I've always been tempted to write a story about the great Elven Archlich Irtar Mal'Gro.... But I don't think I would have the caring nor energy to write a book in a month :P
((And if that's not what this is, then I say this out of ignorance, and a lack of energy/caring to real more on the NVWR. *nods* ))
novel writing month
bad books are tragically easy to write.
In my opinion, if it ain't easy, it ain't worth doing ;)
Besides Yossarian, are you going to participate? :P
((I decided why the fug not. It's not like if I don't get it done, I'm doomed or something. Besdies, with me and the D&D buds working together, I'm sure I can get our campaign properly into a penned world. *nods*))

Sounds like..stressful...er...fun!
well the point if it is to get people to write more to hone their craft... I mean, their not doing it so people can write a book in a month and publish that exact one.. it's all about proving to yourself that you can complete something like that and to inspire you to keep writing
50,000 words? Is that all?
your IQ is roughly the same as your shoe size and i'd be shocked to see you write so many as 50 words worth the paper they were printed on.
Come on Theren, I know you've been away a while, but tell me you haven't gone soft. I think you're being way too generous.
I took an IQ test for school here at college and got a 138, so unless my feet are in the Guiness Book of World Records I have to say you're wrong, Gashypoo. And I think if I can write 5,000 words per day, I'd have this done in 10 days. Too bad I'm so busy. I'm tempted to do it. School would get in the way though.
