"Master Vox <!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> please<!--EZCODE ITALIC END--> come out of there" Deefour wailed.

Somehow the droid thought he was in mortal danger.Wade was croutched inside an access tube near the rear of the ship.He was glad the little slicer droid could not fit in because Wade would have dismatled him and used him as a replacement power coupling.

Sighing Wade squeezed out of the crawlway.

"What is it Deefour"?

"The ship has arrived and the Jedi are disembarking!"

"Alright alright! I'm going"

Wade walked toward the front of the ship and spotted Master Solo.He walked over to her.

"Master Organa Solo,do you need a partner"?

Tec chuckled lightly as he listened to her when something flew overhead. "Old building, yes. Why do you have a bad feeling about this, I have no clue, but I do have a clue that we might be able to find something useful here..." Minutes later he released her and stopped, looking up at a tall building. The building was black, with fancy glass windows all over and a fairly high tech security system, but high tech enough to keep Tec out; Tec had once been an amateur slicer, but he had never gone pro before he learned he was Force-sensitive. Placing a small slicing device on the door, a new toy he had gotten about a year ago while still on vacation, he waited a moment until it showed all green and then took it off and replaced it among his bag. "Alright, let's go."

"Yeah, we'll find out why they have high security on an old building formerly run by the Empire." Raven muttered.

They stepped inside, only to find that it seemed clean, eventhough the gaps and holes in the flooring hadn't been repaired.

If they cleaned the place, somebody was around, but since this floor hadn't been fixed in the meantime, it indicated that they might not use that particular floor.

Or, it was a trap.

But still, it was facinating to look around inside.

"It's too clean to be an entirely deserted building." Raven added.

Something didn't quite add up. Yeah, the building was old, but, if it was so old, why bother to keep it clean?

Taking a quick look around himself, Tec sighed. Way too clean for my tastes. Besides, those holes are...strange. Tec opened himself to the Force and walked beside the holes and looked down them, seeing a dead body or two and some technical areas. "Well, I don't like some of this, but that's all in the fun, right?" Turning, he grinned at her mischeviously.

" Yeah, I suppose so. Makes you wonder why. Might as well find out, right? Yeah, it may be old, but, I'd doubt that's abandoned anymore. Who knows, maybe we'll be able to find out something useful?" Raven replied, eyeing the floor herself.

If one of them fell, it was questionable as to if they could use the Force in time, or not.

Still, this floor was not what it seemed. Each one had a different depth to it, like it hit certain floors, and not others. Almost like it was planned. What if some of the holes were covered, like a trap?

"Let's get moving. I don't like this."

As if reading her mind, Tec said, "Don't worry. If either of us falls, we know enough that we won't panic and we can use the Force to help. Well, let's go, then." Walking back to Raven, Tec put an arm around her shoulder in case she needed any comfort, which he seriously doubted. As they walked along the corridors, Tec noticed the feeling of a pair or more of eyes between his shoulderblades...

"Well, yeah, that's true." Raven agreed, trying to smile.

It's hard to smile when one is being watched.

Nobody was seen down the hallways, but yet that feeling of being watched persisted, keeping her edgy.

"This is way too easy. If we're not supposed to be here, then, where's the part when we get into some sort of trap?" Raven asked outload.

As if on cue, the feeling of being watched suddenly turned into a feeling that they were in serious trouble.

Tec sensed, and halfway felt, Raven tense up. Immediately, he broke away and had his lightsaber, its silver-white blade shining brightly, ignited and prepared for battle. Stepping slowly, he made his way to the corner and swung the saber in around the corner. He felt it hit resistence, and the resistence wasn't wall, but flesh. He moved around and then stepped back quickly; the stench was horrid and what his eyes saw made him want to vomit his breakfast. "Uh, Raven?" When he turned, though, she wasn't there. "Raven!" he shouted, and then ran back to where she had just stood.

It was not the stench that drove her away, though she didn't like it either.

It was something else.

Something drew her back into the room with the odd floor, almost as if she were following somebody she couldn't see.

Now this place wasn't well-lit, like it was earlier, in fact, it was nearly pitch-black.

Something was coming, and Raven pulled her lightsaber, but never had a chance to ignite it.

All she knew was nothing, as whatever it was struck her from behind, making her drop her lightsaber, causing it to roll down the hallway. Raven then dropped to the floor ,vunconscious, as the attacker took her, and disapeared into a hole in the floor, his cackling laughter echoing on the walls.

Tec walked back towards the way he had come up to the point where he heard a strange cackling voice somewhere off to his left. When he turned, he jogged instead of walked, and kept a wary eye on what was under his feat and ahead of him. At one point he jumped at the sight of something rolling, and when he noticed what it was, gasped. It was Raven's lightsaber! He tucked it into his dark robes and kept going. Moments later he reached a point where he could hear the racious voice clearly without the Force, and at that point he went on tip-toing and opening himself deeper to the Force, hoping Raven would feel that he was near. Slowly, ever so slowly, he reached a stair well, long and dark, pitch black. "Oh, God, why did I have to suggest this?!" he muttered to himself, walking slowly still down the stairs. At about the middle, he stopped, holding his breath in fear.
