Flowers yes. Champagne will be put off until the economy recovers enough that we can afford some.

How about instead of isolating the Azguards, you ask like delegates from all the factions to come to Azguard, and have a convention. Maybe do something like a Fleet week, where each respective goverment sends one of their unique warships to show off the spazz and all.
