Lahout again moved his hand toward the ball, and placing it upon the cold surface, he focused on detecting where the attack was coming from. This time the attack was stronger, a more invasive thrust toward Lahout. A cry behind him caused the Mar'hute Seeker to cease his exploration attempt, and turn.
"TZosha!" cried the Lizard, as if in pain. Keeping his defenses up Lahout moved toward him cautiously.

For a while Trazu was still, one hand on the bracelet and his body trembling as near overwhelming rage started to consume him. But this rage wasn’t being directed at those around him, as it has in the past, instead it was being directed inward, at the K’Satizitus.
At first words refused to come to him, only rage and frustration, frustration that the one he wanted to hurt was unhurtable because it had no physical form. Finally he let loose of scream of rage, his voice echoing off the walls of the complex and the Force rippling due to his shear anger.
"How dare you!" He screamed at the spirit, finding it more satisfying to scream it out loud then mentally.
The K’Satizitus gave the mental equivalent of tilting it’s head, the ripples of Force rage coming from it’s host were strong, but the spirit was stronger and shrugged off the indirect mental attack easily. ~Hew duro whut?~ It said in a mocking tone. If it had a physical form it would be smirking at him.
"You…you kept me from knowing she was in danger!" Trazu screeched, tears screaming down his face. "You made me let her die!"
The spirit’s laugh was cruel. ~Littlo feel…~ It said. ~De yea net soo it wus fer tho bottor? Yea weald huvo novor rouch year fall petontiul with hor ureand.~
"Don’t give me that ‘full potential’ bull! I didn’t care about that! I loved her!"
Another laugh. ~Levo is fer feels und wouklings.~
Enraged even further, Trazu launched a direct mental attack at the spirit, intending to bury it once again deep into his consciousness. However, all this time the K’Satizitus was goading him into doing just that and sprung it’s trap. Trazu realized his mistake too late and before he knew it the K’Satizitus had entrapped his consciousness in an ever tightening mental web and tucked it away deep into his own mind. He cried out in panic and denial when he realized he no longer had control over his own body…and there was nothing he could do about it.
The sudden calmness in ‘Trazu’ would have told anyone with half a brain that something was wrong. The expression on his face as he rose to his feet was another clue: a malicious smug look, a look that was made even more evident when he calmly reached down and picked up his lightsaber, reigniting it in the process. The eyes no longer reflected the soul of a Trandoshan that once loved. Instead it reflected a soul that lived for chaos.
"It’s been so long since I’ve had total control over a physical body…" He said, his voice deeper and more malicious sounding now. "I’ve almost forgotten what it was like." He chuckled, the his expression changed to one of slight annoyance as he looked at himself. "A bit short for my tastes…but will have to do. Can’t be choosy in my case after all." He walked around the room, apparently reminding himself of what it was like to move under his own power, then turned around sharply toward Lahot. "You there…creature." He said with a faint smirk. "You were able to fool my host…but not me. So you can drop the pretend act."
The K’Satizitus didn’t know if this creature would try to help his host or not, so kept his guard up.

In silence and apprehension Lahout watched the Lizard struggle. It was as apparent to him that there was a coup taking place as stars were white to the majority of the galaxy. He could feel the spirit coercing the Lizard, and the Lizard was too naive to see it.
When the spirit took control, Lahout winced. He didn't doubt his own abilities, but he was uncertain as to how much power a spirit would have when in full control of its host body. He had never actually seen a possession. In fact, the only way he actually knew that such a thing existed was the feelings he read off of this being, and the odd conversations that had taken place at home.
"It’s been so long since I’ve had total control over a physical body…" said the Lizard. Lahout moved to the side slightly as the lizard, now controlled by the spirit, began to adjust itself to its new body. "I’ve almost forgotten what it was like. A bit short for my tastes…but will have to do. Can’t be choosy in my case after all."
Lahout was now directly opposite the lizard, and about fifteen feet away. He watched the lizard closely, anything that could project a visible phantasm while ... dead ... was not something to take lightly.
"You there…creature." He said with a faint smirk. "You were able to fool my host…but not me. So you can drop the pretend act."
"Fine," stated Lahout flatly. His voice, now not tinted with the seventh had a warm, round tone to it, akin to that of a finely aged wine. He had begun hardening his mental defenses the moment he had felt the coup begin, and now he felt prepared to take on anything that might come his way.
"You are, as I have gathered, a spirit, no?" he asked, still wary of any potential outbreaks.

He chuckled. "Observent one aren't you?" He said with a faint smile. "Yes I am a spirit, a spirit that has plagued this runts family for generations. One that has oh so patiently waited for the right chance to claim a body of his own once again. As you can see..." He spread his arms, his grin wide. "I have succeeded. Such a fool this one was...allowing himself to love, thus leave himself wide open for exploit." The K'Satizitus laughed, his laugh echoing off the chamber walls. Then he stopped abruptly, his expression stern and dangerous. "So...for what reason are you here? If you're here for power I doubt you'll find it here. It seems this place serves only as a warning about some race that likes to wipe out others. At least that's the impression I got when that thing..." He gestured with his lightsabre at the sphere. "Told my host it's creators sob story about how they were chased from their galazy by some bug like race. Pathitic if you ask me."
The K'Satizitus could feel the spirits of this place pleading for him to listen. With a growl he silenced them by mentally pushing them away. Annoying things...don't bug me about how you were too weak to defend yourselves.

Standing opposite to the creature, Lahout felt a feeling of disgust for it. That a being, which had outlived its time, would come back and steal the body of someone whose time was now was revolting to the mar'hute.
"Your time came and left long ago, creature," Lahout said suddenly. "The body you now inhabit is not yours. Stealing the body of a living creature is wrong."
He doubted the creature understood, or wanted to understand, the concept of good and evil, but he had spoken spontaneously, and thus what he said may not always bee the most appropriate words.

The K'Satizitus had a good long laugh at that. "Morals are for those that desire order...and order is so boring." He said, turning serious. "Laws are for those that desire to be sheep, to lead and cowed by those smarter and more powerful then them. Such individuals have no free will, no desire, no goals save for the ones set upon them by others. I refuse to live by any laws...even the laws of nature!" He snarled. "My life was ended suddenly and I decided my time upon the land of the living was not done, thus what I have strove to accomplish what I have accomplished today. My 'time' will be over when I deem it...and not sooner. It won't be anytime soon either."
He walked around the room, absently looking at the walls and the scant decor of the chamber. In truth it was still adjusting to this body, his original body was over twice this ones size, and as soon as he felt comfortable he intended to leave. The thought of killing this one did cross his mind, but considering this one was a Force user as well it would be too risky for the time being: besides one creature wouldn't be enough to satisfy his taste for bloodlust.

Lahout watched the creature leave, still expecting some sort of attack. Once it was clear to him that this being had no interest in fighting, he relaxed his guard a bit.
He really didn't know what to do. It really wasn't his responsibility to interfere; after all, he wasn't the one who had been silly enough to allow this creature to be in a sibilant relationship with him. But something tugged at Lahout's heart as he turned away. A young being had just been ensnared into a trap by someone much older and capable than he had been. Lahout didn't doubt that what the spirit had done had been meticulously planned and prepared, and that the lizard had never seen it coming.
It wasn't his job, but Lahout couldn't let the dark sprit simply walk away with a body, capable of inflicting pain and anguish in the world. Dark beings could not be allowed to exist; they caused too much suffering, and corrupted the galaxy far too much. Slowly Lahout began to follow the footsteps of the lizard, staying well back while he formulated a plan. He was sure that it if came to a battle of power, he could overcome the spirit without too much trouble, but a battle of power always meant broke bodies on one side of the battle. Perhaps, a battle of wits...

Was this what it was like for the K’Satizitus to be trapped within one’s mind? Trapped in virtual field of silence and nothingness, with no one to talk to but yourself…and your host if he wished to? Trazu wondered how the spirit was able to keep it’s sanity, if it was ever sane in the first place? Then again…did a spirit require constant contact with other entities like many living beings? Trazu thought of those questions and others as he languished in the silent corner of his own mind. How long had he been like this? He had no perception of time and who knows what the spirit was doing to his body.
It was stringing me along all this time… He thought bitterly, both at the spirit and himself for not seeing the trap. How much of my life did it manipulate? Now that he was being pretty much ignored by the spirit, he realized some things didn’t hurt as much as it did before. Yes Tzosha’s death still stung, but not to the magnitude it did before: was the spirit capable of influencing emotions as well as enhancing abilities?
However the most overwhelming emotion he was feeling right now was shame, shame of failure. He had failed as Holder to the Clan and more importantly…as a father. Trissan…Silonik…I could not handle your mother’s loss and I abandoned you and your sisters because of my weakness. Everyone around me was will to help me get through…but I pushed them away and now…I will never have the chance to make it up to you…
Or will I? He remembered how the spirit was always knew what was going on, despite being trapped in his mind. Perhaps he can figure out how it did it.
Maybe…just maybe…from this position he can figure out how to banish the K’Saitizitus for good…
…
The K’Satizitus walked down one of the side passages ignoring the carvings on the walls now: they were no longer interesting to him.. It was a different one then the one they arrived in the central chamber from, thus it was dark with only the lightsaber as a light source. However the spirit didn’t need light to navigate, he used the Force to map out the path ahead of him so any debris he came across he avoided easily.
Eventually his forward progress was halted by a door like the one the creature shattered earlier. The K’Satizitus stood there a moment, pondering how to get past this barrier. He knew that creature was following, though at a good distance, so perhaps a bit of show of power to tell him he won’t be an easy opponent should he attempt to subdue him.
After switching hands so that his lightsaber was in his left hand, he held out his right hand, palm up. In his minds eye, the Force was like a wispy mist, which was thicker where objects and living beings where. The color of the mist depended on what alignment the object or being was, the door was a shade of gray, meaning it was neutral. The creature was white and because of his level of Force sensitivity, a brilliant white. There were flaws with this mental practice though, anyone new to the spirit would turn up gray in his minds eye at first, until he had a chance to probe the being or that being did or said something that revealed itself.
He closed his eyes and concentrated, drawing the ‘mist’ from the door to his hand. The door became lighter and lighter in hue, while a ball of mist was getting darker and darker. Soon enough that ball was dark enough and he stopped the drain. He then draw his arm back and threw the ball at the mist door.
The physical door suddenly cracked with a sound like thunder, the middle of it having a considerable dent in it. For a moment the spirit thought the door would defy him, for it had yet to crumble. Then with a sad groan it fell, the dust from it’s collapse choking the air and the K’Satizitus smiled triumphantly.
He felt his host’s physical body tremble slightly due the strain of using a Force ability Trazu never used before. The K’Satizitus knew it shouldn’t have taxed this body so much so soon. However, the fact that he got away with minimal side effects was promising. This body, though small, was tougher then it looked…

Lahout had thought of, and discarded of, two different ideas by the time he felt the creature ahead of him draw deeply upon the force. Expecting some sort of attack, Lahout slowed and listened carefully. He wasn't exactly sure what it was the creature was doing, but he was sure that he was focusing a lot of his force energy on one object. It didn't appear to be attacking, but Lahout still stayed wary.
Lahout's black eyes glinted as the force usage spiked slightly, and then receded. Whatever the being had done was complete now, he no longer sensed the enormous focus of power that had glowed like a sign saying 'This Way'.
A battle of wits was most definitely needed, decided Lahout when he saw what the creature had done. Outright fighting this thing would be dangerous to not only the body of the lizard, but to Lahout himself. As he cautiously felt ahead with the seventh, looking to see that the creature was not remaining in wait for him an idea struck.
Allowing himself a moment to think the plan over, Lahout paused before continuing to follow the creature. It was rough, but it just might work. There was no time to refine the plan, as he would have liked to do. It was said that the alm'pu'ti had once been able to fly, who knew what strange powers this creature knew as well?

Trazu poked about in his mental prison, testing the bonds that held him there and looking for some ‘hole’ that could allow him to snoop into the K’Satizitus’ mind. The spirit was rather through, for he was having a hard time finding any weakness in those bonds. He wondered how much mental energy the spirit had to use to keep those barriers up.
It must be a lot, for he sensed the barriers weaken a bit suddenly, while at the same time he sensed the Force being manipulated. It was doing something major, what he couldn’t tell in his predicament, but he recognized an opportunity when he saw one. With a bit of concentration, he was able to loosen one of the barriers enough to slip through.
Now came the tricky part. Yes he could make a move to reclaim his body, but Trazu decided against it, not wanting to waste this chance to discover more about the K’Satizitus itself. He knew he would have to keep a low profile as much as possible, for the moment the spirit noticed he was free from the constraints it would lock him down again. A horrible thought came to his mind: was it capable of wiping out his consciousness entirely? He didn’t want to find out, so cautiously, he pressed forward on his quest for knowledge…
…
The K’Satizitus pick his way over the remains of the door, entering an anti chamber like the one where they met up with that creature earlier. This one seemed to have seen better days, pieces of the ceiling having fallen, resulting in patches of sunlight pouring into the room. There were curves on the walls like before, only many were in various stages of wear and decay due to erosion from the weather that was able to penetrate the room.
He paid no heed to it, instead striding across the room to the connecting tunnel the Force told him led to the surface. At the end of this tunnel he came across the same type of door his host did before entering this place. He had a much easier time opening it then Trazu did…
