Ok, edited. Not much there, but enough to allow it to be continued at least.

Huzzah!
Er, I remember that Grev wanted to talk to you about the content of your reply. I haven't read the edit yet, but if you haven't spoken to him you might want to...

Ok, for Gue, I drew this diagram of what I meant when I was talking about sneaking.

Ok, the green bit is space, where your ships can see us with your scanners. As you see, if we turn off course while still in the green so that we'll be out of the orange area (that being the scanning range of ground facilities) when we pass through the outer atmosphere and get close to the planet, then we'll be in the clear. You'll know something's up, and that we're off course, but you wouldn't be able to see where we landed.
And don't reffer to me as a moron. It's rude.

To formalize our difference of opinions into words, in the sincere hope that we can come to an understanding, let me present the crux of my argument.
The concept of this raid is that you possess overwhelming force. Your armies are vast and your fleet fearsome. This prison is like alcatraz, and those who enter never return. However, to make it more exciting, give me a chance, and generally to make it more heroic, part of the idea is for the attackers to have the element of suprise.
The first few times the galactic liberation front blew stuff up, did we complain they were ignoring our planetary defenses or our super-keen investigators? No, we had to try and stop them mid-plan.
Thus, since Dolash is a Jedi, and used his powers to calm the concerns of the commander in space as to the nature of his intent, he would be able to get closer to the planet safely. However, before he reached those systems on the planet's surface that could detect him, the ship veered off course and landed distant from the prison camps, out of the range of your scanners by parking very far away. You might know we're out there, but you don't know where we parked or where we are now.
Of course, it is theoretically possible you could have seen that. A ship might have been warned by scanners below that they hadn't seen the shuttle yet, but before the shuttle was too far for the ships to lock on to and track. You could say that happens, because it's theoretically possible, but is that heroic? Is that good storytelling? It's not so much outwitting me so much as it is arguing my gamble should fail simply because there is a way by which it could. My hope rested on that you wouldn't be fast enough to spot me before I hid my ship, and it would be better to find a way to stop me through an idea of your own then refuting one of mine.
Well, I'm just saying.

Hey, BDE. I'm gonna say that Kamon is still on Kessel. All that stuff after The Haunting never happened ok? It'll make things so if Dolash springs him then he can just disappear or something. We'll say The Haunting didn't happen either since it wasn't finished.

Fine by me Anoan, I already told Dolash he's going to get to Kessel, hes gonna see what he wants to see, and hes going to escape, basically everything he wants. Im not gonna put up with his side bitching though. Reply to the thread or delete my post, other than that, this is my first, last and only reply to this thread.
EDIT: Proven wrong

Well, your opening sentence is a tad confusing there. I can go to Kessel, see things, then leave? But I already said my intent is to spring the prisoners through my wit and cunning plans. If you were to concede in advance that the end result would be what I desired, then of course, I would be willing to collaborate with you as to just how it happens, but if we are competing with one another - as in, there are things I want to happen, and things you want to happen, and we must fight to dominate our opponant - then obviously it would be my concern to press this point.
So if you could clarify, precisely what do you mean when you say 'we shall see what we want to see'? do you mean I will succeed in my mission, and we are arguing merely over precisely how that is done - thus the arguing is unnecessary? If that is so, then I would gladly procceed with things as they are now.
Oh, and P.S. I see your signature there, it's a little... jagged, is it not?
