Jeren nodded to his master. "It sounds like a wonderful idea. Maybe we cou..." The sound of his sister approaching caused him smile, as she pounced on his back. "Al" He turned around after her apology and called out to her as she tried to slip away. "I'll see you later, sister..." He smiled and thought to himself for a bit before turning back to his master. "Anyways...I'd like to see these rolling hills. It certainly beats my childhood on Tatooine. Plus, if it is a good point for meditation, I will find it useful."

Alana nodded to Baas, then returned to her brother, "No you won't. We're gonna get together now," she replied and pulled him away. "Comeon... We've been sent to explore!"

The old, almost child like, spark was in her eyes again. This place felt so alive, Alana seemed to have almost returned to normal, dispite the scars that remained from the battle on Ossus and even before that.

Jeren turned towards Cronos as he was pulled away. "It appears Master Baas has asked us for something...if I may, Master, I'll explore these hills with you at a later time." Turning from his master, he followed after Alana. Something felt different about her...he could feel it. He turned to her and grinned. "Alana..I haven't seen you this ...this...playful...this active...in years."

'I suppose she's gotten out of her problems after all...

Sitting cross-legged on the grassy courtyard ground, Dyani watched her little lights closely, evaluating, memorizing….

From a stationary holo-dome settled before her, a picture emerged and a soft artificial voice began to speak.
“This world was a signature strong hold for the Rebel Alliance during the battle against Emperor Palpatine and his second Death Star. Not truly a planet by classification, the dense forest regions…”

“Endor…”
The bright voice of the emerald-eyed toddler cut through the lesson, halting the programs words. Jorryn’s small and delicate hand reached out to touch the suspended image of the forest moon. His laughter, not unlike the cheer of wind chimes, took flight as his fingers slipped through the wisp of colored light.
“Too easy mommy…. More planets…”

Dyani’s eyes smiled as she held the brilliant child in her view… always searching, testing, drawing in knowledge. A slight grin graced her lips as she reached down to the silver dome that rested between them and initiated the program once again.
“All right then, little one…. Something more difficult.”

The program resumed and the imaged changed, the new planet was larger and sparsely blanketed compared the depiction of Endor. The computerized voice spoke and re-claimed the boy’s attention.
“This planet is known for sweeping grasslands and large oceans. Once an Imperial stronghold…”

The words trailed off in Dyan’s perception as she turned to find her daughter a few feet away, belly down in the richly green Ruusan earth. Amber eyes could be seen peering through lush locks of chestnut hair as the watchful child’s gaze rested on a tiny speckled beetle. The insect stirred, humming and fluttering as it made its way through the deep jade-colored blades of grass.

Nashira was so different from her brother, Dyani mused as she gazed at the gentle child. She was bright, indeed, but her gift resided a separate path from Jorryn’s. The girl possessed an unquenchable thirst for life; she drifted, without care or concern, over force vibrations with an almost divine understanding. Much like her father, Nashira had adjusted almost instantly to the energies of Ruusan, the Praxeum’s new home…. While her mother and brother opted to find a more intellectual way of adaptation…

The young girl giggled warmly as her short legs kicked in the air; she shook her head, tickled by something beyond the realms of sight.
“Hehe… daddy…”

Glancing up, Dyani noticed the Jedi Master approach; standing, she encourage the twins to do the same, sheltering one exquisitely small hand in each of her own.

The siblings rejoiced at the loving embrace given by their father as Dyani gladly relinquished her grip to Odon's protective arms, but was wary to give herself to the show of affection; the young woman, not yet knighted, was determined to keep an acceptable distance between herself and the Jedi...

“These two keep growing every day!”

Dyani smiled at the comment.
“Yes well, some things cannot be stopped… no matter how hard you try….

Jorryn was just mulling over some high points of Imperial and Republic history, at the same time gathering valuable planetary information…while Nashira
Well…. She was exploring the fabrics of life itself, I’m certain….

Dyani laughed softly.
“Together, you both can assess her lessons today; you seem to speak her language better than I….”

Hanix listened to Odon's speach. His new task would prove to be a difficult one. It would be hard to replace the numbers of good men that they had lost in the attack on Ossus. Yet, Hanix knew he would complete his task and have the Praxeum back to full strength. He looked to Luis and Vince.

Hanix: Well, guys, good luck with the trials. I hope to see you two in short time. See you all later.

Hanix walked off and saw master Odon. He approached the wise Jedi Master and smiled. Hanix was very saddened by the attack. He may have lost the one man that was like a father to him. Hanix just looked at Master Odon and spoke.

Hanix: Sir, I will try to get our military back up to strength. I wll also try to make it stronger then before so that we can withstand another attack of the sort we had on Ossus.

Hanix walks off to rebuild the military and hand fill the empty positions with those who were ready to fill them.

I will do so, Master. Vince said, and he left to begin his work.

Kenshin sat on one of the small hills that surrounded the Jedi Praxeum. Wrapped in his earthen colored outer cloak, his clear blue eyes gazed downward at the happenings in the courtyard below.

He couldn't hear the orders given out, but by the looks of it, it seemed that Master Odon had given out a few assignments since the gathered Knights all ran off in different directions.

Kenshin wasn't one to shirk at a workload but he didn't particulary feel like deliberately going up to ask for one either.

Shaking his head at himself, Kenshin just quietly watched as Master Odon and Dyani spent some time as a family. They were a beautiful one, and he wondered if he would ever experience the content happiness as well as the agonizing frustration of being part of one.

Arkan came up from the side of Kenshin, looking from that hill over all that they could see. The courtyard below held the family of Master Odon Baas, the one who did not feel Arkan would succeed in understanding and controlling the darkness that would consume his life. But he held to grudge against him, there was other things to take care of.

Folding his arms under the black sleeves of his Sith robe, Arkan sighed. "It is to my understanding that Ruusan is to be the next location of the Jedi Praxeum...

"I find that a very volatile place to locate a group of Jedi. You will find more enemies there than you did on Ossus, because they will seek the very heart of Ruusan, the Burial Chamber itself," Arkan's voice seemed like an echo in a hall, although considering that he was just an incorporeal image in the Force, his residual appearance was like a Blue Glowy (i.e. RotJ- Obi-Wan).

"Kenshin, I see a future problem. Remember the darkness that was growing, the one that I spoke of?," Arkan's constantly shifting, obscured grey form, looked down to his former Master, "It is beginning to... churn. The darkness is going to splinter and the... Sith, are growing quite fast."

Kenshin was a bit surprised to see a flickering Force image of his former apprentice Arkan. He nodded as he listened to his concerns, well aware of them before they were even voiced.

"I know. But what can we do? We can only prepare for an attack. It is against our ways to strike first. Unless there is a urgent enough reason I can state to the Council to justify that, we're just going to have to wait until they make a move."
