Why do you write here?

I'd be the guy who enlisted to defend Canada, but not actually go overseas.

I originally started writing here because I like Star Wars, and my brother convinced me to join his group, so he could make it a group, at TGC. I don't think I ever posted there more than the once to make his group a group, and then I went inactive until TRF broke off. After that I formed at group at TGC, but then promptly brought it over to TRF. Joined MCR, since it was run by a friend, and then ended up fighting TRE. After that I stuck around to try to beat TRE (and never actually succeeded, ending up seeing both my group and my brother's group wiped off TRF entirely), but by that point I was pretty much running MCR, and too addicted to TRF to leave. I became used to TRF, and was too lazy to make an account somewhere else most of the time, or if I did, the board shut down, or I just didn't have time for it. So I just stayed at TRF, and am still here.

not that I'm a spy or anything...

Well, I've just started writing here, and I'm not sure how active I'll be. I 'work' at Sw-Fans, as a moderator...

dammit Damalis your avatar is hypnotic!! Not that I like bewbs but good GOD woman! >_<

Anyway, where was I? Oh yes, very busy at other boards. I run about three major characters, one of which (my first) I'm bringing here to test the whole 'alternate universe' aspect of writing. Basically, the same character but with different influences on her to see what changes in her life.

I write Star Wars roleplays because I enjoy the writing challenges it faces me with. 'How am I going to get out of THIS mess,' or 'What would my character do if faced in a dark alley with a Gamorrean and a Kawosakian monkey lizard, while armed with only an ultrasonic vibroblade?' It helps me work out the answers to the big questions in life.

Like Vega said, I think I'll enjoy it here, because with a different mix of RPers and writers there's lots to learn and I think I'll enjoy doing it.
