"Do you find my requests agreeable?"
Do I find your requests agreeable? Rogers squinted at the alien while Nix almost instantly frowned. How the hell does he know anything about this area? We didn't even tell him where he is...clearly he knows where he's at, and what this is...this complicates and possibly could overturn Nix's decision. That being said, what kind of Imperial spy would possibly tell us what and where he wanted to go, with our escort? A temple...is this guy a religious nutjob or some sort of archaeologist or treasure hunter? We'd better go with him.
Nix quickly flashed a flash over his frown in a belated attempt to conceal his concern. The two rebels exchanged glances. Rogers offered a nod of affirmation, and Nix returned it in kind; the price of being freedom fighters pften meant giving and fighting for freedom to those who perhaps did not deserve it, but for everyone who did not deserve it, there was one person who did. Differentiating which one was which was a difficult process which he was unsure if they should even decide. They had to give him the benefit of the doubt.
"I think we can do the first part about taking you to that temple, with Rogers' help," replied the officer, "transport to Ilum could be difficult, and it may take some time, but we can get for you eventually. Or rather, we can at least arrange a route that will get to Ilum, though we may not be able to get you the full there. Rogers?"
The scout shook his head, "I have nothing else to add."
"All right then," said Nix, "I believe the three of us should go take a look at that temple you wanted to see, Mr. Mianar."
He's coming with us too? That's pretty rare. He doesn't feel comfortable about me going alone with this being...perhaps he still believes him to be a threat of some sort? Time will tell..

Mianar listened to the two men, and noted the obvious reaction of the man who seemed to be of lesser rank to the second man's deciding to join them on this venture.
Clearly, The higher ranking "official" did not fully trust him as of yet. He had made the mistake of not explaining certain things, mainly because he thought if he told them that a ghost in his head told him what he needed to do, that they'd lock him up in the looney bin, if they had such a thing, or at the least, knock him unconscious and check his brain for damage... He half sighed to himself.
"Very well. I welcome the company. Perhaps, Commander, throughout this journey you will finally understand that I mean you no harm, to you, or any of your people. To the contrary, I believe you to be in the right in what you are doing here, as best as i can ascertain what I believe you're doing here, though I cannot be sure my eyes and ears do not deceive me. Regardless, time is of the essence, and the sooner we arrive at the Temple, and I retrieve my objects, the sooner I shall be on a transport hurtling towards Ilum, and out of your hair, your secrets here, safe from any wrong doing."
He stood up gingerly, his ribs still taped from the injuries, and he gestured to his coat, which was handed to him.
"I hope that I have shown enough faith that you would return my personal effects to me for the journey... I do not know much about the species in the area or any other potential threats to my or your own well being, and I believe while you will need me to take point for this particular thing, it would be best if i were armed with a weapon I was more accustomed to. Not to mention it was a family heirloom that I would prefer to keep, if you don't mind."
He looked expectantly to Commander Nix as if to say "If i was going to hurt you, or expose you, I would have done it already... Give me a chance here?"

If i was going to hurt you, or expose you, I would have done it already...give me a chance here?
Would you? You're fracking surrounded by hundreds of rebel soldiers, and you were unconscious before. What idiot would try and touch one of us in our own base? Particularly without a weapon... Rogers hesitated. That being said, he has been fairly cooperative before....and he doesn't appear to be a spy...what am I thinking? What kind of spy would appear to be a spy? Nix is probably smart to be going with us...but will he grant Mianar's request? Rogers stared intently at Nix, who in turn appeared to be eyeballing the alien, as if deciding who was the hunted and who was the hunter in the situation. Nix winced.
"Very well, you can have your sword and all of your possessions so far..." decided the Commander.
But we'll be watching you...it's what he's thinking, even if he isn't saying it...
"...Rogers?"
"Yes sir?"
"Give him his sword."
"Certainly sir."

Aleister placed his hands out to take his sword, and sheathed it to his hilt.
"Thank you." was all he said as he stood up from this particular bed in which he had previously been sitting on.
"I welcome any and all company that you wish to bring with us on this particular excursion. I have nothing to hide." He smiled.
"However, It is my estimation that time is of the essence, and therefore, we should get a move on."
He looked over at Nix, who still shared a look of uncertainty of this particular creature, and the corner of his eye caught Rogers, who instinctively flinched, seeing Nix's continued reaction.
As they left the encampment, Aleister paid no attention to any of the positions, or other such items within their "base" as he did not care to know what they were up to here. They had trusted him thus far, and therefore, he would use only the direction that Han gave him through his mind to reach the temple, as he himself had no knowledge of what he was doing, but it would be hard to explain that to the two soldiers.
Time bore on, as they made their way towards the Temple in which he sought. Nearing it, he held his hand up in the military sign for "all Stop", and pointed downward, showing them the tripline that they had come to.
"I'm not exactly sure what type of traps that the predecessors left on this particular planet near this place but I'm pretty sure they would be rather dangerous."
He gestured for them to stand back, and he investigated further, finding the wire to be connected to two mines. He disarmed both, and set them aside.
"That should pose no further problem for us. Shall we continue?" He asked.
Nix nodded.
"Shouldn't be much longer now. From what I'm given to understand there aren't any locks on the doors I need." He smiled.
They made their way into the Temple, and it did not last long before they stood in front of a dusty door.
He listened in his head, as Han gave him the words to open the long since closed tomb. The two men winced as the stone door slid open, without any other action, and Aleister stepped inside, and looked back at the two men.
"Care to join me, gentlemen?"

In his nearly thirty years of life, Rogers had never seen anything of the sort. That Mianar had managed to find and disarm traps was unusual, but not unheard of, particularly since Mianar was leading the two. No, that Mianar hadn't wanted to take himself out, or any of his benefactors was of little surprise. This did not trouble the two, but reassured them that he was, in fact, not an Imperial spy. What did trouble the two was Mianar's apparent innate sense of where they were going; particularly without a map or having ever been to the planet so far. The rebels said nothing of it, but it was ever on their minds as they walked with Mianar through the forests and the temple.
"Care to join me, gentlemen?"
Rogers glanced at his superior, who motioned for the scout to enter. Nix himself set his pack down and stood his ground. Of course, send the subordinate in the line of possible danger...that being said, I'm not sure if he's in more danger being by himself...it's possible. But if we're split up, it's not as likely that one calamity will take us both out...one of us can call in more people if something goes wrong.... The scout gingerly stepped into the room, half expecting the floor to drop out beneath him. But nothing of the sort happened. He was on solid ground, apparently. Rogers glanced around the tomb, staring at various marks and weathered decorations which seemed to permeate throughout the room. The rebel turned his gaze to the alien.
"What exactly are we doing here?"

Aleister chuckled.
"If i explained it to you, you wouldn't necessarilly believe me. However, rest assured, I meant what I said when i find what you are doing to be honorable and I wish to count you among my friends."
He paused, looking around the tomb.
"We stand, gentlemen, in the tomb of a very talented Sith. He had turned to the dark side, and died at the hand of his cousin, Leia Organa. However, His lightsaber, whatever that is, and some other tools, are still here. I needed to collect them, before I left this planet, and got out of your hair." He paused, listening to Han explain to him how to open the side panel that would hold the personal items. He entered the code, and it clicked open.
He reached out, collected two blasters, and a Lightsaber, all of which he placed on his belt, ensuring that he did not aim any of the weapons at Nix or his partner, as he had been honest when he said he wished no harm to come to them.
He smiled.
"I have accomplished all that I wish to do so on this planet, There should be no other booby traps in the general vicinity, and it should be a safe exit for us. My only other wish is to leave here, get out of your hair, and to be sent to the planet of Ilum, either directly, or through a series of hops, whichever you believe is safer to keep your organization secret, even though I give you my word of honor that your secret is safe with me." He bowed politely to the two men.
"However, I am quite certain neither of you would like to spend any more time in the tomb of a Sith, than necessary. Shall we take our leave?"

He's nuts or possessed...and yes, I'd like to get out of the tomb of a Sith. Judging by his knowledge of everything here, I'd say he's possessed. Rogers slowly nodded back at the alien.
"If you have what you came for, sure," replied Rogers, "I think we'd prefer to be in a place a bit more comfortable and familar. Right boss?"
The scout turned to face Nix, who had now drawn his blaster pistol out of its holster and had it pointed at the ground. The man seemed unusually pale and rigid to Rogers; almost as if he were already in post-mortem. But whatever his appearance seemed, he spoke calmly enough.
"Certainly, there are some things I would like to oversee at the base," said Nix evenly, "I need to have a chat with Miss Ibbotson and Reveres as well..."
Ibbotson and Reveres...the transport chief and the psychologist...I'm surprised he hasn't considered our wonderful security chief... Rogers glanced at the officer's pistol. It's set on stun. Clearly he doesn't think that Mianar has any intent to hurt us, but the alien could inadvertently hurt us...particularly if he's under the influence of a dead Sith. Possession makes people do strange things...and clearly Nix doesn't want to deal with that now. Probably why he will want to get Mianar off on the first supply ship that comes here....

Mianar noted the man's response was to automatically draw his weapon, and did not flinch as if to appear guilty.
He listened once again, as Han spoke to him, before speaking to Nix, as they made their way out of the tomb.
"Possessed... No Sir. I am in full control of my faculties. However, He is, as you might think, Guiding me. When he died, he died with regret, which allowed him to not cross over to his final resting place. He believed it his quest to assure that his tools were given to someone who could do something positive with them... and for some reason, he chose me. Now that he has accomplished that, I highly doubt that Either of us will have a dealing with him again. Han Skywalker has said his final piece on this galaxy, from beyond the grave."
He nodded ruefully, and grinned at the expressions of both Nix and his subordinate who were nodding in a dumbfounded sort of manner, typically bereft of those who believed the person speaking to be completely insane.
"Crazy or not, at least you won't have to deal with me much longer. How long do you think it will take to arrange transport to the area which I require?" He pleasently questioned.

Crazy or not...at least you won't have to deal with me much longer...how long do you think it will take to arrange transport to the area which I require? The words seemed to haunt Rogers as the trio made their way through the jungle back to the base. Rogers led the group, carefully retracing their tracks while Mianar and Nix talked vaguely about transport off of the planet. Rogers didn't pay particular attention to it, instead preferring to concentrate on their odd path that Mianar had miracleously made or found. Within a half hour, the three had returned to the main base. Nix briefly left Mianar and Rogers to themselves in the "interrogation" room, before returning with a slight smile on his face.
"There should be a supply transport coming in two days," informed Nix, "it will pick you up and drop you off at a safehouse on a planet not too far away from the Ilum system. They will get to Ilum eventually."
The man produced a small datapad and a credit chip out of an oversized pocket in his pants, and handed them to Mianar.
"These are some encrypted orders for the safehouse personnel to get you to Ilum, and these credits will see to it that you will not be in want of any necessities on your journey until Ilum..."

Mianar nodded, reaching out, politely and taking the items from the mans hand.
He paused, moments later as if deep in thought before speaking again.
"Two days? I suppose that shall be agreeable. While I am here, would It be too out of place to offer my services to your people, in thanks for all you have done to help me?"
He had an eagerness about him that he was sure would dumbfound Nix, but, he truly wanted to help...especially if these people hated the people who hated him.
His wings fluttered slightly behind him, nonthreateningly, and he realized that he'd had them tucked back for so long he'd almost forgot for a moment they were a part of his body.
"If i can be of any service to you or your people, it would be my honor to fulfill it."
