(OOC: third post out of five)
"Move faster damn it!" he shouted to the officers on decl. They needed to hurry, and the enemy was already firing.
One of the crewmen spoke "Sir this is suicide!" The rest of the crew let out murmerss of worried agreement.
"Well yes, but a suicide that could win. open a Channel to their command ship, direct visual, I want to get a look at the b@stard."
The Comm officer complied, and Regrad spoke to Luprecus.
"Why do you attack this small world? what value does it have to you? Is this a revenge attack, where millions die to satisfy vengance,or is this just some attack done by complete @#%$ to kill and maim as much as possible. I can see you are not a man of honour. I am warning you that if I arrive there and you are still present you will all die"
"End the transmission lieutenant, I have a plan"

Lupercus smiled inanely as the transmition from the smaller group of ships was sent through. But instead of allowing it to be cut off, one of the slicers onboard the Hapans ship locked down the signal.
The startled look on the face of the commander was reward enough.
"My dear commander. You are foolish to intervene. Why do you feel the need for reason when you already pass judgement? Is it not inconceivable that Myn Winger has done dispicable acts during his life? I have all the details of his predecesors, and the rest of the Winger family, despite outward appearances seems more depraved than mine. Then again, mine is purebread royalty."
Lupercus smiled as he sensed fear rise up in the bridge of the fleet, nay floatilla. The Sith reached out, sensing the form of the lieutenant the much lauded 'plan' was about to be relayed to. With a smile on his face and a twinkle in his eye, Lupercus began to build up a strange chemical reaction in the mans body, the very atoms that make up his body vibrating at their very basic levels. Suddenly flames spouted out of his body, Lupercus' disciples chanting higher and higher as the flames grew. Lupercus watched with glee as the enemy crewmen stood transfixed.
"Attacks happen, people die. Survival of the fittest is no more true then that it is now."
A wry grin crossed the privateers face.
"Or perhaps should i say survival of the one with the biggest pocketbook."
The transmission cut off, leaving the crew of the floatilla scared, confused and with a burning body on their hands...

(OOC: you mean my lieutenant, right? I wasn't going to tell him anything, least he try and stop me. Thius doesn't count towards the five posts or the three day rule, I just wanted to deal with a burning crewman.)
The crew ran to put their comrad out as he burnt.
Regrad cut transmission, and changed it to Winger.
"hold out for now and we'll be there. Our ships run on nuclear reactor power* and if nessecary I could make them go nova and blow up them in the process."
Feeling relieved that he had figured out a plan, blowing up, he pressed ever closer.
(OOC: *We have a limited supply of gass, so Our early ships would run on nuclear power. These reactors would be replaced once we got our gass, but we won't get any if you smash up WMC. Obviously these things could go nova and kill us all if we get close. Only way we could power our ships with the little gass we have.)

A smile crept to the face of the Lord of the Shadow as the Privateer gave his orders. The Winger ships, so foolishly attempting to fight the Shadow Guard Forces, had taken the brunt of a devestating attack. Their command ships now lie damaged, certainly not able to fight to the best of their ability.
"Commander. Alert our Allies to prepare to render aide, if neccessary. We will alert them if things take a turn for the worst." There was a long pause as the order was relayed. "Depoy the Phantoms, full cloak. We will have a surprise waiting for the intruders..."
It was almost time.

OOC:Alright, this post prepare to lose some ships. You didn't say the four words that are Power up the shields. Now you pay for that mistake.
The ships moved forward.
"Send a mesage to Talorran. We need help now. Warn them about the Abolisher Fields. And screen the Mole Miners. All guns oepn fire. Like idiots they have never powered up their shields. All fighters fire against the enemy Aegis Star Cruiser MK.II. Aegis Star Cruisers load all concussion missile launchers with Diamond Boron Missiles. Fire them at the enemy fighters. All weapons open up on the Nemisis Star Destroyers, Guardian, Steel Blade and Ice Spectre."
With the diamond boron missiles launched, 200 enemy fighters fell. The Mole Miners pulled forward, but they were screened by the capital ships. The Nemisis Star Destroyer's Guardian, Steel Blade and Ice Spectre had their forward hull completly ripped apart. The TIE Defenders, firing two concussion missiles each, launched a total of 890 missiles, divided up into nine targets, or 98 concussion missiles each, destroying them. Eight of them were hit by 99 concussion missiles.
"All fighters repel enemy fighters. Prepare another salvo of diamond boron missiles. The still out number us, but we must try to repel their attack. All Mole Miners swoop out and go to the vectors where the enemy cloaked ships fired from."
"Yes sir."
The Mole Miners flew around, looking for the ships. Fighters kept ahead of them, to try and keep enemy fighters from advancing...

<font color=purple>Fools...
"Lord Ominii, missile launches detected among the enemy capital ships!" The Shadow Lord nodded silently, taking in the situation in an instant. Three Aegis cruisers, sixty missile tubes. Three wings of TIE Defenders could send out another eight hundred, give or take. In all...
"Wing Commander, scatter starfighters." Where did this little puke get Diamon Boron missiles? "All ships, prepare to retaliate. Oh, and commander? Raise the shields."
The missiles struck just short of the bow, slamming into the invisible particle shields that protected starships from collosions with solid objects.
"Tsk, tsk, Mr. Winger. You've earned yourself a death warrant, I'd say."
"Guns, target the mole miners. Have our reserve fleet prepare for immediate deployment - we may need them to scare some sense into our enemies here."
And in the darkness of space, the Ghosts fired again. The primary two, those in the centre, targeted the Imperator Star Destroyer once more. The others split their fire among the three Aegis Cruisers, five beams slamming into each of those ships.
And behind them, the Shadow Guard advanced into firing range...

Just Outside Garos IV,
Shadow Guard/Privateer Reserve Fleet
The Vice-Admiral stood. His instructions had been clear: do whatever Lord Ominii orders, unless it put (in the VC's eyes) the fleet at to great a risk.
He had his doubts about this mission, but for good reason did not mention them. That would not have gone over well. The Lord Protector's word was final, in this case, and Lord Ominii was to be obeyed.
So here he was, waiting for an enemy that he was not sure was the enemy, to land in the middle of his little net. And he was to wipe them out, or wait for Lord Ominii to accept their surrender.
He hoped they surrendered, for thier sake.

(Four out of five, and what is in the rear of your fleet?)
The Azguardians were nearly there, The guns, shields and engines were on full alert. Figters were preparing missles, ready to release a salvo into the enemy. The cruisers were itching for battle, about near bursting with fury to reach their enemy. Waiting does not bode well with Azguardians.
Ourvix was aleady assigning tactical targets, their fleet would pound its way to the center, and the survivors would nova from there, taking out as much as possible. It was sick, but it was nessacary. One of those, 'does the end justify the means?' moments. But then he remembered that deranged person he had spoken to, and knew some people just had to die.

The call was made, and Jesmin was ready. Her band of mercenaries, not carrying any IFF codes, they would hopefully be the truning point in the battle. She watched as her fleet flew through hyperspace, almost ready for the battle. But not quite.
"The second we come out of hyperspace, power up all shields and weapons. Try to calculate anpther jump closer to Garos IV, but make sure we are not int he Abolisher Field. Make sure our exit point is at the edge of the Garos IV planetary system."
"Yes sir."
"Then launch the fighters."
"Five, four, three, two, one, we are at Garos IV."
"Full speed ahead, try to calculate the second jump. Power up shields, weapons, and engines, then move forward and launch all fighters. We are getting paid full price, so get a move on people."
The fleet moved forward, and all the TIE Defenders were launched.
"Signal the Mon Calamari Republic. They may be made about us leaving, but they will probably come to the aid of an innocent mining group."
"Broadcast to the enemy ships, offering them the opertunity to surrender."
"Yes sir. But I doubt they will. They out number us greatly."
"I don't care. Make the offer."
"Yes sir."
OOC:I won't come into battle for said five posts.

(OOC:There was a ruling regarding suicide missions of the type you are doing. They aren't allowed. It was made long before you or any of your alter egos started RPing here. By suicide i mean detonating ships in such a manner, and that also included fighters doing Kamkaze style attacks.
Also, my reserves and command section that were posted in my first post have turned about to face you.
And finally, nice try Mr Winger. You've just wasted untold numbers of missles. The massiveness of distance was only breached by my missles since their mother ships had their firing data transmitted from the TIE Phantoms. You on the other hand dumbfired that many. In escence, any that did actually hit their targets would have been nulified by Particle Sheilds.)
Lupercus smiled as an entirely ineffectual volley of missle fire was engaged and destroyed over the vast distances of the combat. He watched as his own missles, guided by Phantom missle Data streaked into the enemy battle line. With a riveting flash 2 AEGIS Cruisers were left in total ruins, their crews not being given the order to abandon ship by a totally incompetant command staff. One the left flank the finishing touches were put on an Imperial Class Star Destroyers grave, as more heavy rockets impacted on the hull which had been entirely stripped of its sheilds. The massive explosion rocked the WMC battle line, damaging the sheilds of the last nearby AEGIS Cruiser.
"The particle sheilds have done exactly as they needed. Ray sheilds at full power. Our Reserves should engage the floatilla now."
The reserves had already turned about and were moving towards the floatilla, fully prepared for combat. As they powered their thrusters another impact was felt as their Skipsrays heavy rockets and advanced proton torpedos struck the already damaged AEGIS Cruiser. The ship did not detonate, but began to break apart. Already escape pods could be seen in the distance shooting off the burning hull.
As the WMC holding force was destroyed in its entirity, the cloaked Phantoms descended, streams of laserfire appearing as if out of nowhere and from behind the WMC starfighter line. The sudden torrent of fire saw most of the Mole Miners destroyed before the rest could react, and the TIE Defenders broke off to attack this unseen threat as their job required. As they did, the TIE Defenders on the side of the Sith swooped down from above the eliptical, taking the scrambling TIE Defenders by surprise. The WMC Formation broken up, the entire fleet turned towards the forward moving WMC allies.
With a whoop of triumph, with the reserve forces closing the distance between the floatilla, and the fleet moving in to back up, Lupercus saw his reserve fighters reach independant missle lock range of the floatillas fighter strike squadrons, advanced missles streaking out from the swath of different fighters.
(OOC:D amage results bearing in mind i should really have not received much damage, i'll give you some as a 'handicap award'.
New Lorrell Raiders Fleet Damage:
Entire central unit of battlelines particle shielding offline.
Phantoms momentarily revealed position wise, if not stealth wise.
WMC Losses:
1 ISD, 3 AEGIS cruisers.
Majority of Mole Miners destroyed, Defenders formation damaged, broken up and scattered by combined Defender and Phantom assault.)
