I'm afraid it won't run on my mediocre laptop. My ATI X300 won't cut it for much, LOL. Think I should spring for it or not? Actually, fuck it, I'll probably just download it for free anywho, worth a shot. Even if I have to turn the graphics down I'd still like to check out the game.

I don't think they offer a demo, unless you meant pirate it, in which case the TRF staff does not support or condone piracy pleasedontbringasubtomyportandblowupmytown.

I know my integrated Intel 900 accelerator won't cut it.

Hm? No, I've never even heard the word "usenet".

I've been following an Oblivion thread on another board (a PC game programmers board, no less), and most everyone loves it. Nothing is being said about graphical glitches.

But then, they're not using 360's either.

Provided it works and looks as expected on the 360, that will be the (currently) the only reason for me to buy a 360.

Ahnk is missing out.

I installed this game last night and started playing it. I've got the graphics turned all the way down and it's a little choppy but runs pretty well, and still looks good. Way better than Morrowind... really fun game so far.

My guild from WoW has an entire new forum dedicated to Oblivion, and they have been singing nothing but praise so far. And these are the hardcore gaming type.

I'm not even touching this until the semester is over.
