Oh, my bad.
OOC: Strike Three (Ando)
And yes you can edit your whole post, unless you have already done so.
Done
1.You can't destroy 5, 200m ships in one post, while also destroy a 50m ships and 5 20m ships.
2.You can't make an ISD that hadn't been even partially disabled 75% disabled in one post.
3.You can't destroy 120 starfighters in one post, especially with only 35 losses of your own.
4.When your fighters ran away from my fighters to get the missiles, I would have gotten numerous kills.
5.Missiles travel very, very fast(like 244 MGLT), you VSD would not have been able to accelerate enough to get inbetween the Illustrious and the missiles.
6.You can't reinforce your shields by that much twice in one battle. It is reasonable the first time, but not the second time.

1) 5,200 meter ships? What are you talking about?
2) Sure you can. That ISD had already been damaged by turbolaser fire. I said over 100 Ion cannons were firing on it. 100 cannons in a 5 minute period?
3) Sure I can. They used torpedoes to do the job. One starfighter of mine would use at least 1 torpedo to kill an enemy starfighter. Each starfighter used 2. I originally came up with a much larger number, but I scaled it down for the starfighters that would have been able to either shoot the torpedoes, or evade them entirely.
4) Yes, indeed. I will make the edit accordingly.
5) Sure it would have been. I didn't say it got there fast enough to intercept all the missiles, but with it accelerating, and the IFACs deaccelerating, I see no problem there.
6) The first time I transferred power from one side to another in the shields department. The second time I transferred it from the weapons that did not have firing arcs.

1. 5 Defender Gunships. each Defender Gunship is 200m. Though I admit the way I wrote it might have lead you to believe i was talking about a 5 200m ship.
2. The ISD's shields have been reduced by turbolasers(and then reinforced), which doesn't cause damage to the hull. 100 ion cannons isn't really that much. And it's called playing fair.
3. My fighters can evade and shoot down missiles just as good as yours(please realise you had 48 TIE Defenders destroyed 100 missiles) , and it isn't easy to get a targetting lock on enemy fighters.
5. A VSD is really slow. It's not something that is fast. And capital ships can't just speed up quickly, or decelerate quickly, especially when they have transfered some energy from engines to shields. Also, if your VSD is screening your two Illustrious Cruisers, you cruisers immediately stop firing, or if they are firing they will hit their own ship(the VSD).
6. You wouldn't be able to transfer enough energy to bring your shields up that much.
7. What kind of ship is the Cobra?
8.You can't destroy 5 Sentinel Shuttles and a Constrainer Picket in one post(since they are all undamaged).

So I see you've all adopted my "list" style.
1. I was focusing the fire of over 100 turbolasers on them. 30 Heavy Turbolaser Batteries, 25 Heavy Turbolaser Cannons, 224 Medium Turbolaser Cannons, 30 Medium Turbolaser Batteries, discounting the 1 VSD that went to assist the Constrainer Pickets, and the 2 Illustrious Cruisers.
Now, one minute apiece, all that destructive power is brought to bear against one Defender Gunship. One salvo is all that will be needed to utterly annihilate a Defender Gunship with that much weaponry.
2. Oh let's see. We have 40 Medium Ion Cannons, 18 Heavy Ion Batteries, an addtional 50 Medium Ion Cannons, an additional 15 Medium Ion Cannons, and thats it. Total = 124 Ion cannons, of at least medium power or heavier. With that washing all over the hull of an ISD for five minutes, it's going to disable at least 75% of the outer systems, such as missile defense systems, and other weaponry, plus areas like the bridge that are up against the main hull.
3. Yes, I said it wasn't easy. That's why I cut my numbers in half for total number of your fighters that could have been destroyed. I then cut it down a little farther for those who would evade targeting locks, or avoid the missiles that were fired at them. I still came up with a large number though.
4. Skipped.
5. I didn't include most of the weapons for the Illustrious cruiser when I calculated damage, except for the first minute of the post, when they were still manuevering alongside the VSD.
6. Sure I would. Half of each ship's batteries or slightly less is being transferred into the ships shields. Because a lot of those weapons are medium grade or better, they required a lot of power to operate. So there you go.
7. VSD II
8. Sure I can. The Sentinel Shuttles are weak. I was bringing 20 Double Turbolaser Cannons, 20 Turbolaser Cannons, all medium grade, and 20 double laser cannons to bear against them and the picket. It wouldn't take more than a few turbolaser strikes to kill them. In 5 minutes, it was enough to do it.
1. It is illegal to kill a capital ship in one post.
2.It still isn't reasonable to do that much damage. Try 50% and I'll let it go.
3. Your 48 fighters sent to destroy the missiles would have been destroyed, giving you 107 fighters. Assuming half of those got a lock on one fighter, you would have destroyed 54 fighters.
5.That's good.
6.Fine, but expect me to do the same.
7.Thanks.
8.Sentinel shuttles and Constrainer Pickets aren't weak. Not to mention it would take a few minutes to get your VSD in range of them. I'll allow shields to be reduced to 15%.

1. Is there a rule saying that it is illegal to kill a unharmed capital warship in one post, no matter how much firepower compared to how small it is?
2. Agreed.
3. By what? I still had a lot of fighters in the engagement. Do you seriously think that at least 48 of your fighters would break off, and follow mine? Besides, it wasn't like they were breaking free of the engagement entirley. The missiles had to pass through the starfighter engagement in order to get to my ships. All it would take is pop up, acquire target, shoot, then pop back into engagement. But since you do have a superior number of fighters, I'll say half of my fighters (24) were destroyed. I was saying that about three fourths of the fighters got hits, and half of those got two hits. That would be about 100 of your starfighters destroyed. I'll bring it down to 50 for those who evaded. But they also would have scored kills with their laser cannons, and disabling shots with their ion cannons.
6. Okay, but remember your ships are facing straight at me, so most of their weapons are able to be brought to bear against my ships, espically in the case of the ISDs.
8. My ships are in line ahead formation, from the largest to the smallest. And I had the Cobra turn about and slow to get within range of your ships. Granted, she's headed straight into your fleet now, but she is within range of the ships. Say, 3 Sentinel Shuttles destroyed, 2 moderatly damaged, and 1 Freedom Picket Moderatly damaged as a good compromise?
2. Agreed.
