They're dumb Brazilians who make killer music; give them some credit. And sorry if my last post came off as being somewhat growly -- I'm a little too accustomed to people mocking metal without really having any clue about the genre (COUGH AHNK COUGH).

I don't think there's anyone out there who can honestly dislike them. It's just not possible. They're legends for a reason.

What does the genre have to do with whether a song sounds like crap or not?





As a general rule, I go with the equation: The song entitled "S.h.i.t.", by the band "SHIT", about shit is typically loved by shit-faced little shits.

Its not that I hate metal, i just hate music lacking any lyrical quality.

I like music with hard, crunching guitars, good drumming, and an angry voice that can still stay in tune, and a six string bass is a plus.

Other than that I don't care what the lyrics are. As long as the guy's not swallowing the mic instead of singing I'll probably like it.

I don't listen to music to dissect the meaning of life in the lyrics or musical layers. I listen to relieve stress.
