Kamon was getting tired of Sebulba. It was time to be rid of him. He drew on the Force heavily, he wasn't much of a fan of Sebulba's anyway, and used it to do a massive force Push against Sebulba's craft. Maybe that would slow him down.

He kept the engines going hard to keep Endocott from passing him. His hands moved methodically on the steering to keep him from hitting a Sarlacc pit.

He wasn't scared of a sarlac. He Held the throttle down and raced ahead. No dodging for him, he was going straight over!

As the Sarlacs approached, he held a little control. When he pulls it, it will turn the engines down and blast him overhead. Of course if he screws up he'll crash and burn and be very dead. But he was confident that it would not happen. Well, if it did he'd be dead so he wouldn't care.

Also, his scanners showed Jawas. Those little Rat-@#%$ would tear into his pod if they got the chance, so he took out a pistol. Azguards much prefer using their natural weapons; Claws, fangs, muscle, but he could hardly just jump out-

-or could he?

Ebe was taking the course smoothly, not making any passes, but keeping those behind him... behind him. In some portions he swayed a little bit to stop others from making a pass on him. He took the Sarlacc pits conventionally, just dodging them. He swayed in and out of them quickly and making perfect turns. One mistake would be his life.

five days…

They’re going neck and neck through the harrowing sarlacc pits, OH! Rif was caught by a tentical, but his engines managed to rip him free. Slowed him down though.

Vondiranach and Selbuba are fighting for first place, over the pits they go. Selbuba almost FLEW out of his cockpit, I wonder if he hit some sort of turbulence. The two have broken apart, each going their own way. It looks like Vondiranach is slowly pulling ahead.

Rif is making his move, he’s pulling up, slow but sure. I see Endocott moving up to third place, he too must want to be on the inside, away from the Jawa’s cannon shots.

Kresher is tagging behind, he’s pushing his pod to catch up. If he doesn’t hurry, he’ll be Jawa scrap.

Kamon was pulling ahead, but he wasn't cocky. The others had fast pods as well. But they would only keep them if they made it through the Jawas.

He projected a Force shield around him and his pod. That would knock and jawa blasters of course.

Ebe ripped into third place, attempting to pull into the inside. He kept himself mentally stabile, keeping track of any changes in environment and pods within his line of sight. His pod's speed steady as he flowed across the desert sand with the other pods. He was just making sure he could keep third place, not letting anyone pass.

He felt his pod shaking at the foundations as he pushed it past its structural limits. This was the final leg of the race and it wouldnt do to be in last place here. He brought up his pods design on his screen as he watched multiple stressor lights blink across the pad, he was pushing the pod faster and harder than it was ever designed for. Making a few quick adjustments he optimized the fuel intake to the engine manifolds, raised the anti-grav on his pod sliglty to be more air resistant and prayed to the gods of the race his pod would hold together.

held tightly in his fist was his blaster, he wouldnt have much defense againt the jawas up ahead except his pods durability, but he wasnt his pod and he didnt feel like dying today...

We were planning on two laps, do you want to continue that far? (start a new thread for discussion)

Rif intende to try something... unconventional to get the Jawas away from him.

As he pulled towards the Jawa city, he intended to drive up ONTOP of the buildings and take a short cut across the city. Less jawas, more jumps.

Spying a little ramp, he took aim and floored it.
