll Ranak aal-Det'aan sent orders to the Interdictor to charge up her gravity wells. She was well defended by the massive Death Hand and the comparably smaller Executor class Super Star Destroyer Sinful Mist.
Meanwhile down in the atmosphere an interceptor pilot spotted where MCR had the rest of their army. He swooped down and strafed over them while the rest of the Interceptors continued to maul the Sentinels overhead. A Sentinel swooped in after the Interceptor that was strafing the MCR army and two Interceptors came in behind it unloading blasts of green lasers into it. It finally took to much damage to the sheilds and took a few shots in the back end. It skipped up a bit as something exploded on the underside before careening into the MCR troopers below.
The Interceptors reached the MCR fleet first sweeping around an Aegis class Star picking at what remained of it's sheilds. The Zealous Mist was next to arrive taking fire from the MCR fleet but the Zealous Mist had nearly perfect sheilds because she arrived to the battle late. The ISD mk II's broke off with the Conquering Mist to attack the Corruption class Star Destroyer ripping at it's shields as the ISD mk I's concentrated their fire on the Aegis that the Zealous Mist was attacking which was firing back feebly with the weapons that remained undamaged after engaging the Vong. It's sheilds fell just as the Tempest Mist came into missle range. The Tempest Mist unloaded 10 missles into the bridge and 10 more into the area which would normally contain a secondary bridge. The Aegis started drifting so the fighters and the ISD mk Is moved onto the other Aegis Star Destroyer. The Tempest Mist and Zealous Mist moved on the Corruption Star Destroyer it was putting up more resistance and one of the ISD mk IIs was nearly out of sheild power. The original 'Twin Mists' tipped the tides opened up with their turbolasers. The Tempest Mist fired 15 missles at the Corruption Star Destroyers bringing down the remainder of its shields and then sending streams of pure energy at an area of high power output on it. The lasers dug deeper and deeper through the ships levels til they hit the device putting off all the power. It started to overload so the 4 Mists made their way toward the other Aegis. They weren't surprised to see an the remaining MC-300 had disabled one ISD mk I and was working on the other the fighters started picking at it slowly but their numbers seemed to have slimmed slightly. Zealous Mist, Tempest Mist and Conquering Mist arrived before the ISD mk IIs, the 7 Mists were now all together again although one was disabled. They all opened up on the Aegis destroying the remaining turbolaser and laser turrets leaving it unarmed. They all turned forming a tight circle around the disabled ISD mk I as it's crew worked feverously to get it operational again.
OOC: I wanted to give you more time to post but I had very specific orders. I wanted a bit of a challenge I have left you with some ships I think...Please post within the next 72 hours this time I don't want to have to do this again....

Terelen's moves were a fluid blast of sheer intensity, every muscle flexing perfectly behind the hideously scarred and tatooed body. His chest heaved for breath as the amphistaff clashed against the durasteel blade over and over and over until Siather managed to move back on the offensive.
This time the undead struck low for the legs, but Terelen stepped back, crunching rock and wood behind him as he did so, keeping his balance perfectly situated between all aspects of his body.
Sparks flew and sweat poured from either figure as it seemed to be a stalemate of the two figures, contempt coursing through the bodies of the two.

OOC:the corruption star destroyers and Iron Fist ships aren't here. They jumped out of systeme when the Vong were dead
ic:
"Lord Snowkan, a TRE fleet has just come out of hyperspace."
"Prepare to open a channel with them."
"Sir the TRE forces are firing on us."
"The channel is open."
"Emperor Fearsons and Siather, why are you firing on us?"
"The trasnports are here sir."
"get those transports into hyperspace. Use the last shuttles to get the troops up here."
The transports that were on the other side of the planet and ut of the gravity well created by the interdictor jumped into hyperspace.
"Retreat our ships at full speed."
The MCR forces quickly started to retreat around the planet to the other side, and away from the interdictor.

OOC: Sorry you are still here I charged the interdictors gravity wells.
The Mist Fleet pursued the fleeing MCR fleet the Sinful Mist and the Interdictor following close behind.
Siather lunged in at the Vong but it sidestepped and Siather ended up sumbling slightly. The Vong twisted and brought his weapon around to make contact with Siather's right shoulder slicing deep just above the joint. Siather ducked and rolled out back out of the Vongs range to asses his arm. He tried to move his fingers and realized that the damage was to great for the limb to be any use at the moment. He put his Bak'taar between his mandables and bit hard. He grabbed his right arm and quickly without visably flinching ripped it off. He knew it would grow back. He toss the arm asside and tore a section of his clothing to cover the wound. He considered deploying his new armor but decided against in favour of a more fair fight. The wounded Det'aan pulled his weapon from between his mandables and twisited it in his left hand watching the Vong as he circled him waiting for him to strike.

The Yuuzhan Vong let out a bellowing wail at the honor he was about to receive. To slay such a worthy warrior in combat for the glory of Yun-Yuuzhan would not be shunned upon or overlooked by any.
"You are worthy, Undead Warrior," he snapped excitedly, narrowing his eyes and preparing for the kill. "But alas, the glory of Yun-Yuuzhan proceeds as such!"
He then thrusted forward, holding his amphistaff high above his head.
