OOC: No problemo! Welcome back!
Lupercus grinned now, a sinister glint appearing in his eye as he spoke.
"Well, it looks like your master is nowhere to be seen...
What if i were to tell you i knew where a sith was?"

Frakutsk looked at the man, now he knew something was wrong. Frakutsk reached into the force, and senced an aura about the man, something very strange, and very strong. It could be that the man was feeling emotion, anger at the sith that he supposedly knew the location of. or it could be something else. frakutsk gripped his light saber, and through grited teeth said.
"Mesa... no know, maybe i would fight the... sith... sir. Maybe... mesa would run..."

Lupercus sensed the unease in the padawan and saw him clasp his lightsabre in a mix of both fear and determination. He also felt the padawan reaching out through the force, but Lupercus would reveal nothing to such a weak attempt at a probe.
"Surely you've been taught enough to stand alone. Every Jedi must. They are hated across the galaxy. It was the Jedi who allowed the corrupt Old Republic to reign as long as it did.
It was the Jedi who failed on Naboo, their numbers decimated by an angry populace. You are a member of something that can only be described as archaic, and yet you attempt to help those in modern need?"
He smiled again.
"Surely that is misguided?"

Enraged at Lupercus's comments, frakutsk grasped his lightsaber even tighter, and said,
"Jedis aresa keeper of peace! protecta of da force! jedis nosa hated! sir! thatsa NO misguided!"
Said frakutsk, almost yelling. again he reached out into the firce, this time with quite a.. force.. and tryed to reach into lupercus's mind. But frakutsk found it surrounded by an evil, unpenatrateable wall. Instead, frakutsk just glared.

The Sith Lord easily rebuffed the padawans mental probe. It was one of the few force neutral moves he knew, and would have been identified by anyone other than a master in the arts as a weak probe failing against a strong mind. And as everyone knew, the majority of strong minds lay in the general populace when compared to the relatively few numbers of force users throughout the galaxy.
Lupercus laughed.
"You're kidding, right? Have you been under a rock for the last decade?"
The look of bovine ignorence from the gungan was all that Lupercus needed for an answer.
"This is all historical fact i'm talking about. All entirely documented by galactically non-alligned organisations, as well as by those on both sides of the 'goody-baddy' divide.
I think you need to take a look at some old newspapers to catch up..."

the gungan looked sceptical, wa their something he didnt know? were there ALOT of things he didnt know? He could not be sure, but he decided to keep defending the jedis, even if he was at quite a loss at what to say.
Again he sent a probe into the strange man's mind, this time he tryed harder, but was still put to shame as the man flicked off his probe, as if swatting a fly.
Then Frakutsk realized that to have a mind that strong, the man must be a sith, or a jedi. Frakutsk looked around the bar, as if searching for help. Finding nothing, he sat as far back in his chair as possible, and sipped his drink. If the man was a sith, at least he had manners.
The gungan remained silent, now very afraid.

(OOC: Well, thats not actually true. A padawan shouldn't even know how to truly probe ones mind, especially a jedi one.
From that, simply a strong mind without training would be more than capable of defeating your probes.
Still, i'll play along.)
Lupercus took on a look of confusion. He had asked a question and the gungan seemed unable to answer.
"You've not heard of the Jedi destroying the city of Otah Gunga, the last gungan city, in the rape of Naboo?"
Lupercus took a worried sip from his drink.
"I thought every gungan would have known about that..."

(OOC: No worries.
Also, just so you know, this is IC stuff that has happened in TRF. If you look hard enough, you can easily find the threads, if you're interested.)
"OK, but we need more drinks first."
Lupercus summoned another bardroid and quickly ordered the pair another round of drinks. They arrived promptly, and the Hapan threw the droid a few credchits.
"Now, i'm sure you know about the Wrath Virus and Tilarec Brel. His little powerplay left the entire galaxy in ruins, all the little tinpot empires and warlords being destroyed beyond belief.
Well, this was the prerequisite to that."
He took a sip to allow the gungan to remember the rise of the New Empire. Lupercus cleared his throat before continueing.
"Now, before i tell you this, i'm just relaying what i heard on the news networks, and what i saw when i later went to Naboo.
I'm sure you know of Organa Solo? Princess Leia, whatever you want to call her. Well, she ran the Jedi Order, which you are now a part of, and had an apprentice named Vonta Horn.
Now, from what i gathered, that apprentice lead a bunch of other Jedi in a massive attack on Naboo, generally plundering and pillaging their filthy black guts out. But these weren't those 'dark jedi' of Palpatine, but genuine Jedi.
Horn herself lead a group down to the city itself and completely destroyed it, from the outside in. Government testing later showed that some kind of solvent was used to render the sheilds solid, trapping all the gungans inside for her to slaughter."
Lupercus sipped again.
"I'm terribly sorry, but i can't remember much more about it. It was a while back. You'll have to excuse me."
He paused in thought, allowing the words to sink in, but suddenly smiled.
"Well, i guess thats kinda good news for you then, cause it means the guys who killed ya ma and pops are probably dead as a result."
Lupercus stiffled the smile in respect.
"Sorry, i've always been a 'every cloud has a silver lining' kinda guy, no disrespect intended..."
