Freefall was a majestic creature. Excellent at flying, he was perfect for Kamon. They soared through the sky over one of the Monteradon housing structures. Kamon hadn’t quite figured out what they were and Freefall didn’t seem interested in talking about it.
Minutes later, they landed at the Castle. Kamon enjoyed the flights as they took his mind off the pressures of running a multi-planet government. TDY was a prestigious lightside faction. That was something to be proud of.
Kamon said hid good-bye to Freefall and headed for his office. Unlocking the door, he walked in and sat down at his desk. His datapad was blinking. That meant he had a message. The Red background meant it was of great importance. He read it immediately.
When he was finished he called the one man that had been around the longest. Moments later, Radon Mont walked in.
“Sit down, Radon.”
Radon nodded and sat down. He appeared to be nervous. He had already heard about what was happening, but that didn’t mean he was the one to talk about it.
“I thought we had completely dissolved the Republican Senate.” Kamon said.
“We did. It appears that some of them continued to meet even after we dissolved it. They didn’t want to be finished.”
“I don’t know what to do about this push to switch back and be finished with the commercial side of the faction.”
“They didn’t say drop the commercial side. They just said switch back. You could keep TDYI open as a side business.”
“That makes sense, but what will the others think?”
“I’m not sure. You should have them come to your office and get their opinions on the matter.”
“Good idea. I’ll do that. Switching back does make sense after our move. If we hadn’t moved, I wouldn’t even consider this.”
“I know.”
“Ok. Go back to what you were doing. I’ll speak with the others.”
“Ok.”
Radon stood up and exited the room. Kamon keyed on his datapad and sent a message to all of the high level employees of TDY. He needed to speak with them.
