"Prepare for hyperspace. Support vessels will move out immediatly. The Imperial Star Destroyers, and Attack Sphere will cover the crippled Victory Star Destroyer while the FERAMs come forth and take it under tow. The Fire Light Frigates will also immediatly withdraw. All Imperial Star Destroyers, focus all weapons on the enemy lead Star Destroyer. Have the Attack Sphere duel with one of the enemy Dreadnoughts as it disengages." ordered Commodore Carson.

The Imperial Star Destroyers once again unloaded the full might of their turbolaser and ion cannons into the lead enemy Star Destroyer, blowing away the remainder of it's shields, and destroying it. The enemy Star Destroyer began to break apart, it's bow seperating from the main section, with it's bridge being the most intact part of the ship remaining. Secondary explosions shuddered the ship. Meanwhile, the Attack Sphere fired it's guns on one of the enemy Dreadnoughts, weakening it's shields, and disabling some of it's systems. The remaining Victory Star Destroyer targeted another Warrior gunship, bringing it's full complement of turbolaser cannons against the smaller vessel's shields, and hull.

While the Imperial capital vessels were doing this, the FERAMs moved up against the crippled victory's hull, and extended their grapplers, and took the vessel under tow. They withdrew, along with the remaining two Strike cruisers, and the two Fire light frigates, heading away from the battle, and torwards the hyperspace lane. Soon the other Imperial capital ships would follow suite.

With the withdraw of the two Fire Light Frigates, the fighters swarmed in on the undamaged ISD closest by. The rest of the Falleen forces followed suit, bashing at a single target. It was apparent the Empire was fighting a losing battle and were simply trying to hold their ground while they made preparations to escape. It was now time for the Falleen to really press them and make it clear they were a free world.

The Falleen now just kept hammering away at the ISD. Their sole purpose was to pulverize it into atoms for the destruction of the Falleen ISD that had been destroyed. It was easy to see that they would likely succeed too as they kept an eye out for the FERAMs, ready to turn their guns on the tugs if they tried to save the doomed warship.

OOC Damage:
1 ISD Heavily damaged and crippled

The Imperial light vessels safely made the transit into hyperspace. With that, it was time for the rest of the Imperial fleet to follow suit. One of their ISDs was crippled, and would soon be destroyed. Already life pods had been jettisoned, and were picked up. The two remaining ISDs, and Attack Sphere concentrated all of their firepower on the damaged Warrior Gunship. When the ISD finally blew up, it happened nearly at the same time of the Warrior Gunship detonated, allowing the remaining Imperial vessels a chance to withdraw while the enemy's sensors were blinded.

"Commence the jump" ordered Commodore Carson. The two remaining Imperial Star Destroyers, and Attack Sphere safely made the jump into hyperspace, leaving a system full of death, destruction, and wreckage behind them. The Imperials had been stragetically defeated, failing to capture their objective world, but they had left behind them many more enemy hulks than friendly. The Empire had every reason to call this one a tatical victory.
