The Azguardian Fighters Flew back to their ships and the Azguardian ships made a fighting withdrawl from the area they were in towards Drayson. The Azguardians knew the fight would end but they didn't want to just stop shooting in the middle of battle.
Instead they kept all fire on Hand Of Fate. By now that ship should be dying, and the enemy would be more receptive to the cease-fire order with the risk of a lost ship. Finally when safely away, they respond to Drayson.
"Ah, excellent, you must have gotten my transmission asking for help. Thank you. I am not aware how the battle begun or why, but I can tell you that these... Vagabonds came in here with the intention of sacking and pillaging Garos IV. I baelieve the battle could have turned against us had it not been for your... timely arrival."

<font color=green>Garos IV System
The presence of one of the strongest Corporate fleets in the galaxy had brought this battle to a standstill. All, it seemed, but for one small group of ships.
"Admiral, sir! The Hand of Fate is taking heavy fire from those Rogue ships. Our best estimates place them under the command of Dolash, affiliation unknown." Drayson nodded, taking this in in an instant.
"But they continue to fire after our stand down order." He mused for only a second, then said, "Target their lead Star Destroyer. Superlaser blast, strong enough only to collapse their shields, please. Fire, and order them to cease movement, firing, and lower shields. This is now a safe system. Keep me informed."

(Sorry, didn't know that the others had stopped.)
They stop, without another shot.

Myn smiled as the LFX fleet came out of hyperspace and ordered everybody to stand down. Then the AGM fleet moved away from the Shadow Guard fleet, but they continued to fire. The superlaser blasted the shields of their lead star destroyer.
"All ships pull back, out of range of all ships in system. Order Jesmin to pull back with us."
"Yes sir."
The fleet pulled out. Jesmin's fleet, since their were mercenaries under hire by WMC, followed orders and pulled back as well. They did not want that superlaser turned on them, so they pulled out, and waited.
"We are fully out of raneg of everybody, are we not?"
"Nobody except for our own ships and Jesmin can fire on us."
"Excellent. Open a channel between everybody."

<font color=green>"All opposing fleets confirmed out of range. We're in the clear, Lord Protector." Drayson nodded his approval of this and smiled.
"Have all fleet divisions regroup. It's time to squeeze this thing for all it's worth. Tactical, target the Star Destroyer Myn's Pride and prepare for fire. Retransmit Ominii's terms, just change the name, thanks.
"All ships, move forward."

(OOC:D elosh, i'll ignore your latest attack post, because it wasn't 72 hrs, and i wasn't given time to respond.)
The Hand of Fates shields were slowly buckling under intense barrage, while the rest of the fleet had by now encirled the Azguardians. The ISD pulled back, just as the massive bulk of fighters managed to engage the floatillas. From all directions torrents of missle and turbolaser fire streamed in, the multidirectionalised attack crippling their shields from all sides. As the ISD moved away, an AEGIS Cruiser moved into a blocking position, absorbing any and all fire coming from the encirled craft. Already low on sheilds, chunks of hull were being ripped from their ships when suddenly the GDI Fleet jumped in.
As they entered the system, landing craft shot out of the many pirate hulls, heading for Garos IV. And there was nothing to stop them, nearly a million Rodian Troops being sent to the planet, WMC forces just out of reach, the small reserve fighters having mopped up the rest of WMCs fight Corps from the first encounter.
Madness it was, pure madness, as Lupercus ordered the weapons firing stopped, and all engine power diverted to sheilds. While not firing, the turrets on the ships continued to track the azguardian ships, awaiting the order to open fire.

(OOC: That wasn't meant to be an attack post. It just meant I was still firing after we were told to stand down, is all. You took no further damage from the barrage. Also I am posting this because I had already said my fleet was breaking off to the relative safety of the LFX fleet.)
Now badly pummled, The Azguard Fleet Fled to the safety of the GDI fleet asking for a weapons power down. An emmisary was sent to LFX industries as they had asked. Hopefully that psycho Lupercus would gain some sense and calm down. The battle was over for the moment, honour was served and there was no need to fight... yet.
But as Ourvix saw the shuttles, he opened a quick channel to the LFX fleet.
"Excuse me, Commander. But they have released multiple troop transports, maybe with escaping crew, maybe with infantry, as this is breaking the Cease-fire you ordered, I think it is appropriate to Ionize them until negotiations are done." Ourvix settled in his seat and turned the screen off. Tact was important, diplomacy more so. But he had come to help protect Garos IV and if that was his mission then that comes first.

OOC:Luprecus read this post GOOD, because Dak Blackblade, a commander in TJE is needed, because in agreement with Chadd, TJE would protect WMC from enemy attacks, in exchange for ore.
IC:
"Sir they are manuvering to target us. They have transmitted terms off surrender. They are the same as the Ominii sent but they say LFX Industrial instead of the Shadow Guard."
"Damm. This looks like a set up. LFX has decided to ignore the fact that we send them ore and are attacking us. We can't attack both fleets. Hopefully MCR will come to our aid, but they haven't."
"And TJE hasn't sent their fleet, plus our allies we are negotiating with haven't sent a fleet."
"I think a tactical withdrawal would be best."
"But that is even worse then their terms of surrender."
"Yes, but unfortunatly they have rigged this up so LFX Industrial is the winner."
"Surrender probably would be the best option."
"Are we still out of range?"
"Yes. And our orbit keeps us pulling away from them."
"Send them a message indicating that we wish to talk to them."
"Done sir."
"This isn't how I wanted this to end, but I guess the attack against Nkllon was done a bit early. Next time I will be sure to gather more allies to me before the attack. And spreading my fleet out at Talorran wasn't good."

<font color=green>"Admiral?" The voice floated up from the crew pit. It was young and trembling, that of a young officer recently reassigned to the ship. Why are young officers being assigned to the flagship...
"Yes?"
"Fleet Section Dolash has dispatched their emmisarry. They are requesting that we act to halt the troop transports released by Lupercus Darksword's fleet section." He nodded. This was not to be unexpected.
"Inform all parties that Lupercus will be allowed to go through until the Winger Mining Corporation accepts his Terms of Surrender." He paused. "LFX is here to prevent the needless slaughter of thousands, not to save Winger from his own stupidity. Transmit that as well." A beat.
"Yes, sir."
"And inform Lupercus that his first payment can be picked up at the Rendevous."

"All ships and troops surrender to the Shadow Guard. Inform them that they will receive their Imperial Star Destroyers once they are done building. Be sure to mention that they could have been delivered much earlier if it hadn't been for them destroying the ships under construction."
"Yes sir."
"Then inform Jesmin Ragabag that we will pay her by the end of the month."
"Yes sir."
"Oh and all troops are to stand down. This might not have been the outcome we wanted but, it is an outcome. We don't ahave a chance against the LFX and Shadow Guard fleets, because I am summerising that they were helping each other. I'm not sure what LFX Industrial was going to get, but they will get something."
