OOC: For @#%$ sake, Velil, will you STOP POSTING with that god damn account!?

OOC: Okay, I guess we'll just proceed. Back to the 72 hour thing, so this doesn't take forever.
And FYI, Chadd... breaking into a heavily-guarded military installation would be pretty difficult for a lone Sith Disciple. Care to explain how you did that? I suggest you do.
Gash smiled as all but rudimentary outgoing fire from the Eclipse Star Destroyer began ceasing. While the shields of his own craft had begun to show a distinct drop, the enemy was reducing their own fire in order to reinforce their shields. The reduced fire meant that if the New Republic craft spread in a fan-pattern, substantial fire could not be brought to bear on any one--and if it was, the others would have free reign to maneuver.
Gash gestured at the Eclipse Star Destroyer his his viewport, a maniacal glint entering his crimson eye as a strategy entered his mind.
"Spread all craft in a full semi-circle pattern, and have them press our position on the enemy craft. I want those three Lancers to stay off to the left, and all of our fighters to disengage retreat to a safe position behind our captital craft. All Victory Star Destroyers are to fire targetted concussion missiles into the dogfight to cover their escape vector."
'Yes, sir.' Responded the communications officer, busily entering commands into his terminal in the command trench below. The New Republic craft fanned out around the victim Eclipse Star Destroyer, pressing inward, slowly enroaching on the massive craft and unleashing huge amounts of fire. The shields of the Sugarcult blazed a bright blue, but fire rained in, ceasless.
A cluster of ion-blue trailed projectiles flew into the fray of dogfighting snub starships between the lines of capital craft. The disoriented and bombarded the Naboo Sith Order fighters long enough to disorient them and allow the NR fighters to disengage. The huge number of fighters rushed under the capital ships of the fleet, the few fighters with the presence of mind to persue being blasted by the Vlyxes and Star Destroyers.
"Now, rush those Lancer frigates across the center of the battlefield, just above the enemy starfighters, and have them let loose every bit of fire they can muster onto those fighters. Anything else should be directed at the Eclipse Star Destroyer to confuse them."
'Is that wise, sir?'
"Do as I say."
'As you wish, Admiral Jiren.'
With a burst of energy and a rush of their ion trails, the three thin, box-like craft came blazing across the center of the engagement, firing their anti-starfighter weapons down at the small craft below. The Eclipse Star Destroyer and starfighters rushed to engage the faster craft, but to little avail; small explosions followed in the wake of the Lancers. A burst ruptured the hull of one of them, sending it spiralling.
That lancer exploded, escape pods jettisoned seconds before it's detonation; but the damage was done. The enemy starfighters in disarray, mostly destroyed, the New Republic starfighters were now free to bring their massive torpedo fire to bear on the Eclipse Star Destroyer.
"Damage?"
'One Lancer lost. 50% small craft losses on the enemy side... most of the wings of X-wings and TIE Defenders have been destroyed, approximately one and a half wings of Skipray Blastboats destroyed.'
"Good. Have the starfighters rush ahead, and strafe the Sugarcult with torpedoes. I want every capital ship that can move to follow it in, and fire on any weak spot they can find."
Forward and up, the starfighters came out from their hiding, closing the distance from the New Republic ships to the Naboo Sith Order craft quickly. Pairs of concussion missiles lanced out towards the larger craft, errupting spectacularly across the shields. The enemy ship's shields shrank slowly, as the NR craft moved to nearly point-blank range, letting loose a torrent of turbolaser fire.
And with a massive, crackling discharge of energy, the Sugarcult's shields fell into nothingless, the shield generators overloading and exploding in their place above the bridge. A thousand tiny fires started across the already-damaged hull of the embattled ship.
"Destroy it."

OOC I killed people, lol. Alright alright...let's leave it at this:
Velil has not stolen the whole damn thing, he's still fighting his way up. If there are no responses to that such act...I'll just proceed. There hmm.
<font color=blue>All around the commander of the Sugarcult sensors were buzzing and men were dying...the retreat needed to happen, and that was exactly why the abolishers had been shut off.</font>
"Open up an uplink to the Republic forces,"<font color=blue> the commander demanded. As it was opened he sighed sadly.</font>
"Attention Republic forces, we are lowering our abolisher fields. Allow us to retrieve our member who was maliciously captured here and we shall withdraw."

The Chiss Sith Apprentice moved carefully throuhg the New Republic planetary turbolaser. He had made it up far, one had to give him credit. But he still had one more obstical left.
A Jedi Knight.
Wade Vox silently moved out of the shadows and ignited his ice-blue lightsaber.
"Greetings, I have been waiting"

Gash smiled slightly as the voice came over the commlink. The New Republic fighters, JirenTech Penetrators, continued to sweep over the massive Sugarcult, laying waste to her exposed structure. Explosions rippled all over the massive craft, tearing away durasteel and exposing superstructure.
'Abolisher fields down, Admiral.'
"Contact Wayland." Gash said, not turning from the viewport. "Were any prisoners... 'maliciously captured'?"
The communications officer typed several data entries into his terminal before responding. 'No, sir. One man, possibly a Force-user, Chiss, was captured after initiating hostilities on ground forces there.'
"As I thought. Open up a return channel." A beep signaled that it was done, and Gash spoke clearly in his Imperial-esque accent. "Attention, commander of the Sugarcult. I copy no prisoners 'maliciously captured' on record, and as such, I cannot comply with your request, most unfortunately. Naboo Sith Order propaganda says that all New Republic admirals are brainwashed slaves, so I cannot think for myself in order to assume that the man you speak of may indeed be the Chiss Sith who was captured after assaulting New Republic and New Alliance property."
Gash paused, smiling at the communications officer. "Also, you are in no position to make demands. I would draw your attention to the fact that you Eclipse Star Destroyer's shields have fallen, and hull integrity has reached a negligable point. Furthermore, I believe you have forgotten that it was you who assaulted Wayland, and you who will pay the price." He paused again, this time nodding to the communications officer and mouthing 'Abolishers on'. "I think you will notice that my abolisher fields are now being raised. And if you believe that I will permit you to take that weapon of war upon which you stand away from this system, then you have been believing too much of that aforementioned Naboo Sith Order propaganda.
"So. You will relinquish your Eclipse Star Destroyer to the New Republic. I will alot you approximately fifteen standard minutes to evacuate the Eclipse Star Destroyer and flee the system--I believe that is how long Imperial drills outline such a feat taking in a state of emergency. My forces surround yours, and we are winning the fight. If you move to flee, we will destroy the Sugarcult. If you move to drag the Sugarcult using tugboats, we will destroy it.
"Your shields are down, your weapons damaged, your engine and hyperdrive destroyed, and your hull failing. I now place the fate of your crew in your hands; relinquish your Eclipse Star Destroyer and they will live, fail to do so, and they will die.
"As will the rest of your fleet."

<font color=blue>Surprisingly enough the Chiss was calm, he showed no signs of anger...or fear. This was merely one more obstacle in the grand scheme of things. His hands fell to his lightsaber, where he juggled it to his hands and he braced himself.</font>
"Really now?"<font color=blue> he asked enticingly, fingering the weapon as he turned it on. There was a snap-hiss as the brilliant violent-white glow erected itself out of the handle of the weapon. The Sith stood back calmly and let the Force flow through him. The battle was now.</font> "Well come and get me Jedi."
***************************************************
<font color=red>The commander gulped and ran a hand through his sweaty scalp.</font>
"Allow us terms of negotiations, as state the rules of war you cannot fire upon a loaded craft as it initiates a surrender. We came to rescue one of our associates as he was crashed into the ground after fleeing a Star Destroyer of the Rogue Empire. Our Chiss was apparently assaulted by a New Alliance force and taken hostage. We are here to retrieve him, when we fell under attack by New Alliance forces...whom we let withdraw with full forces intact."

"It can't ever just be easy, can it?" Gash said, glancing at the communications officer. The young human gave Gash a quizzical look, and the Jedi Master motioned at him to open up a channel to the enemy again.
"Allow me to remind you of the rules of war, Captain. This was an assault on a planet which will become a part of the New Republic within the week. If you came to negotiate for your prisoner, then you did so in violation of the rules of war, which state that negotiations should be carried out under non-hostile circumstances. You brought a weapon with the capability to render a world uninhabitable to my planet, Captain, and for that, the rules of war will be exactly what I say they are.
"Your 'explanation' is a very creative interpretation of what has happened here, Captain. However, I think you will find that I know very well of both your intentions and your faction's rather unkosher ethos. You have come to Wayland to sieze the world, regardless of what you will tell the press holocameras tomorrow. The New Alliance forces escaped through sheer force of will and tactical wit, after defending their world. And regardless of any terms of surrender or rules of war you have suddenly chosen to observe, you will not leave Wayland aboard that Eclipse Star Destroyer.
"A vessel in the process of surrender may also not make any motion to flee or commit hostilities, Captain, as per those rules of war. As such, should that vessel move, I will, as I stated, destroy it.
"And as you committed hostilities upon my world, these will be your terms: In exchange for the continued existence of that disgusting force of evil you call a fleet, you will surrender your Eclipse Star Destroyer to the New Republic. You will be permitted to flee unpersued, provided you do not leave anything behind. And you may take your prisoner away with you.
"Is that understood, Captain, or will you carelessly toss away the lives of the men in your fleet and make this catastrophic failure of your's even more so?"

Wade barked a quick laugh.
"I have fought others more powerful than you, apprentice."
In one lightning fast smooth motion he brought out his lightsaber and ignited the ice-blue blade.
He reached out to the Force and it swirled around him, through him, and in him.
"Come, let's fight!"

OOC Gash contact Poreon, I have no real...rights in such a situation, I'm sorry man.
<font color=blue>He offered him the raise of one black-blue eyebrow and simply glared at the apprentice. Possibly the first expression since he arrived on Wayland.</font>
"Oh is that so? You certainly are the bold Jedi aren't you? I always thought them to be good, peace loving, and always wanting to find a way out of a fight. I suppose Master Organa isn't teaching them the way they should be taught any more."

OOC: Fearsons, I am a Jedi Knight, not an apprentice
IC:
Wade smiled slightly.
"That is what you think. My mission is to stop you, since your friends up in orbit are getting routed. If you ever want to get off this planet, I suggest you surrender, now"
