Training: Force Enhanced Hand-to-Hand Combat Part Three

It still amazed Ainam how many species could be on one planet, and to those like him, the Mos Eisely Cantina was a breathtaking sight. Aliens of all sorts filled the establishment, never getting too far away from maximum capacity. The music, mishmashed together in such a style that would be appeasing to many different species, flooded the room, as did the smell of alcohal and many exotic foods.

The Noghri's hand instinctively went down to rest upon his blaster. Or rather, where his blaster would have been if it had not been back at the ship. Feeling around his belt nervously for a second or two until he finally remembered what his training was focused on today, he felt very naked with only his fists to protect him. Sure, he was more deadly with them than most of the creatures in this bar were with blasters, but all it took was one lucky shot and Ainam would be dead.

You are never naked with the Force as your ally, always remember that.

Ainam nodded, but he was far from reassured. He took a seat once again at the bar, and ordered a Corellian Ale. Pretending to look around for people he might provoke fights with, the Dark Jedi realized the futility of it all. Guide could read his mind, and nothing that wasn't mental would prevent him of knowing the Noghri's true intentions.

You have grown wiser to my ways, so I will reward you with picking myself over there. See those two over there with raised voice? Ainam saw them, Exact judgement on the situation.

They will not accept it. Ainam replied, but he knew what Guide's answer would be.

Then "persuade" them otherwise.

Training: Force Enhanced Hand-to-Hand Combat Part Four

The Noghri shrugged, trying to appear cool with the whole situation. He casually walked over to the pair, who were on the brink of fighting, as if he had done this a thousand times. Ainam hesitated a moment, and that instant cost him any hopes of solving this peacefully. Both men, humans, had their weapons drawn.

Lashing out with precision that could not be matched by nearly any other species, Ainam's kick sent one of the men's gun flying out of his hand. The other, misinterpreting Ainam's intentions, thanked the Noghri and began to squeeze on the trigger of his firearm. A palm knocked his hand to the side, the blaster misfiring and almost hitting an innocent.

"Hey!" The second man called out, and Ainam replied by latching his hand onto the man's wrist, giving a slight twist, and causing the man to cry out in pain and drop his blaster.

"Who are you?!" The first man cried, obviously not pleased with losing his gun, and very angry at the entire situation.

"My name is not important. All that is is that I am here to exact judgement on this argument." Ainam replied, much to the pleasure of Guide.

"Who do you think you is, judging stuffs dat don't concern you?" Another creature, a Bith, asked, "Da fight was getting good until yous showed up!"

Punish him.

The call came, and Ainam found himself unable to resist it. No, that wasn't right. He was able, he just didn't want to. The Noghri knew what this meant, but that didn't seem to bother him much anymore. He was falling to the Darkside. Lashing out with the Force, Ainam sent the Bith flying into a wall.

Training: Force Enhanced Hand-to-Hand Combat Part Five

Choke him. Ainam started for the man, but was halted by Guide, No! Choke him with the Force!

What?

Use the Force to extend your arm, yet do not let it leave your body. Use the Force's arm to choke him.

Ainam complied, and he reached his hand out. Closing his eyes, he felt the Fore within him. That bond that existed within everyone. And then, he manipulated it, something not everyone could do. His hand reached out farther, until it was at its limit, but the Force's hand was longer still. It appeared to Ainam in his mind that his arm was stretching like elastic, until it finally reached the Bith. No one else saw this though, it only existed in the Noghri's mind. Then, he wrapped his "hand" around the Bith's throat, squeezing tightly. The Bith clawed at his throat, much to the suprise of the crowd, and made some gurgling noises.

Snap his neck! And the Bith, who had dared to interfere with Dark Jedi Ainam, was dead.

"Now. What is the problem?" Ainam asked to two wide-eyed humans.

They quickly blurted out each side of the story.

Training: Force Enhanced Weapon-Based Combat Part One

To the Inn?

No. To the ship.

We're leaving already? Ainam asked, dissapointed. Tatooine was as close as you can come to a lawless civilization, providing perfect training opprotunities.

We are staying on Tatooine for a while yet. There is still day left, and we shall begin your weapon-based combat training.

Ainam grinned. Brought up in the civilized worlds of the New Republic, rather than the primitive world of Honoghr, the Noghri was more proficient with weaponry than he was with his hand-to-hand skills, and that was saying a lot. All Noghri are born with the martial gene, and it is nearly impossible for them to lack skills in the martial arts.

As they reached the Barloz-class Freighter, Ainam noticed one of the technicians leave the ship. Anger swelling up within him, Ainam considered choking the man right there. He realized that might be a bad idea, however, since this was one of the few guarded areas of Tatooine. Still, the Noghri stormed over to the man, thinking of a million ways he could kill him.

"What the frell are you doing in my ship?!" Ainam demanded, accompanied with a growl.

"Sorry, sir, but you're ship has been occupying a place here in the spaceport without pay for a couple of days." The man replied, obviously not too suprised at the Noghri's outburst, "We're having it impounded.

Why don't you try a diplomatic approach?

What?! Ainam screamed inside his mind, Aren't you supposed to be the one that whole-heartedly supports violence?

Not when it risks your own life. Keep in mind, Ainam, your life is the most important thing you have, next to the Force. Without life, the Force is gone from your body.

So, how do I diplomatically approach this situation?

By persuading him not to impound your ship. Using telekenesis, of course.

"Sir, if you want your personal items, I can get them for you. Otherwise, they'll be impounded with the ship." the man continued, unaware that Ainam was only half paying attention to him."

"You don't need to impound my ship."

"Excuse me, sir?"

"I said, you don't need to impound my ship." This time, Ainam waved his hand across the man's face.

'I don't need to impound your ship.

"In fact, you can even let it stay here for a few more weeks without pay."

"In fact, I can even let it stay here for a few more weeks without pay. If thats alright with you, sir."

"Sure. That's fine." Ainam said, grinning. The Force had succeeded where he had failed once again.

Training: Force Enhanced Weapon-Based Combat Part Two

The Dark Jedi once again left the spaceport, this time armed to the teeth. Many vibroblades were strapped in various secret locations throughout his body. Dual pistols were displayed prominently upon his belt, and another, micro version was hidden in his sleeve. Ainam always came prepared for the worst.

Expecting Guide to want him to return to the Cantina, but apparently that was not the case. His "mentor" wanted him to take a round about route, heading through all the alleyways he could find, back to the Inn. Shrugging, Ainam didn't see where his mentor was going with this, but he obeyed, eager to get to whatever challenges awaited him.

The entire trip proved uneventful until the Noghri was about three alleyways from the Inn, where he ran into five men lurking in the shadows. Apparently, they didn't think he noticed them, and Ainam realized that he wouldn't have without the Force. At least, until it was too late. They slowly and quietly circled around them, but one leap brought the Dark Jedi outside of their ring.

"Greetings, oh lurkers of the shadows." Ainam began, now realizing what Guide's intentions were, "How may I be of service to you this fine evening?"

"You can start by forkin' over all yer money, and shut up." One of the men said, grinning a toothless grin.

"If you wish to have it," Ainam began, holding out his wallet, "then come and take it."

The thieves advanced on the Dark Jedi. Most had vibro blades, but two of them displayed DL-44s, probably a rare sight in the Tatooine underground. Ainam calculated a battle plan in a matter of seconds, but when he felt Guide "approach", he made room for any directions that the mentor might have.

Wait. He had felt Guide coming? No time to ponder it now...

The Force is your ally, and a powerful one. Use it to your own gain.

Training: Force Enhanced Weapon-Based Combat Part Three

Suddenly, Ainam fell to the ground, clutching his leg. The thieves began to charge, but when they realized what had happened, or what they thought had happened, they relaxed. That is, until two vibro blades appeared in both blaster-wielding men's throats. They gurgled for a couple of seconds, and then fell dead.

The Dark Jedi now had a clear advantage, but the thieves, too stupid to realize that, were only spurred on by their friend's deaths. They had apparently spent their entire life learning how to count, and numbers were the only thing that concerned them. Preferring to give them a 10th of a chance, Ainam drew two more vibro blades, instead of his blasters.

The first man came on, blade leading. The Noghri didn't even bother to side-step. He just arched his body to the side, and the man charged right past. Or rather, he would have charged right past if Ainam's vibro blade hadn't stopped him dead. Literally. The next came on, giving a battle cry that was cut off suddenly as the man embraced death, a blade between his eyes.

The final man, realizing his disadvantage at last, dove for one of the dead men's blaster. His head dipped for a second, but that was all it took to seal his fate. When he looked back up, Ainam was gone. He stood for a couple of seconds, and then breathed a sigh of relief. He almost turned before a vibro blade seperated his head from his body. Ainam stood behind the corpse, whiping his blood-stained blade on the body before it could fall to the ground.

Ainam raised his eyebrows. He was not suprised at the victory. The thieves were pathetic. Its just that he had never done it with so much ease, and especially so much kill. As he looked over his victims, all of the blows were fine-cut, precise. There wasn't even any gore, only blood. And he hadn't even had a problem with taking another's life. The path to the Darkside, he realized. But the Noghri no longer cared.

You have done well today, Ainam. Tomorrow you shall complete one of the most important parts of your training.

Training: Lightsaber Construction Part One

Where to now, Guide?

Ainam woke up once again refreshed, which did not puzzle him as much as it had done the first time it had happened. The Dark Jedi was beginning to understand Guide, if that was possible. He knew that he was being rewarded for a completed task. The Noghri hated to think what Guide would do to him if he ever failed.

You will never experience it. Failure means death, and death is not an option for you. Guide had been reading his mind, Today we take...a field trip. Are you aware of the weapon called the lightsaber?

Yes. The Jedi use it as their weapon of choice. Ainam replied, almost spitting venom as he mentioned his hated enemies.

Not just the Jedi. All Force groups use the lightsaber. The Jedi, the Rogue Jedi, the Shadow Jedi, the Sith, and most importantly, the Dark Jedi. It is a symbol of who you are. Do you understand?

Yes, Guide. And Ainam did, at least he thought he did.

You will learn to appreciate your weapon in full once you have created it, and I have taught you its ways.

Its ways?

The lightsaber is not just an decoration. With the proper skills and teaching, you can use it for a number of purposes. When you are strong enough in the Force, you will even be able to use it against blasters.

Thats insane! A sword against a firearm? He had done it again. The waves of pain washed over the Dark Jedi, more ferociously than he had ever experienced. Ainam understood that for Guide to put this much anger into his mental attack, that the lightsaber was indeed an important thing.

Alright! Alright! I'm...sorry! Ainam gasped out in his head. The pain haulted once more.

Now, let us go.

To where?

To the only place that has a crystal still in working order that will power your saber. Dan'tang.

Dan'tang. The heart of the Tusken Raider culture. In his time at Tatooine, Ainam had learned much about the planet. Dan'tang, now considered a myth by most, was the supposed Raider capital. No one knew where it was, nor where to begin looking for it, but most believed it was there. Apparently, they were right.

OOC:I'll add a bit of spice to it.

IC:
-----------------------

The galaxy was at it's finest, still galatic wars were going on and yet Light Jedi and Dark Jedi were still at it with there glowing weapons, fighting that would make dark places light up.

Space was a clear site, people minding there own buisness while travelling as refugees and fleets moving in and out towards a specific destination for a specific reason.Still yet the darkside was still at it's best, annoying the Republic and Rebels finding a way of controlling the galaxy, regaining power and then losing it to a civilian with a special soul.

Still yet the Dark Jedi were at the stage of finding new bodies to serve them in need of support against the Jedi and there over obstacles that stood in the Empires way.

Yet the steps would start with nightmares, then that would lead to fear and still yet it would lead to hate and then suffering which would then lead you to the final part the darkside.
