I hate to beat a dead horse but I've become interested in the Nightsisters of the Dathomir Witches. I had ideas on how this might work and I'd like everyone's thoughts in the matter. I've been working on this idea and typed up somehting I pasted below. Read it, give me honest opinions. Just an F.Y.I., I have already PM'd Vance regarding my interest and am waiting to hear back from him.
Dathomir Witches - Nightsisters
It is important to begin with a brief overview of how this group will function. Essentially, the Nightsisters are an extension of The Sith Order. This means that any member is obligated to follow all rules set down by TSO, along with any set by the Nightsisters, and are subject to be expelled if they do not do so. This is a Sub-Faction, not a Faction.

Quick Notes:
Shadow Magic = Dark Side Force
Spells = Using the force, they use incantations.
FAQ's:
Who enforces the rules for the Nightsisters?
The Nightsisters are subject to the leadership of TSO.
Who will lead the Nightsisters?
Preferabley, it would benefit the Nightsisters if an existing Master from TSO creates a new character to RP as the "Matriarch" until it can be determined if they could be succeeded. This depends on if the Master, and the TSO leadership, decide a member is worthy to take on the position. It also depends on if the Master simply wishes to remain in the created character's role. The other option is to use an NPC. I prefer not to go this route due to the fact a member of the Nightsisters would be using an NPC without discretion. I'd like to avoid a "quick promotion" scenario which would simply cause problems for TRF as a whole.
How do you join the Nightsisters?
Apply for TSO specifying you are interested in the Nightsisters. TSO leadership will determine acceptance based on the same criteria used now.
How will training be conducted?
Simply put, the Nightsisters go through what is called the "Trial of Fire." You are given time to master one spell until you do. For TRF purposes, I think the "Trial of Fire" should consist of a group of spells to keep things moving. This is open to further discussion. Lightsaber training and Rancor training should also be added.
What are the ranks?
The Nightsisters have no other title other than "Nightsister" except for the Matriarch. Apprentice, Knight, and Master ranks will be tracked by TSO. Perhaps we should use the same structure for force users on TRF. For example, Nightsister Apprentice and so on. Again, this is something open for further discussion.
What force powers do they possess?
There are spellbooks which they would have to follow.
