Donovin's blue eyes looked to his nephew with compassion.

"Lono, I understand how important it is to you, me included, that we find your mother... but it's too dangerous of an idea to go looking for her, at least right now."

The child's eyes became more curious by each word that passed from Donovin's lips.

"There is a lot that has been bothered, Lono. Lots of evil and far too less good. It's not safe."

What could he possibly tell the boy to make him feel better? Perhaps a truth he needed to hear.

"Your mother is never going to leave you, Lono. She will come back to you... I promise."

Jensen had fought his fatigue in order to stay awake as much as possible knowing full well that the safest way was that one of them had to stay awake, however it wasn't long until his mind had drifted off into the world of dreams.

~~ ~~

…And it was again Jensen found himself in the marshlands of Theed he looked around as the moist air filled his lungs and thick fog covered the ground early in the morning. However, nothing could really be heard except the call of various wildlife.

It was a dream as vivid as reality itself…..

….almost

Jensen looked and through the haze, he spotted the same log, and there seemed to be the outline of someone underneath it.

He shook his head and slowly crept forward once reaching the outline, he bent over slowly to get a closer look, and the fog parted revealing Amalia Azalin.

"Oh no…"

He looked off, and in the distance he could see a black robed figure making his way toward him, carefully stepping through the mist, no face could be seen, nothing.

The figure made his way closer, casually taking down his hood only to reveal….

…himself.

They looked at each other for a few moments in silence; the blacked robed Jensen then had a smile that had crept on his face.

"…Well you look surprised to see me." The black robed Jensen said, looking down at Amalia, he then decided to take a seat casually, as if no worries were about him.

Jensen himself was puzzled as well as shocked at the display he then went to pick Amalia up immediately…wanting to get her to safety.

To which the black robed Jensen put his arm out to stop him.

"Don't…" He said quietly. "She doesn't wish to be moved Jensen…"

Jensen himself wearing the standard brown robes looked at that man in black, shocked at who seemed to appear to be him, "Who are you?" He asked the Jensen who adorned the black attire.

"I'm you…" he said "The future you…"

He continued.

"You're going to come to find she's right about her future and yours. There's no stopping it Jensen, Zeta was more right then he ever knew, it is what she wanted."

He smiled "The best part is he knows why." He didn't elaborate on that part further opting instead to continue.

He then pulled a cylinder from his belt and casually sent it the brown robed Jensen's way.

It was gold, silver-plated, and comfortable when held, it was a lightsaber an excellently well built one at that and he spoke. "You'll come to build that in the near future believe it or not. I won't give you any spoilers on its history, but it’s a special saber I assure you.

Jensen hit the activation switch, and a red crimson blade sprang forth humming in intensity.

Jensen's eyes widened and looked at the man that appeared to be him.

"You're a sith!?!?"

To which the black Jensen answered.

"What does your heart tell you I am?"

And instantly the black robed Jensen Force Pulled, his lightsaber deactivated right back to him with little effort at all. And he looked down to Amalia and sadness could be seen to fill his eyes as he reached down to push Amalia's hair out of her eyes.

"I'll set you free soon Amalia, and the nightmare will end. I very much promise you that."

Then biting his lip, the black robed Jensen felt contempt and anger for the sith that did this and he rose up and looked at the other Jensen. And crossing his arms his eyes narrowed.

"You're gonna have to try and kill him."

~~ ~~

And with that, Jensen woke up instantly back into the real world, only to find Amalia close and sleeping peacefully somewhere along those hours she must have fell asleep herself.

Jensen had found his arm around her, puzzled how that happened and feeling a little vulnerable he slowly lifted it very slowly as to not wake the lady.

His other arm on the other hand was being used, and his was asleep. Right under Amalia's head.

Jensen couldn't move, the position literally made sure he wasn't going anywhere without her knowing.

He smiled and rolled his eyes.

"I don't believe this."

He gazed upon her, he lightly ran his fingers through her hair again pushing her hair back, she stirred subtly a hint of a smile vaguely crossing her lips as she still slept, maybe it tickled. Or perhaps she was dreaming of happier things, at least he hoped.

"Sleep peacefully, the answers are coming." Jensen said in a very light whisper.

And she slept on.

While traveling through the void of space, one had little to do but sit and ponder. That is, unless you were a force user. Malice had his eyes close as he sat in the pilots chair, his mind wandering the rivers of the force. He was searching, searching for her. For her, and the child. A child he no longer considered his, but a child of the jedi. One in which he had to get rid of.

But, as it happened to many all over the galaxy, sleep had wrapped its hands around Malice. Dragging him into a slumber. It was there, that his mental travels took a wide turn off the beaten path.

He awoke surrounded by a vast array of trees, bushes, and vines. Looking around, Malice could hear feint noises. Noises which seemed like talking??followed by laughter. This perplexed the sith, so he investigated. To his surprise, he found Amalia there laying upon a blanket. To her side, someone lay next to her, their back facing Malice. Thinking he finally found her, a wave of anger filled within him. His chance to strike her down was now.

Unclipping his saber, Malice stopped quickly as the person she laid next to turned over, revealing their identity. It was himself, in his younger years. Shocked and taken by surprise, Malice hid amongst the bushes to watch what was going on. Was this real? Was this a future the force was showing him? No it couldn?t be. This Malice was much to young to be a future premonition. It had to be a past memory. And sure enough, it was.

As the other Malice and Amalia stood, Malice could see the belly of Amalia slightly plump.

*Lono?..*

The word flowed softly through his lips. He was seeing the past, a past when he and Amalia shared a life of happiness together. A life, which Malice thought had been forgotten by now. The two youths walked together through the forest, which he figured now was Naboo. And by the looks of it, close to where Amalias secret house was built. He was among few who knew where it was.

Following the two, Malice was again caught off guard by a thick, black cloud coming over him. Engulfing him in utter darkness. Normally he wouldn?t have mind, but he wanted to see where this vision was taking him. Well, he soon found out. The blackness was pierced by a veil of light. Revealing to Malice a chapel of sorts. Once again he found himself on Naboo, in the city of Theed. Walking within the chapel, Malice found many faces he knew. Some were old faces he no longer saw, while others were old faces he still saw.

In the front of the chapel, Amalia stood. Wearing a beautiful dress. A?wedding dress. Malice stood next to her, dressed in a tux. This memory was very well remembered by Malice, for it was their wedding day. The day they swore their lover eternal for one another. Malice had gone against the sith teachings and chose to be with her. Some of his fellow sith, were with him to bare witness to such an occasion. Others to angry to even speak with him. But that was the life Malice chose. To be exiled from the sith for loving her, he didn?t care.

This vision lasted shorter then the first, as Malice was once more engulfed by a cloud of darkness. This time he waited, waited to see what other memories he would revisit.

It wasn?t long till Malice found himself back on Naboo, on the outskirts of Theed. He now stood infront of Amalia?s cottage. Wanting to go inside, Malice heard noises which made him choose to do otherwise. As he moved forwards, he stopped. His legs became heavy, not wanting to move. It was as if they feared what was happening within, and didn?t want him to see it. Try as he might, Malice could not make himself move closer.

It wasn?t until a dark figure appeared beside him that the mobility within his legs returned. Staring at the figure bathed in darkness, Malice eyed him.

?This is your destiny Malice. You have merely lost your way.?

*Why am I here? Why am I back here at Amalias house? And what is going on inside?*

The questions just rolled off his tounge one after the other. But were quickly silenced by the figures voice.

?You have been brought here to set you back on track Malice. A sith is what you were born to be, and it is a sith you shall become. Now go, look into the window?

He did as he was told, and crept closer till he could peer into the house. To his surprise, he saw Amalia and himself fighting. The words were muffled and he couldn?t here them, but, by looking at the expression on the younger Malice?s face, he knew what was going on.

This was the day Amalia had told him the news. This was the day Amalia decided to leave him. It wasn?t too longer after they had gotten married, but it didn?t matter. The younger Malice tried desperately to convince Amalia what she was doing was a mistake, but she wouldn?t listen.

As Malice watched all this, an anger hidden deep within him, caged for many years was unleashed. Filled with rage like never before he pounded a fist against the window, shattering it?.and the vision.

Malice was thrown once more into a cloud of darkness. This time though he wasn?t alone. The figure was with him. The two now stood on a platform, within a room much like his meditation chamber. Darker then the night sky. Slowly, the voice spoke.

?I am the darkness in which you wander. I am the power you seek. But with such emotions still slumbering within you, you will never find me?

Still enraged by what he had just seen, Malice snapped back.

*What emotions. You know as good as I that after that day, any feelings I had for her died. I wanted nothing more to do with her. I didn?t even want her alive*

His raving and ranting was only answered back by laughter from the being.

?If that were true, you would have killed her long ago. No, you cannot hide your feelings from the force, or the darkside. I can sense it, I can feel it. Your love for her still lives, and it infects you as we speak. It is destroying everything you have worked for. All the power you have gained, it is ripping all that down one pillar at a time. Soon, there will be nothing left in you but this emotion, which will drive you into madness?

*Lies?ALL LIES*

Malice lunged at the dark figure. Only to be thrown back by a power which dwindled his own. It was the true essence of the darkside, in its purest form.

Malice awoke from his sleep. Finding himself in the safety of his shuttle, still seated within his chair. Sweat flowed down the sides of his face and forehead. The top portion of his cloak and tunic were soaked. Boring over what had just transpired, Malice chalked it up as yet another meeting with the darkside. It was there, reminding him of why he must do what he has to. Not letting him forget for a second how Amalia had destroyed him. Crush his heart, and ruined any chances their might have been for him turning from the darkside.

The silence that enveloped the shuttle was replaced with a horrific laughter. It seemed as if Malice had lost it. He continued to laugh maniacally, pounding the control panel with his fists. After a few moments, he stopped. His voice flowed forth, In a deep, monotone sound.

*Amalia?..you made me what I am today. And I, pushed you to what you have become. Let us re-join, and finish the turning. I am incomplete, as are you*

It wasn't long after Jensen stirred out of sleep that Amalia arose as well. She didn't move much from her position beside Jensen, her brown eyes slowly coming to drift open as reality seized her once again. She craned her head slightly toward Jensen after she allowed herself to adjust to her surroundings. She had not been able to recall exactly where she was for a smidgen of time.

Jensen caught Amalia slightly by surprise as she came to realize that Jensen's gaze had already been on her even before she had come to lock gazes with him.

"It's not polite to stare," she said quietly, finally moving away from Jensen's arm, only to prop her left elbow on the ground as she allowed her hand to rest at her chin, coolly gazing up at him as she continued to face him.

Jensen moved his arm finally, shaking it slightly to allow the blood to return to the arm once more.

"Ouch," she said, cringing a bit in sympathy for him.

"Sorry about that," she said, frowning ever so slightly, inwardly puzzled by the way she had slept.

"I dreamt just before waking. It was the strangest dream. Well, the dream itself wasn't strange, really, just something in it. I dreamt of Lono, when he was a bit younger. He would always crawl into my bed every morning, we would talk and he would play with my hair. Anyway, that's what I dreamt of, but that's not the strange part. The strange part was; I swear I could feel him touching my hair, as if he were really doing it.”

Amalia's brow creased a bit and she bit down on her lower lip lightly, thinking.

"I've never had a dream like that before."

The puzzled expression soon left her, being replaced with a sense of small peace.

"The feeling.. it was nice... I wish it was still here."

Feeling a bit sore from laying upon the ground for so many hours, Amalia allowed herself to sit up as she rubbed at the back of her neck with both of her hands.

"What about you.. Did you drea..."

Amalia's question was cut short as her gaze quickly diverted from Jensen to look around.

"... No, not now," she murmured, still looking frantically about. Her gaze finally retreating back to Jensen, catching his slightly stupefied expression.

".. It's Kahn.. I think he's here..."

The white haired boy frowned at his uncle, eyes void of hope. Shoving his plate farther away from him, Lono slid out of his chair only to walk away from the table, stopping after only seven steps.

"Daddy is going to come look for me, huh?"

Even though Lono knew what his father was capable of; he still couldn't wait to be by his father's side. His uncle kept him safe and happy, but nonetheless, the feeling did not compare to when he was with his father.

"I can go, can't I? You made a promise to mommy, 'member?"

Such a promise would turn the little boy's whole world upside down…

Naboo

A harsh wind filled the air, the back of Zeta's black cloak flapping rapidly behind him as he stood upon the large hill, looking upon the plane below.

You reap what you sow...

In just a matter of a few days, many lives would change...

OOC: Hmm, I'm not too clear on the exact whereabouts of Amalia and Jensen's location, so let me know if there are any blatant errors in this, and I'll edit.

IC:

Kahn slowed the speeder as the castle came into view on the horizon, the building casting a long shadow on the landscape that seemed to give off a foreboding presence; it was eerily quiet now as well, the sounds of native wildlife seeming to fade into the background.

As he reached the outer castle walls, Kahn brought the speeder to a halt. There didn't seem to be a way into the castle that he could see, but he reached out with the Force, reassured as he felt it flowing through him, a gentle pulsing presence that helped calm his nerves slightly. He could sense Amalia's presence more strongly now- he was getting closer.

Looking down, Kahn saw evidence of footprints in the dampened soil around the outer wall. He followed them, a brief smile lighting his features as he saw the crack in the surface.

There.

The Jedi Master slowly entered, relying on the Force to guide him from the platform, into the castle, and along the twisting path Amalia and Jensen had traveled along hours earlier.

Presently, Kahn came upon the entrance to a tunnel, a tunnel shrouded in darkness. The Jedi Master paused, hesitating a moment. He could sense Amalia more clearly now- her presence was changed, that much he could tell, but he still recognized it easily. He could sense Jensen now as well, though not clearly enough to identify the Force-user; Kahn hadn't really planned for his Master's companion, his attentions almost solely focused on Amalia. However, now he realized he would have to contend with two Jedi- or at least, former Jedi- who very well might not recieve his unexpected visit very warmly.

However, Kahn wasn't about to go back now, not when he was so close. Taking a breath, he drew his lightsaber and ignited it, the beam illuminating the tunnel enough for him to see his way. Then the Jedi Master plunged into the darkness, to what end he did not know.

The still void of space engulfing Naboo was interrupted as a ship pulled from hyperspace and reverted back to realspace. The old lambda now cruised to a slow speed, hovering above Naboo. Within, Malice's mind searched, for one particular person.

*Where are you......*

Malice figured she would be here, even with her changed condition. His only reason was because he figured she would never take Lono with her. He had grown up on Naboo and had never seen another planet.....to his knowledge. But to his dismay, she was nowhere to be found. Irritation had spread over him as the dream he had had hours ago flowed into his memory. Fresh as day.

*I wont let that happen, my destiny will be fulfilled*

As he was ready to leave, another force presense filled his head. Two actually.

*Cole....Lono*

Those names floated throughout the lambda shuttle. Echoing off the hulls. Amalia had left Lono on Naboo, as he expected her to do should he have left. But he kept him with her cousin Cole. Malice had never known where Cole lived...but with the force as his aide, he would find them.

Descending the ship down towards the planet, the ship read as a commercial vessel to the hanger bay crew. Allowing him to land on Naboo in other areas besides the hanger bay. He would have to get to Lono as fast as possible. He was his only ace to draw out Amalia. Lono's destiny as well as his mothers would be fulfilled very soon. Only Cole stood in the sith's way, an obsticle that would be removed without thought from the sith.

Just at the moment his nephew asked about his father, darkness reached Cole.

"I suspect he's already looking for you, Lono... And you're right; I did make a promise to your mother. He's your father, I don't have any right to interfere..."

Donovin knew he was crazy, but he knew Malice just as much as Amalia knew him. It was just something he felt; Malice wouldn’t hurt the boy.

.. Or so he thought.

There was no sense in Lono turning in for the night; Cole could feel Malice getting close with each passing minute.

"Get your bag," He said, frowning inwardly.

He watched Lono rush off to his room, returning a few seconds later, duffle back in his little hands.

".. Spoke to you in his dreams, did he?"

The Jedi could only shake his head.

I really wish Malice would stop doing that.., he thought privately.

The boy asked Donovin if his father would take him fishing again. Somehow, as Donovin answered, he could not afford to lie to the child, not this time.

".. I don't think so this time, little guy..."

The boy shrugged before rushing off to the front door, duffle bag in his arms.

"I see, must have been nice." Jensen smiled peacefully about her dream as he worked his arm getting his circulation back.

She had then asked him if he dreamed as she noticed Kahn near the castle.

"Kahn…." He said softly in reflection.

My old master… he had thought to himself.

He thoughts continued, mostly about how he found them so quickly.

And standing in silence he finally spoke, as he looked back down the corridor from which they came knowing Kahn was making the same trek as they had.

"I have no idea how he found us, but presently that’s the least of our concerns, we should get moving." Jensen hid it well, but he was controlling a high amount of frustration with this unfolding of events.

He was unsure how Amalia would take it, if Kahn would be persistent on saving her and bringing her back to the light, it could very well make things worse and drive her into the darkness forever if he stays persistent in his cause. But then again perhaps not…Amalia's spirit might not allow that to happen, nevertheless Jensen didn't like the odds at all.

Jensen looked toward Amalia's direction but not directly at her.

"Lets go." He spoke, his tone whisper quiet, his expression on his face was one of disbelief.

And the ethereal musical hum of his lightsaber burst to life, lighting Jensen and Amalia's way.

A noble and commendable action Kahn, but you should have never came here Jensen thought.

And soon Kahn would meet up with the two.
