Blast!

"Dreadnaught Katar, sorry to spoil your fun... but if you want me, your going to have to come and get me!"

He had no confirmation that hid message had been recieved by his commanders, but that hardly mattered. He had broadcast it on open channels... everyone in the sector would soon know of the new superweapon being built.

The ship turned tail and dived headlong back into the asteroid field. Behind him, the Interdictor was powering up its gravity wells...

<hr>

The shuttle came out of hyperspace in a high orbit over Clark Dor V. Below, the warships of Emperor Fearson's mighty starfleet filled the sky. And in the centre, the Super Star Destroyer Celestial Corruptor.

The pilot hailed the ship, and they waited.

There's no way that you could have known about that security leak IC, so you cannot be on high alert for that reason. Please edit that out, and abandon any illegal IC knowledge that a shroud cruiser went on recon in the hoth system.

The Super Star Destroyer Celestial Corrupter returned the hail, and Emperor Fearsons simply awaited in his private quarters, playing with a piece of flimsiplast and watching the HoloNet.

The shuttle set down with the natural smoothness of a Lambda-class ship, and before the landing ramp had hit the ground the guards were arraying themselves at the foot of it.

Admiral Drayson followed, nodding his head to the Imperial officer who had greeted him.

"I am here to see the Emperor," he said shortly...

PeFauna were stocked like the man could not comprehend, fifty of them all piling around the hangar bay in perfect formations, black cloaks unwavering, gazes on nothing.

One emerged forth, keeping his gaze ahead and on nothing.

"The emperor shall see you...please turn over all arms you may have," he instructed. Drayson did so. The PeFauna recognized the rights of the guards. "You shall meet with the emperor alone, your guards and his guards shall wait outside his office."

From there Drayson was indeed led to Emperor Fearsons's quarters, where he simply sat waiting.

Is it customary of the Emperor to keep people waiting this long?

Even as he thought it, the door opened and Emperor Fearsons entered the room.

Drayson stood and dipped his head slightly to the other, then said, "Emperor Fearsons, it is an honour to finally meet you in person."

The emperor nodded a smile and a greeting.

"Welcome Admiral Drayson, I am assuming that your visit here has to do with Jilaeek Station?"

Drayson nodded curtly.
"Naturally. The Galactic Defence Iniative is, of course, very concerned with the fact that a fully operational Death Star will soon be roaming the spacelanes. As noble as your intentions in building it are, we simply do not like the idea. After Alderaan, Carida, Byss, we do not want to see another superweapon operational."

The emperor simply nodded.

"Obvious concerns, now you came at an interesting time. I was just getting ready to contact you, for seeing as you ARE the Galactic Defense Initiative, I was going to offer 25% of the station over to you in all honesty." He smiled. "It isn't my station...it's everyone's...I'm trying to get everyone to meet there. Hell I don't even have access to the superlaser."

Admiral Drayson smiled.
"I will have to talk to my superiors, of course, but I am sure we can oblige. We are, naturally, worried about what another Death Star could do."
