Hey, regarding your post in Nothing Ventured, Nothing Gained can you please edit the part about Sullivan expecting Marin and knowing that he's a member of the Alliance? This is going to be their first IC meeting and nothing's been established yet.

Thanks, and if you have any questions you can usually reach me on AIM or feel free to send me a PM.

If he won't answer you, but has the time to create a new C&P thread in the OOC forum, I'd just go ahead and assume he's being a douche. I mean, it is Drayson.

This sort of thing used to happen in the old days, the all or nothing days.

I say you give Drayson another couple days to respond then you go ahead and just write his ass out of the story. It's one thing to take advantage of the fact that all PT's are supposed to be open; it's quite another to just be a jerk about it for the sake of being a jerk about it... which is all I can detect on his part here.

Drayson - You should really take the time to discuss things with Zell, rather then being a prick just because you can. Because, case-in-point (if that is the case) it simply will not be tolerated.

You've frozen his thread by posting questionable content, frozen it by refusing to take the time to at least try and come to an accord mutually agreeable to both parties. That smacks of dick-dom.

Fuck that duck? Or what...

Beff, cry me a fucking river. Yes, I got Zell's message, and yes, it took me a few days to make the appropriate changes. But don't cry to everyone that will listen "you're being a dick!" because a takeover you're not involved in is delayed by four days. Especially when New Year's happens to fall in the middle of those four days, I might ad.

Now I know you make no secret of your bias for anything not-TNO, but this is just over the top BS. There is nothing "questionable" about the post - an honest mistake was made, but nothing that cannot be fixed with a simple edit (now done), and even then, nothing that destroys Zell's writing as it stands.

If I'd written "then the TNO fleet that conveniently is always stationed at Rendilli pulled the Alliance guy out of hyperspace", then you're complaint would be justified...

But really, this smacks of crying for your mommy because you watched someone else get pushed. It has nothing to do with you, you're full of crap, and it's time for you to stop whining and do something productive.

Zell: I've edited the end of my post to remove the reference to Faulker as an Alliance rep. I hope that's acceptable. Let me know if you have any more questions/concerns/comments, but for now I'm content to see how things play out.

How long did it take you to type that, Drayson? You were so busy you couldn't have told Zell you were busy over the season and would get to it?

You were so busy you couldn't do that until someone called you on it? I can understand that. I frequently ignore people until they call me an asshole.

You've done exactly what was fucking asked, and all it took was a little name calling. Nice.

But really, this smacks of crying for your mommy because you watched someone else get pushed. It has nothing to do with you, you're full of crap, and it's time for you to stop whining and do something productive.

See above.

kthxbye.

One PM, Zell. And Beff got to your post before I saw it. But why even bother PMing me if you're just going to ignore my posts, anyway? 'Cause that's what you've done.

Sure, it took me a while to reply to you. That's how roleplays go. It's common for RPs to be stalled much longer than a few days without players trying to bite one another's heads off (mind, that was Beff that did that, not you, but since you bring it up now...) People, myself included, have other concerns and commitments besides posting. I'll remind you it was New Year's, and I was spending time with my friends and family (among other things), so yeah, it took me some more time than it would have otherwise to reply.

Big difference between that and "Hey, let's just ignore this guy entirely and claim we won!"

Tell you what, I'm going to invade Yavin IV tomorrow. But instead of taking your posts into consideration, I'm just going to completely ignore them and, once I've hit 5000 words, claim I won. That sounds perfectly fair, right?

Rendili is not a TNO member world... how can it be likened to Yavin 4?

Member world or not, there was still a competitive opposing force in contest for the world. Simply ignoring the existence of said force would be akin to my invading Yavin and ignoring the fact that the Alliance is present there.

No, I'm sorry, but like I told Zell on AIM, Drayson is in the right. You can't ignore his actions in the thread and wrap everything up in a bow and claim victory. If Drayson showed up he must be dealt with before you can finish up the thread and claim the planet, especially if he so contests your claims. I know it's a pain in the ass, and that Drayson is a pain in the ass in general, but thems only fair.
