So basically, if it has a Bio thread then it's a PC, if not then it's an NPC? That's always how I look at it, although I daresay there are exceptions knocking around. It's another one of those common sense thingies I guess.

As Heir, I typically play hundreds of NPC's as the main character itself would merely be the puppet master... None get fully developed past the thread they are in and all are killable on a whim.

Ok well promote me to Jedi Master or whatever to match my Super Saiya-jin status and I will try to work out something with him in the near future for a dueling thread or whatever.
