OOC:So your Sith Battlecruiser damaged the second SY and the first is already destroyed, or is it that your Sith battlecruiser finished off the destruction of the first SY? Sorry about the shortness of this post, I don't have a lot of time.
IC:
The commanders of the Birds of Prey smiled as a Sith Battlecruiser was obviously in trouble. Thier smiles turned to frowns as the battlecruiser collided with a shipyard. The commander of the bird of prey designated to destroy that Sith Battlecruiser immediatly took it out on the nearest Sith Battlecruiser. The combined assault took a heavy toll. Shields dropped rapidly. Wave afer wave off energy impacted on the enemies' shields.
"Reload the missile tubes. Cut down speed so that we stay at the current distance from the enemy ships. If they explode or crash again I don't want to be too close to dodge the wreckage."
"Yes sir."
The Birds of Prey started to slow down, so that they would stay even with the enemy ships. The mines started to fall behind, as they could no longer keep up with the Battlecruisers. Luckily the Battlecruiser hadn't quite cleared the edge of the minefield, so they were still being damaged by it.
OOC:
TNO:
Overall:
Sith Battlecruiser-destroyed
Sith Battlecruiser-55% shields
Sith Battlecruiser-10% shields(two birds of prey firing on it)
Sith Battlecruiser-25% shields
GC:
1 SY destroyed
1 Sy Damaged(maybe, not quite sure what damages my SYs have, it would be great if you posted the total damage in your next post, thanks)

In the interest of fair play I don't consider the first shipyard to be destroyed yet. It is damaged, but not out for the count.
Also, lets say that (by the end of this post) one BoP has severely reduced shields (them taking casual fire from the SBSs and some misses from the mines since they uncloaked).
IC:
The Sith Battleships continued on, releasing their missiles once again on the shipyard. Sections of the mighty behemoth were now blacking out as the power generators began to fail. Despite the loss of the Charawack they continued on, pounding the shipyard into wreckage as they went.
The enemy fire was still taking its toll on them, though, and now the shields on the Nika were beginning to fail.

OOC: Ok to your points.
IC:
The Birds of Prey fired continuessly on the Sith Battlecruisers, but the lead one, the Falcon was taking heavy shield damages. Suddenly the lights dimmed, and the ship rocked.
"Damage reports?"
"Sir, shields have dropped to 25%."
"What is the enemies' status?"
"Our target has 3% shields. Another has only 18% shields, and the third 48% shields."
"Excellent. Once our current target is destroyed, we stop, and stay out of the battle. The rest of the ships continue onward."
"Yes sir."
"Prepare to fire all missiles."
"Sir, the shields on our target have dropped."
"Launch all missiles."
The salvo of missiles from two Birds of Prey flew out at the Sith Battlecruiser which had just lost it's shields. A salvo from one Bird of Prey impacted on the second Sith Battlecruiser, and a salvo from the last Bird of Prey impacted on the third Sith Battlecruiser.
"Our target has been destroyed. The missiles hit the engines, and both they and the reactor exploded. The other Sith Battlecruisers have a lot of damage. One has no shields, and the other has only 30% shields."
"Excellent. Fall back. Eagle is to fire on the Bird of Prey with 30% shields."
"Yes sir."
Falcon fell back, and left the engagement area. The rest of the fleet continued to move forward and pounded on the Sith Battlecruisers.
Damages:
Overall:
2 Sith Battlecruisers destroyed
1 Sith Battlecruiser shieldless, hull at 90%
1 Sith Battlecruiser shields at 30%
Me:
25 000 mines destroyed
3 Bird of Prey, near perfect shields
1 Bird of Prey, 15% shields, leaving engagement zone
1 Shipyard, heavily damaged

Eagle and Hawk continued to fire with all their weapons on the aft shields of the Sith Battlecruisers. The shields there were falling rapidly.
"Reload the missile tubes."
"Yes sir."
The missile tubes on both Eagle and Hawk were quickly reloaded.
"Target the aft shields with a missile salvo."
"Sir, we have a problem. A piece of the shipyard flew infront of the missile launchers. If we bring down particle shields to fire on them, it will come under our particle shields, and crash into our hull. Also, if we fire, we will hit the metal, and cause more damage to us."
"I see. All tractor beams, grab that piece of metal and push it away from us."
"Yes sir."
Slowly the piece of the shipyard was moved away. Fortunately, the metal did not block the other weapons, so they continued to fire on the Sith Battlecruisers.
"Sir, the last of the mines have fallen behind the Sith Battlecruisers. They will no longer help us."
"Oh well. That isn't a huge loss, and we are basicly just mopping them up now anyway."
Meanwhile, the Vulture was pounding away on the unshielded engines of the other Sith Battlecruiser.
"Excellent, we are almost done. Reload all missiles tubes."
"Yes sir."
The missile tubes were reloaded while Vulture continued to fire wave after wave of energy at the engines. Suddenly a small explosion rocked the enemy ships.
"Sir, their engines are down to 50%."
"Excellent. Prepare to fire the missiles."
The missiles were aimed at the Sith Battlecruiser.
Falcon had left the engagement zone.
"Power down all weapons and repair all battle damages."
"Yes sir."
"Sir, we have an incoming message. It's from Mon Calamari."
"All Galactic Coalition vessels, or Galactic Coalition's allies vessels, please come to Mon Calamari. We are under assault and need backup. I repeat, please come to Mon Calamari."
"Plot a course to Mon Calamari. Tell the other vessels to prepare to leave for Mon Calamari as soon as the enemy ships are finished off."
"Yes sir."
Repairs were started, and a course was plotted.
OOC:
Damages:
TNO:
Sith Battlecruiser-50% hull
Sith Battlecruiser-5% shields

OOC: That's two yards damaged... one being near destruction due to Chau believing in the interest of fair play. The irony is interesting..

Just a friendly warning.
You don't want us to play hardball with you.

OOC: Lup, Draysonm started the whole hard-ball stuff. He used the 72 hour rule on me despite the fact that I had asked a question in the OOC forum about the thread. And as far as I'm concerned, the only way to come close to winning in the current scenarios is to play hard-ball.

Jan, do you honestly believe that utilizing the 72 hour rule is the extent of our Hardball?
Think carefully before you answer.
